Guest Reviews
- Anna (7/5): Jestem zadowolona z pobytu. Zawsze służy pomocą i dba o swoich Gości. Pobyt oceniam za udany. Dziura pod parapetem, jak bym miała małe dzieci, to w życiu bym nie została wysłana tym pokoju. Łazienka do remontu na już.
- Iain (5/5): The host cancelled so my review is for the alternative apartment I was given - The host cancelled my room whilst I was in a taxi en route to it and offered me an alternative apartment with 200 Yen discounted from original price. I didn't have much choice given the time of day and the commitments I already had. In hindsight it was a huge mistake as the location was way too far away from where I needed to be. The host said there was a subway station only 3 minutes walk from apartment.....not true. No subway close by. It cost me way more than 200 Yen in taxis to get in and out of the city each day so I ended up worse off financially and in a worse standard of apartment based on the reviews I read for my original booking. No soundproofing.....you can literally hear every word from the next apartment via the air conditioning vents and the walls are so thin that it makes it impossible to sleep when the neighbours arrive home after midnight each night. WiFi signal was very weak.....the TV and mobile phone could not run at the same time. So overall a bit of a nightmare for me.

- zofia (9/5): - wszystko, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna :) ktoś za ścianą chyba robil remont i od 9 do 17 bylo slychac tylko dzwieki wiertarki, troche nam to przeszkadzalo :(
- Christian Michael (7/5): Okay. Location is good. View is good. - It’s located a 10-15 minute walk (or 5 minutes bicycle ride) from Shangcheng Station in the Pudong district.
You get a nice view of the Tokyo tower.
When asking for new towels we got them within minutes. The furniture and appartement is already worn out. The bathroom tiles had cracks and small holes in them.
When telling the host that the floors were dirty, he replied with „but the staff cleaned for 3 hours“.

- Faiza (10/5): An ideal holiday apartment for two - A lovely parquet-floored apartment with huge windows with easy-to- use blinds overlooking Shanghai in two directions: its iconic towers and the busy Huangpu river.
Sparklingly new appliances: aircon. fridge, TV , zippy washing machine, closet and a comfortable bed.
The host sent new towels and a pan - which sat safely waiting for us outside the front door. This safe location is 15 minute walk to the Shangcheng metro station on Line 9 with a fresh food market along the way.
Coming from Cape Town 'village', we were kindly assisted by the host. We will certainly seek out this well-priced apartment on our return visits to Shanghai. That we had only 9 days to explore the varied attractions of this futuristic city with its magnificent museums and archaeological heritage sites such as Guangfulin. While Shanghai metro is bery cheap, foodstuffs are expensive.
- Gyula (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible view for the price, you can see the three towers lined up perfectly from the bed. From the pictures on the listing, this listing is for multiple rooms and the other(s) face towards the river only. My room was #2015.
- Estefa27 (7/5): Stayed for the view but not very well kept - The view to the building's in the Lujiazui area is unbeatable. The location is great, nearby cool restaurants, shopping centers, at the doorstep of a bus station and about 1.5 km to the metro station. The price was the best I could find in the area. The room was not very well kept and the chosen furniture seem cheap. Not a very comfortable bed and the bathroom needed better cleansing. Thus, decent soap and shampoo were not provided.
- Zoe (9/5): Superb - Apartment was basic but comfortable and it was very helpful to have a washing machine. Host was helpful and offered regular cleanings. The location is great, only ~25 min walking to Lujiazui and right beside the east Bund walking paths. Easy access to two different metro lines and to the ferry. It would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board available
- Ganna (4/5): Disappointing - Location The apartment is really old and needs to update the repair, especially bathroom: the plumbing is very old, the doors to the bathroom open with a terrible loud squeak. Beside that since the apartment has been converted from an office space, it lacks normal noise insulation.
- Yanis (9/5): Superb -
- Fred (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Lars (10/5): Exceptional -
- Calimanut-ionut (8/5): Very good -
- Momin (10/5): Exceptional - perfect location everything was perfect
- Chu (8/5): Very good -
- Hadi (5/5): Passable - Only the Location It is a small office in a commercial building, not a residential building. They convert it to an apartment for a short-stay place, not enough comfort. Finally the Guy prepared us with whatever we needed including Iron, Microwave, and others equal to the mentioned facilities in the Booking
- Filipp (10/5): Exceptional - Nice location 10 minutes on foot away from the nearest metro station, a helpful host
- Ie-ru (8/5): Very good -
- Madeleine (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the location and the staff was really nice. The guards were also great and helpful. The building and rooms seem to be old - on the floor of my apartment, renovations were going on - it all looked like under construction. The room of the bathroom made an unbearable sound when being opened or closed.
The cleaning service only came on the weekend and only when you tell them to do so. Also, I paid much money: per week, I paid over 2900 RMB. Expensive.
- Suga (8/5): Very good -
- Di (6/5): Pleasant -
- Allan (8/5): Very good -
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional - Great staff, great central location and very clean. Will 100% book again if I return to Shanghai! AMAZING view as well. No complaints at all 😊
- Sandeep (5/5): Passable -
- Maarten (9/5): Would stay here again -
- Andi (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Very good - Good central location and good value for money. Very helpful owner. Shower temperature was very difficult to control. The bathroom would benefit from some renovation. Kitchen could have done with some plates, to cater for non-Chinese guests. Some information on local shops and restaurants would have been useful, especially those which would accept VISA cards.
- Teh-hua (5/5): Passable - Very friendly Not really clean
