• Johan (7/5): Prettige kamer op een praktische locatie - Prima ligging ten opzichte van openbaar vervoer. Rustige straat. Ruime kamer met nette badkamer. We zijn er 4 nachten geweest, kamer is niet opgeruimd of schoon gemaakt, ze kwamen pas laat in de middag, als wij weer terug waren uit de stad en even wilden rusten.

• Astrid (7/5): Für einen London Städte Trip gut geeignet! - Das Zimmer lag in einer schönen Gegend nahe zur Metro. Es gibt alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gebrauchen könnte (sogar Adapter Stecker) und Bett sowie Sanitär waren sauber. Das Personal erlebten wir als hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer roch leider muffig; nach Zigarettenrauch und im Bad gab es Schimmel an der Decke an einem Rohr. Auf unsere Bitte hin wurde sich um beides aber sofort gekümmert!

• Edwina (10/5): Its a great location and I will definitely go back to them. As a matter of fact I have a booking for next week. Its cozy - Ill be honest with you, is very clean. Everything is tidy and organised. The bed is clean and no doggy spots as in other locations . They really excellent on cleaning. I don’t like the deposit part for smokers, as i am not a smoker and i stayed there by myself.

• Parfait (9/5): Dans l'ensemble tout s'est bien passé pendant mon séjour dans cet établissement - La facilité d'accès aux transports Dans une chambre qui était proche de la mienne, les occupants ont fait du bruit presque toute la nuit et ce que j'ai déploré un peu, il n'y a pas eu un contact avec le personnel de l'hôtel
• Ashika (5/5): Peut faire l’affaire pour une nuit - Nous avons séjourné ma mère et moi pour une nuit dans cet hôtel qui est plutôt facilement accessible depuis le centre ville (environ 30 min en métro de Green Park). La chambre peut faire l’affaire pour un court séjour, pour une personne qui n’a pas vraiment d’attente particulière. A notre arrivée, il y avait une odeur de tabac/alcool dans notre chambre. Cette dernière est très mal insonorisée, nous entendions toute la nuit les allées/venues de nos voisins, le bruit des voitures dehors etc… La salle de bains est vétuste.

• Jonathan (10/5): Really great place to stay - Great location near to Blackhorse Road underground and to Walthamstow High Street. Excellent room, good size with the bed and desk and enough floor space to move around in, good bathroom with a lovely shower. The window could open and the radiator could be turned on so temperature was in your hands. Very comfortable bed, good lamp and a really good selection of plug sockets for your devices. The room had a fridge and a kettle, and coffee etc. Really a good base for me, both for Walthamstow/Leyton and for going into London proper The traffic noise took a night to get used to, but I knew it would so that was no problem, my own estate where I live is quiet at night but very few other places are

Staff were willing to go the extra mile. instructions for the shower adjustment.

• Beatrix (9/5): - Öffentliche Transportmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in Laufreichweite des Hotels. Das Hotel ist etwas älter aber gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe und sind sauber. Zur Ausstattung gehören Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tassen, Gläser, Tee und Kaffee, Bettwäsche sowie Duschgel, Shampoo, Seife und Handtücher. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und helfen gerne weiter. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht, jedoch ist immer jemand telefonisch oder per WhatsApp erreichbar. !!! Es gibt warmes Wasser! Dauert nur etwas bis es warm ist 😉 Das Bad ist etwas klein und ohne Heizung. Steckdose gibt es auch nicht. Im Zimmer selbst haben wir 2 Steckdosen gefunden. Keine in der Nähe eines Spiegels. Rasieren und Föhnen wird also zu einer Herausforderung. Die Tür ist irgendwie zu klein für den Rahmen

• David (9/5): - Great value for the location, as the neighborhood is much cleaner and safer than similar priced places. The staff were easy to get a hold of and access to the building and room was easy and you don't have to worry about carrying around keys (cardless/keyless). The room with the private bathroom was cozy. Lot of restaurants and markets nearby. Great access to the subway tube, one <5min walk and another 8min walk. If arriving from Stansted Airport, I recommend Standsted Express to Liverpool Street, then transfer to Weaver Line to Chingford but exit St James Station (if Chingford is not an option from Liverpool as they are less frequent, take the Weaver Line to Hackney Downs and transfer to St James there). That is the shortest walk to the hotel. Nothing negative, just be aware before booking the stairs are a little tight and narrow if that concerns you.

• Attila (7/5): - The double bed is not suitable for two normal sized people (narrow). It is very hot in the room because you can't keep the window open at night because of the street traffic.

• Martin (1/5): AVOID - Location Arrived after 10pm, had to call for code as not staffed. Carpets in corridor filthy and stained. Inside the room was somewhat dated with a table and flaking paint. Bed appeared to be clean. We then spotted numetous spiders and dead flies on the ceiling and walls. Final straw when we saw spiders webs with the spider crimbing down from the bed covers. Decided we would not e staying. Not a lot we could do at that time of night and no staff. Looking at the reviews it must be people with poor sight staying previously. Photos on Booking.com very deceiving Better places for sure at similar prices, disgusting

• Lana (9/5): Wonderful cozy accommodation with lovely hosts in a vibrant residential neighbourhood :) - It was lovely and cozy, in a nice residential neighbourhood, with a great high street filled with international markets, trift shops and cafes, all of which I loved :) Lovely hosts, daily cleaning service, a selection of teas and coffee awaiting… oh, and a very good mattress, which is always a deal breaker for me 😅 Direct connection to the centre by public transport. It’s located on something that seems like a main road in that area so a lot of traffic in the morning, as well as garbage trucks at dawn or maybe even earlier (not every day), so if you’re noise-sensitive like me, you better keep your windows shut :)

• Dominic (5/5): Great location. More of a hostel than a hotel - Check-in was easy and host was responsive. The location was fantastic with loads of good shops and restaurants nearby and a great park for the kids. Underground station just up the road on the Victoria line straight into london The room was fairly clean and tidy, but behind one of the beds was really dirty with moldy extension leads. One of the single beds was really worn and very badly stained. My boy had a terrible sleep in it. Note to host. The corridor leading to our room at the rear of the hotel was full of obstacles, furniture, a hoover and cables. I wouldn't want to try and get through that in an emergency (there's also no fire escape). Also, the corridor smells badly of cigarettes. It's not great. I think a lick of paint and a tidy up would really improve the place.

• Andrew (8/5): I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Trinity House Hotel as excellent value for money - Trinity House Hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a location convenient to my business activities, e.g., close to public transport, restaurants/shops also within walking distance. I really like the fact Trinity House is an architecturally pleasant, older building, rather than a high-rise. Coffee/tea maker and mini-refrig in the room is a helpful amenity. I would have preferred a non-scented or less heavily perfumed soap. Please consider having fragrance-free soap.
