Traces de moisissures sur le matelas et au plafond. Température de la chambre : 27,5°c (nous n'avons pas accès au radiateur, thermostat central). Attention à l'annonce, sanitaires communs !
• hinhan0748 (10/5): A delightful gem of a hotel - Lovely hotel, our room was great. We had a deluxe king room with a private bath. It was the largest room I have had in London. (Definitely ask for ground floor if you have suitcases as there is no lift. ) The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to so many places. We would absolutely stay again. We have already referred friends.

• Bruna (3/5): - Localização muito boa e o café da manhã. Nao sou de reclamar nas avaliações porém acabamos nao tendo uma excelente experiência. Nosso quarto era para 4 pessoas, era no 3°andar, escadas estreitas e tivemos que subir com as malas sem ajuda, não tinha elevador. Quando chegamos no quarto o chuveiro não funcionava, demorava lara esquentar e saia com pouca pressão, além do banheiro ser extremamente apertado e desconfortável. As camas eram velhas, assim como toda a instalação do quarto. O Fregobar não funcionava. As tomadas eram antigas e ficaram dando mal contato com o adaptador. Não tivemos uma boa recepção na chegada, quando falávamos dos problemas pareciam se incomodar.Porém localização dele é do lado da estação de metrô e do museu British. Mas não voltaríamos ter a experiência no hotel.

• Laura (9/5): Ci tornerei - Ottima posizione, efficienza dello staff e comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out prima di partire. Gli asciugamani potrebbero essere più curati e la colazione rifornita quando il buffet scarseggia.
• Woody (9/5): Skvělá poloha, blízko k centru města do Soho, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square apod. - Snídaně byla skromná, ale dostačující. Káva překapávaná. Klasické toasty, sýr, salám, zelenina, máslo, jogurt, musli. Pro rychlou snídani pro získání energie před procházkou Londýna dostačující. Skvělá poloha hotelu vzhledem k centru města, většina nejlepších lokací se dá pohodlně dosáhnout pěšky nebo v kombinaci chůze-metro-bus. V našem podkrovním pokoji č. 11 byla postel mírně "z kopce", ale vyřešili jsme otočením polštářů na druhou stranu. :-) Takže pohoda. Koupelna velmi malá, ale výhodou je, že je na pokoji, nikoliv sdílená. Hluk z ulice, který někdo zmiňoval, byl velmi mírný a v noci nám nevadil.

Nos dieron una habitación en el piso de abajo y aún así súper amplia y súper cómoda. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas.

Staff were friendly. Check in was easy however with confirmation of booking notice should also include what is needed at check-in - photo ID. Would stay again.

• Céline (10/5): - Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel à Londres. L’emplacement est idéal, à environ 20 minutes à pied de la gare de St Pancras, ou une dizaine de minutes en taxi, ce qui est très pratique. L’accueil a été très agréable, rapide et efficace. Nous sommes arrivés assez tard et cela n’a posé aucun problème, ce qui a été très appréciable. La chambre était vraiment très propre, spacieuse et lumineuse. Nous avions une chambre donnant sur la cour arrière, ce qui la rendait particulièrement calme et silencieuse. Nous ne nous étions même pas rendu compte que la fenêtre était restée ouverte toute la nuit tellement l’environnement était paisible. La chambre était également très bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Enfin, la possibilité de laisser nos bagages à la bagagerie (gratuite) après le check-out a été un vrai plus pour visiter Londres paisiblement.

Vicina a due principali stazioni della metropolitana e alle fermate dell' autobus. Lo staff è disponibile. La colazione abbondante. La struttura è un po' datata. La camera e i servizi erano puliti, ma non mi è piaciuto avere il bagno in comune con le altre camere del piano; inoltre la camera si trovava nel sottotetto dello stabile, per cui faceva caldo rispetto agli piani. Il letto matrimoniale era un po' piccolo.

Location is good near 2 underground tube station and walking distance only from.oxford circus and for nearby exploration ofvtge area. The room.had kettle amd some teas amd coffee. And tv is good. I was able to watch a bit of news .had good channels..and 5here is a tabkecand chairs .its a small single room.but good for a night stay. They forgot to take dirty towel before i arrive..so i dont know if the room.is ckeaned well. Shower top is complicated cant close.so ii have to call.the receptionist to close it. I find the staff in.the.reception not accomodating and quirky. I dont like that they iddnt give descriotion of the hotel.that there is no elevator. They will.tell.you after you already booked in so.i got annoyed that i.had to walked on the top floor after my working hours for 12 hour shift. Bed and pillow is not comfortable to.me so i didn't sleep well.. I.find rgecarea did not ckeaned well .inused a different toiker downstairs after breakfast i found again a dirty towel on the floor. Whuch can be given to guest after laundry. I fibd it unhygenic to use.

Chaque soir lorsque nous voulions prendre une douche il y avais pratiquement pas d'eau (notre chambre était au dernier étage) j'ai prévenu une personne a l'accueil mais rien n'a changer. Quelqu'un venais fumer à notre étage matin et soir. Sachant qu'il y a des caméras comment ça se fait qu'ils laissent faire ?? Le matin nous arrivons à la salle du petit déjeuner à 8h30 et il manqué beaucoup de chose et lorsque j'ai demander en avoir les dames de l'hôtel mon répondu que non.
• Berwick (8/5): Reasonable for short stays if you need to be somewhere, or want to explore London. - In terms of location, the hotel suited us, as we had an appointment at a nearby hospital and the hotel was a few minutes away on foot. It was also located near a few restaurants and pubs for food options, and it is not far from a couple of Tube stations. The room itself was reasonably comfortable, and suited three people just fine. There ae no lifts, and we were on the upper-most floor. Whilst the hotel only has a handful of floors, this did feel a little gruelling after doing it a few times. The room was also very warm, with no obvious cause.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff kindly moved me to a lower-floor room on account of my foot injury. Breakfast (continental) was ok, but the first day I arrived towards the end of breakfast time, and only white bread was available, no brown. The hardboiled eggs were overcooked with a small and rather hard yolk.

I have visited it before two years ago, but this time I noticed a significant improvement there has clearly been a lot of refurbishment done, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I would especially like to mention Mr. Salah for his excellent service and professionalism. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely visit again.
• MUHAMMAD SAQIB (2/5): Bad experience on start of trip. - I did not like the place because i had a booking for three days but i lived only one night and leave early. There is not quick response for the internet as when checked in internet out of order in my room area. I checked in around 17:00 pm and leave the hotel next day around 13:00 pm till that time the issues not resolved. As long as my one more booking for my friend and his wife told me there on reception room is with shared bathroom as ling as i booked with private bathroom. My friend is not willing to check in the hotel and there is no way for us to stay together in a same hotel so we booked another hotel with much better options. I complained to the booking.com and still no response from there. I proceed for the refund request for this kind of bad experience on start of my trip.

À refaire sans hésiter. La salle de bain était vieille et très petite.

La salle de bain était minuscule donc on allait se doucher sur le pallier mais pomeau de douche cassé donc on se lavait avec un filet d'eau. Prise de courant arraché du mur dans la chambre. Très peu de choix au petit déjeuner dans une salle très petite ou vous devez faire la queue.

Beds were comfortable and fresh towels/toiletries daily The small fridge/freezer kept us awake it was too loud and making mad noises every half hour or so, i wouldnt have this in the room. The made shift bathroom was just not for me. Very small. It was the shower mainly it wasnt that clean, the shower curtain stuck to you as there wasnt enough space and the water trickled out

• Javier (6/5): - Good-sized single room, value for money at £70/night at this location. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other similar hotels. Staff were very rude when asked for a hand towel for the room, apparently single rooms only get a single towel regardless of length of stay for everything (shower, hands, mat...). Shower was always boiling hot, could not turn it down
• Shu-Ngai (2/5): Everything is decent except for the bugs. - The staff is friendly. The breakfast is nice. Shower and bed are reasonably comfortable. My wife and I got bitten probably by bed bugs. We together have over 15 swollen red hot hard itchy bites overnight. My daughter smashed a bug on her bed that spilled out blood. Some of these bites weren’t obvious until hours later. Since we rushed to check out, we didn’t get a chance to notify front desk.

• Plowman (8/5): Nice hotel in a good location with great staff. - The location was excellent, the staff super helpful and the addition of free breakfast (great choice!) was a really nice touch. Few details, such as having space on one side of the double bed so one person didn't have to climb over the other if they needed to get up in the night. A shelve in the shower for shower gel & shampoo & the bathroom door was clear glass which meant there was no privacy if you went to the toilet (a blind or curtain would help!)

• Teo Montanaro (4/5): The worst experience in London I have ever had - The possibility to access the garden from the room and the location of the hotel I'm pretty sure it was because of the room I chose, but the experience was not good. At first, the room needs a full renovation. It seemed the room of an old, poor man. A bed, a corridor of the same dimensions as the bed, and the bathroom of the same dimensions as the bed. Due to the structure's age, it was not possible to keep the doors open because they automatically slipped down. Then, although I appreciated the possibility of accessing the garden, the room was really hot, and the valve needed to turn off the radiator was not present. I asked for a solution, but the kind receptionist was only able to find a temporary solution that obliged me to keep the door open (the one for accessing the garden) for the 3 nights. Then the room was only cleaned on the last day (although they only had to tidy up the bed and clean the small bathroom).In addition, the pipes for warming the room ran near the head of the bed, so they continued to the room's hot air. Finally, I was hit by a phishing attack (the hotel knew that all its customers were under attack at the time). I asked the hotel for the official check-in link (because I had clicked and entered credit card information only on the one in the email received via Booking). However, the hotel has never responded to my simple question: What was the official link, and did you ask for credit card information? Therefore, I had to contact the bank to block the card, and I am paying for a replacement card. So ... The experience was really terrible. I suggest closing the room and using it only as a warehouse until it is renewed, because it was not exactly what a customer expects from a 3-star hotel.

• Ermek (6/5): Normal standartların çok altında. - Odada kalorifer vardı ve çok üşüyünce açıyorduk. Lokasyon güzel. Tam merkezi değil ama British museum’a 8 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Çok eski ve bundan dolayı pis. Odaya halı döşenmiş pislik içinde. Mobilyalar çöpten toplanmış gibi çok eski, toz içinde. Odada dolanmak imkansız, mobilyalar çok eski ve kırık. Banyo tuvalet ortak kullanıyorsunuz, dışarıda. Yani sırf lokasyon yüzünden para kazanıyor başka tutunacak yeri yok.

• Tiluuuuu (8/5): affordable hotel near the city center - Good varied breakfast and friendly customer service. Good location.
• Sano (8/5): おすすめできます。 - まずはスタッフか親切でした。また、困ったことがあるとすぐに対応してくれました。バスルームは共有でしたが、不便は感じませんでした。 朝食も良かったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。 ロケーションもよく、周りにお店もたくさんあるので便利です。駅も近く、少し歩けば、3路線も利用出来ます。 トイレとシャワーの水圧が弱いところです。 2泊しましたが、タオルの交換がなかったことです。
• PIERLUIGI (8/5): - Posizione ottimale per visitare Londra, ben collegata. Stanza con bagno privato di buone dimensioni e non datata. Zona silenziosa per dormire. La colazione potrebbe essere più varia, ma comunque buona in ciò che offre. Migliorare pulizia delle camere.

• Owen (6/5): It was convenient as my wife was in hospital 10 minutes walk - Location is good. Very impressed with the continental breakfast and enjoyed it Bedroom could do with decorating

• alir181 (8/5): Comfortable stay. Good value. - This was a comfortable stay. Room 30 is minuscule but has all that I needed for a single traveller. The reading light did not work on the evening I arrived and there was not a suitable spare bulb at reception however it was quickly fixed the next day. The shower room was clean and the shower worked fine. Bed was comfortable and there was a tea/ coffee tray. Breakfast was adequate with plenty of coffee/ choice of teas, a selection of breads, cheese, yogurt, boiled eggs etc with some fruit (tinned). The breakfast room is small and on the second day I had to wait a few minutes for a place to sit. Reception staff were helpful. Overall this stay was good value for money and I'd be happy to stay again.
