• Fady (3/5): Below expectations - Firstly, the air conditioning system was not functioning in cooling mode, as the hotel had already switched to heating due to seasonal changes. Unfortunately, this resulted in extremely high room temperatures, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. While we attempted to open the windows to ventilate the room, this presented additional concerns: - The windows open fully and do not have protective screens, raising concerns about insects entering the room. - The proximity of neighboring balconies created a lack of privacy and a sense of insecurity. - The room directly faces university classrooms, making it difficult to rest due to visibility and noise. These factors combined made it nearly impossible to achieve proper rest during our stay. Additionally, we were not informed in advance about the city tax, which we believe should have been clearly communicated at the time of booking. Furthermore, the housekeeping service did not meet expected standards. Over a period of four days: - Trash was not consistently removed. - Essential supplies were not replenished. Given the above concerns, we believe the stay did not meet the expected standards associated with your brand. We kindly request that you review this matter and consider providing a fair compensation at least!

Сотрудники на ресепшн вежливы, приветливы, готовы быстро помочь во всех вопросах, огромная ценность для отеля - француженка с университетским образованием в Sorbonе и владеющая русским языком. Номера небольшие, но современные, чистые красивые, с новым ремонтом, Первый этаж и лобби оформлены также в стиле modern и оставляют приятное впечатление. -

Exiguïté des sanitaires, du point lavabo, pas d'étagères pour poser sa trousse de toilette, pas ou peu d'endroits pour poser les serviettes humides. Penderie à pinces avec pantalons qui traînent sur l'étagère basse...

Shower door opened outwards into the sink area and meant that water from the shower door leaked all over the floor by the sink .. needed several towels to mop it up. really bad layout and design.

• Luis Fernando (9/5): Excelente local, fácil acesso ao transporte público, time de profissionais muito bom/atendimento e ótimo café da man - Espaço,limpeza e a comodidade oferecida, como por exemplo, tomadas acessíveis. A entrada e saída do chuveiro, pois você tem passar pela banheira e não há um apoio para lhe dar maior segurança e diminuir risco de se escorregar.

• ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ (5/5): - The location was excellent! The staff was always smiling and willing to help! One day before our check-out, the safe in our room broke down. The staff showed immediate concern and tried to assist us. When they realized that a technician was needed to fix it, they advised us to bring our valuables down to the reception for safekeeping. We chose instead to lock them in our suitcases. From the first day of our stay, it was impossible to connect our phone to the TV. We received some instructions from reception, but they were not helpful, as this issue also seemed to require a technician. We were told it was the only room experiencing this problem. All the towels were worn out and rough. The two mugs in the room were always slightly dirty after breakfast room service — they still had traces of the tea we made each morning, which indicated they were probably just rinsed in the room’s sink. The bathroom floor was not being properly cleaned. I noticed 2–3 urine stains on the floor in the morning before room service, and those stains were still there even after the room had been cleaned. Of course, this is my side of the story. In Greece, we usually say “every coin has two sides.” Still, I must conclude by saying that the above do not reflect the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.

Loved our stay. Bathroom is part of the bedroom, so if you are sharing, share with someone you don´t need privacy from.

С 3 часов ночи на улице начинают грузить мусор, машины шумят, звуки и сигналы мусоровозов как сирены. Но самое ужасное это то, что на матрасы натянуто два слоя наматрасников с клеенкой, спать на этом просто невозможно.

Friendly and helpful staff; lovely common areas, all very new and clean; perfect location, we walked everywhere! Wi-Fi is free but quite slow. Would have loved a coffee pod machine in the room (like Nespresso) - I have come to expect that in 4 star hotels. And the bathroom is small but tbh that is expected in most small hotels in Paris.
