I paid over 300GBP for the smallest room I've had in London. The floor space was so small that I could not even do press ups on the floor. The price did not include breakfast. I booked late so in the area this was the only choice, but for the price I paid I would have expected a much larger and better equipped room with Breakfast included. I am afaid I will probably never us Z hotels again. Unless I was only paying 100 or less.

• Alyssa (10/5): Perfect Hotel & Spot! - This was my second time at the property and the staff were incredible once again. The hotel had free cheese and wine for guests on Tuesdays and they also had baggage storage which was a huge plus for us traveling. The facility was so clean and comfortable with the perfect amount of room for the time we were there. It was also in a great location with an easy walk to Covent Garden and the Holborn tube line. My husband and I especially liked our short walk to Redemption Roasters which is a coffee shop right down the street! Nothing, it was perfect

• MIBTG (7/5): Comfortable in a great location for Theatres, the West End and general exploring - Location good and it suited our purpose as a "crash pad" for the night. Comfortable, warm, good coffee with adequate facilities and in a good layout, the double bunk, a handy quirk for the youngster. While there is a TV, it offers only Freeview and no option to add a dongle or cast from a mobile device. Most, and definitely us, do not watch TV, we stream, so the ability to do that justifies the extra price. Otherwise, just use a cocoon in the Zedwell.

The room was generally clean, a good size, and considering it is in central London it was silent. Some of the furniture felt a little worn, but overall they were solid. The television signal was not as stable and so the picture and sound lagged at times.

Ne pas être pudique. sinon on a trouvé une solution avec un ceintre pour cacher au niveau de la douche mais rien pour les toilettes. Lits supperposables larges. en bas il etait déoncé d'un coté, en haut ca grincé à chaque mouvement. Petite fenetre d'éclairage mais chambre en sous sol. le petit déj on n'a pas pris car cher et peu interressant

For a budget room it was amazing and still a good size, having sky on the TV was a big plus for downtime and air con easily controllable. A lot of noise in the morning, constant beeping going off on my floor down the hall and loud people. More control over lighting would’ve been good.

• CJ42 (7/5): Good location if you don't mind tiny rooms - The location was perfect, close to the British Museum and Royal Opera House plus theatres. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I chose a room without a window to keep the cost down but wasn't expecting it to be so small. The bed was crammed into one end of the room with no space at the side or bottom of the bed. Very little space in the rest of the room, limited storage. And the dark walls made the very narrow corridors feel claustrophobic. I won't be staying there again.

The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better). It had a really comfortable, homely feel while still being modern and stylish. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and everything I needed was already there, which made the stay completely stress-free. The location was perfect as well—convenient, quiet, and easy to get around from. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Five stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Das Zimmer war winzig (Klo/Dusche mit Glaswand im Raum), aber gut..es ist London und wir waren nicht viel auf dem Zimmer. Nur Platz für unsere Sachen bzw. den Koffer (kein Schrank) ohne das man drüber tritt wäre schön gewesen. Die Matraze war durchgelegen, aber ok für 3 Nächte.

• Emma (3/5): - Location We booked and paid for a room with a window and air conditioning. The first room we got was in the basement, the second room the air conditioning was broken and maintenance was not able to fix it, it was a very warm day in London. The reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly and blatantly complained about us while we were standing in front of them. The staff told us that there were no other rooms available that we had to choose between a window or air conditioning. When the manager came along she was extremely helpful and offered us a room that had both a window and air conditioning. As they made an error, the manager offered us complimentary breakfast the next morning, which consisted of cereal, bread and pastries, this was a nice gesture but was not worth the £16 we would have had to pay.

• Jana (8/5): Die Lage toll. Wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist und im Zimmer nur schlafen möchte, dann ist es ausreichend. - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war klasse. Frisches Obst und nicht das typische Englische Frühstück. Das war eine überraschende Abwechslung. Einige Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und hatten im Zimmer kaum Platz, um die Koffer hinzustellen. Wenn dann alle im Flur standen, war der Platz im Zimmer ausgefüllt. Also es war wirklich sehr beengt. Wir wurden auf ein anderes Zimmer umgebucht. Das war größer. Vielen Dank noch einmal.
• alberto (5/5): - Posizione ottima. Centrale. Vicino alla fermata metro e bus. Staff cortese. Kit caffè e the in camera. Pulito La nostra stanza matrimoniale al piano interrato era microscopica, letto e box doccia attaccati, senza armadio e cassaforte. Finestra originata da bocche di lupo affacciate direttamente in strada, per cui al mattino presto si avvertivano forti rumori provenienti sopra tutto dai mezzi rimozione immondizia e altri. Per muoversi all'interno era necessario che uno rimanesse a letto. Labirintico. A nostro parere consigliato per brevi soggiorni.
