• Goncalo (4/5): Misleading photos and poor cleanliness - The room did not match the images on Booking at all. The supplied utensils, like the mugs and kettle, were dirty. Furthermore, we were only given two head towels, without any bath towels. The floor was dirty, and part of it was missing under one of the beds. The furniture was either poorly assembled or disassembled, and the mattresses were not comfortable at all. While the location was good for our event and the price seemed fair initially, the quality does not justify the value, considering all the shortcomings we encountered.

• Jaqueline (3/5): - - Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und super schnelle und gute Kommunikation per Handy. - Ich konnte sehr spät abends anreisen Dank Schlüsselsafe und unkompliziert wieder auschecken - Es war schön warm im Zimmer - großer Kühlschrank - Das Zimmer war eher wie eine Jugendherberge mit den Etagenbetten - im Bad waren Handtuchhalter und Regale sehr verrostet - Alle Matratzen durchgelegen, hatte noch NIE in meinem Leben solche Rückenschmerzen - Kein Duschhandtuch, nur kleine Handtücher - Die Gegend ist ein absoluter Brennpunkt in Berlin, das war mir aber erst bewusst als ich dort war.

• Marcel (8/5): - Anreise war etwas später, so daß ich den Schlüssel unkompliziert aus dem Schlüsseltresor holen konnte. Es war eine komplette Wohnung (größer als ich gebucht hatte). Die Ausstattung war für mich in Ordnung, wer allerdings höhere Ansprüche hat, wird vielleicht das eine oder andere etwas veraltet finden. Ich reiste allein und habe zum Beispiel die Küche nicht genutzt.

• Blam (6/5): Wenn man nicht mit Fremden ein Zimmer teilen möchte - Der Check in funktionierte wirklich gut und die Wohnung war leicht zu finden. Im Bad gab es keine Duschstange. Macht das Duschen echt schwierig. Hinter der Tür war ein Türstopper, leider so blöde mitten im Weg angebracht, das sich niemand was gebrochen hat ist vermutlich Zufall. Es hat schwer geknircht vor Sand auf dem Boden. Und von der Sauberkeit des Duschvorhangs reden wir besser nicht

• Tamara (6/5): 2 Nächte - 11 und 11a, 4ter Stock - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Späte anreise möglich aufgrund von Schlüssel Box. Große Zimmer, viel Platz. Es war ruhig im Haus, vor allem durch den kleinen extra Flur den wir zum Treppenhaus hatten. Kostenlos parken in der Nebenstraße möglich. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank ist immer praktisch. Die Betten waren recht hart. Typisch für viele Ferienwohnungen: zu wenige Steckdosen. Einige waren zusätzlich durch die Nachtischlampe belegt (ein Tipp: eine Steckerleiste mitbringen). Eine der Lampen war zudem defekt. Es gab keine Nachttische, und die Leiste über dem Bett war so hoch, dass sie weder vom Liegen noch vom Sitzen aus erreichbar war. Ich habe mir hier mit einem Stuhl beholfen. Im Badezimmer dröhnte ein Lüfter, der kaum zu ertragen war. Es gab keine Heizung im Bad; das Offenlassen der Tür, um Heizungswärme aus dem Zimmer zu nutzen, hat nur wenig gebracht. Handseife war nicht vorhanden.

• Alfonso (2/5): kein preisleistungsvergleich, jugendherbegecharakter, nichts fuer famile mit kindern - Berlin sightseeing spots Unser zimmerschluessel sollte in einer safety box mit code hinterlegt sein, da eventuell kein personal an der rezeption sein wuerde. Als wir ankamen, ca 17.00, war kein schluessel in der box. Es hatte auch niemand aufgemacht als wir mehrmals geklingelt hatten. Da wir in Kanada leben und auch kein roaming haben, konnten wir die an der tuer angegebene nummer nicht anrufen. Zum Glueck kam gerade jemand aus der der haustuer und zufaellig haben wir eine mitarbeiterin angetroffen die uns dann eingecheckt hatte. Ich hatte den eindruck sie hat die situation nicht verstanden, daher auch kein zeichen der anteilnahme oder entschuldigung. Erster eindruck war enttaeuschend. Das zimmer war sehr karg moebliert (alte jugendherbergmoebel, sehr kleiner fernseher, bettdecken sehr kurz, handtuecher alt, klein und unnuetzlich) Warum muss man sein eigenen Muell rausbringen, durch 2 hoefe???ist das nicht in der zimmer rate inkludiert?? Umgebung nicht sicher, besonders abends, nachts. Als ich der besitzerin die schluesselsituation versucht habe zu erklaeren kam auch keine reaktion der entschuldigung entgegen...

Daire az ışıklandırma ve kötü soğuk bir şekilde döşenmiş. Ne duş alabildik, ne de gece uyuyabildik. Ertesi günü hemen ayrılmak istedik. Bizden 3 günlük ücret istendi, haksızdı ama kurtulmak için uzatmadık. Giriş deneyimimizde çok kötüydü. Yönetici yazılı mesajlarımıza hiç cevap vermedi. Kendisine çok zor ulaştık içeri girmek için. Aslında bu tesise hiç girmemek için bir fırsattı ama bilemedik, hava da kararmıştı.

• Bartolo Ivan (7/5): A Spartan room with good cost-benefit - The cost benefit is good, however it is a very spartan room in an expensive Berlin. There is a small fridge and a table, good for small meals, heating was good. I was at the 9th floor and had a lot of luggage, make sure to request a lower floor if you have special needs or lots of luggage! Getting there takes some effort as often need to take the metro, bus and walk.

• Davide Donato (3/5): Io sono davvero di poca pretesa sempre, ma gli essenziali come un materasso e un cuscino e un minimo di pulizia sarebber - Nulla , è una semplice struttura Non mi è piaciuta della struttura, lo sporco, l’odore pesante che proveniva da altre stanze, la polvere, i letti sottilissimi, i cuscini che erano tra i più sottili al mondo , la rete del letto che mentre ci dormivo di notte si sfondava verso il basso, svegliandomi nel cuore della notte per gli urti, solo due rotoli di carta igienica per quattro persone.

• Arita (7/5): War gut - Uns hat gefallen, dass es sauber ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Wir haben nicht viel bezahlt und dafür haben wir den entsprechenden Service bekommen :) Der Boden hätte sauberer sein können. Außerdem könnte es mehr Besteck, Teller, Gläser usw. geben.
• Adam (10/5): a beautiful, spacious studio apartment - lovely spacious studio apartment! i initially thought i would be a tad far out from city centre, but close nearby underground/buses gets you there in no time. Apartment very clean and also quiet at night, which was perfect to stay as I was over to do the berlin marathon could of had dish washing equipment, but I was happy to buy those at the nearby lidl. shower head doesnt have a holder to put on- but im sure this could be a simple fix!

• Inga (8/5): Great place for short stays and if you plan to slend most time outside. - Nice and calm neighborhood, esy accessible by public transport, park with playgrounds very close. The tiny kitchen was located in corridor, that was simply not comfortable, when we wanted to make meals at home.
• Maya (9/5): kurzfristiger Berlin- Besuch - - es war ruhig- bis auf die Baustelle, wofür Sie nichts können - für meine Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend ausgestattet :-) - leider keine kostenlose Parkplätze (noch nicht einmal ein Tagesticket möglich- vielleicht mal mit der Stadt sprechen wegen "Anliegerausweis" oder ähnlichem)... in der näheren Umgebung- zwei Straßen weiter war ich fündig; ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg ;-)

• Palesa (7/5): Comfortable stay. - Had most of what I needed, location is somewhat central, easy to get around from there. Staff was kind. No proper dish washing tools and not enough towels (one large towel for an entire week). The location is a little dodgy at first, but once you’re comfortable it’s not too bad. Was there for a week, no change of bedding or cleaning which was off putting, apparently this came at an extra charge. The pillows could be better too. Also, there was construction work so very loud during the mornings especially, but throughout the day too, which is not their fault, but it could’ve been expressed from the onset. Overall, comfortable but still a lot of work to be done to improve the place.

The fridge would wake me up in the middle of the night by making noises. Shower is really small. Didn't love the location to be honest.

Overall, it's cute and pretty. Good traffic. there is nothing.

The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for 3 adult travellers. There were no basic essentials (soap, sponges or food basics like salt and pepper), kitchen was cramped with terrible knives, you have to pay €5 for WiFi

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - My room was even better than I imagined. Everything was new and very clean. Kitchen was equipped quite enough for a short stay. Safe way (street lights even at night) from the metro station (S1). If you want total silence it's not exactly the place, because isolation is not the best and you can hear laughing young people even in the night. I was full of impression about Berlin visit and it was OK for me, but just a mention.

• Clare (9/5): Good value stay in a hostel like setting, ideal for a small group. - The room was apartment sized, with large twin beds and bunk bed: large enough for a family or a group of friends. It's on a quiet side street but near a bus route, 10 mins walk from an S-bahn stop and 15 mins from grocery shops and cafes. Having a fridge, coffee pot and dining table allowed me to prepare breakfast and snacks in my room, so good for saving money. Plenty of space to eat a takeaway meal too. There are friendly and helpful staff on duty in the office from 7am. I didn't try the breakfast buffet or the outdoor seating. Having a microwave would make it even easier to prepare meals. Could do with some more electric sockets.
• Clara (8/5): I was visiting my son for the sixth time. Kolo 77 was the perfect location, for him, for public transport, safe to walk - Kolo 77 was a perfect stay. A lovely old Berlin property, unassuming, unpretentious, basic, well equipped, warm, quiet.

• Junyi (6/5): Alright for an affordable place to sleep - Room is large and spacey and more beds than needed were provided in the room. Staff were friendly and the street were relatively safe and quiet. There was a thick layer of grime on the bathroom floor, all the dishes are dirty (as well as no detergent to clean them) and wifi has a cost.

I had to buy my sponge and dishwasher liquid as these were not available. I desinfected for myself the toilet and shower. It is not true that free parking is available in the street. The closest free parking space was 600m
• Alastair (6/5): Great aprtment, they just need to explain in more detail how to find the apartment - room was airy, no AC, but no mosquitos when windows were open, own shower room with WC and basin, old fashioned shower curtain, that let water on the floor . Location is 5 mins walk from metro. Room very clean, with fridge, coffe maker, toaster and cutlery and plates, etc etc shower curtain, that let water on the floor, poor comunications with arrival details , staff only present 8-3 mon to fri,

• Stefan (8/5): Nice stay, good area - The location felt very secure and safe, and it was close to walk to other areas as well like nice parks and Prenzlauer Berg. The lady who helped me when I got there was super friendly and chatty, and helped me to get to my room. I didn't know that wifi was not included, which is probably my fault, but you would expect places to have wifi included. If you wanted wifi you needed to pay in extra, so I rather just worked on my hotspot.

• Michalina (1/5): It was my worst stay so far. - Not badly equipped kitchen. A room like a worker's flat. The decor as from 40 years ago, although I do not know if two beds, a table with chairs, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers can be considered any decor. Beds very creaky, it was impossible to turn sideways at night so as not to wake everyone up. Walls very thin, you could even hear your neighbors taking a bath. When it comes to cleanliness, a dead bird on the kitchen window sill should be very eloquent on this topic. Besides, it was relatively ok. Up to 2 am parties in other rooms. Screaming, drunk tenants, running up the stairs, banging on doors and slamming doors. As I suspect, zero staff reaction to such outrageous behavior as it continued the next day. The "hotel" is located in such an area that it was scary to go down with the dog after dark. The two of us walked for greater safety. And the icing on the cake. We were with our dog when checking in at the reception. As it turned out later, the lady at the reception desk should charge us an additional fee. Apparently she did not do it, and when checking out, another lady accusingly stated that no one had a clue about our dog. How is it possible when, while going for a walk with him, I met the lady who checked us in? I do not know. Either way, the lady demanded a surcharge for the dog. According to the information on Booking, which we found quickly, it should be 30 euro. We were charged 50 euros!!! (we were there for two nights which is a very high price. 4 star hotels wish less). We paid a little over 60 euros/person/2 nights. We tried to convey to this lady what they write on the internet themselves, but it was impossible to communicate in English. I don't know if it was for lack of will or skill. I bet on the former, because earlier she had no problem accusing us of "hiding" the dog. To sum up, I have never given a hotel or restaurant a 1 star in my life, and here I would like to give a 0.
