• SANDRA (8/5): Great Location, fantastic friendly staff - who went above and beyond, great price and very clean - I liked the price of this hotel, the location, the cleanliness and the incredibly friendly, approachable staff. Jay particularly went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible and was great with my disabilities. I did get a free upgrade on one of my night's stay, to match a second night I bought - so I could stay in one room without switching for the second night, which felt really special as it was my birthday, and I did have more room than expected in that respect. I also asked for a ground floor room as I have had a spinal injury and there is no lift, and this was also sorted for me by Jay. So this all made me feel very grateful, happy and my birthday more special. Thank you. I was given extra towels and toilet rolls when I asked for them and help with my luggage. Exceptionally good customer service which is rare to find. I didn't like the shower being modular and super small with no actual cubicle, which meant the water went all around the toilet, getting my feet wet, unless I used a towel to soak up the excess water and the shower took longer, as moving around in it was difficult. Sometimes I felt a bit dizzy in it, as it felt unstable in the modular format. I also didn't like the lack of storage. I know it's a budget hotel, but the rooms could have been much better designed with just adding a few shelves for example and more places to hang clothes on and fold them. I ended up using my bed as a table and spreading my things out all of the floor, which made it feel more cramped. I would consider staying here again because there were many things I liked about it, but not if I can find somewhere with an actual proper shower cubicle and more storage at a similar sort of price in the same sort of location, which I currently have done for another trip to London in August. It's not as modern as this hotel and I liked the staff at this hotel and the cleanliness, so I'm not sure it will be as good in those respects. If it weren't for the shower and storage issues, I would have given my hotel stay a 10 out of 10.

• Aleix V (10/5): Easy and Comfortable London: Clean, Modern, Personalized Service and Perfect Location to Explore the - Spectacular location: easyHotel Paddington is in a quiet and respectful neighborhood, just steps from Hyde Park and with excellent public transport connections. Now, with the buses, you can get everywhere even better than by the tube, and so many buses arrive because it’s right next to Paddington train station. Perfect if you want to explore London on foot or move quickly around the city. The service was wonderful: we were greeted by a young lady who was attentive the entire time, constantly offering help and solving any issues. Initially, we were given a room a bit tight for two people, we mentioned it, and the next day they gave us exactly what we needed. Impeccable attention to detail and willingness to help—wish everyone worked like this. Keep in mind that this is a hostel designed just for sleeping: ideal for resting and going out to visit the city, not for spending time inside. Everything is very clean, new, and well maintained. In short: excellent if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location to explore London. A big thank you to the hostel and especially to the young lady for her personal attention—it really made our stay much better! All was perfect.

C’est un super emplacement pour séjourner La propreté de la chambre, en 4 jours personne n’est passé pour même passer un coup de balai, pas de changement de serviette, le lit n’est pas fait. Le bruit est insupportable entre le métro, les aérations, les évacuation et les gens qui marchent à longueur de temps le lit n’est pas du tout confortable on dors sur une planche de bois. Il n’y a aucun rangement. Pour un hôtel je trouve ça quand même limite

No hangers in the toilet nor a place to put toothbrushes. Other than that, it was as expected and completely within our comfort zone.

Come altre volte in altri posti, nessun armadio per poggiare le cose. Ma perché non mettere mensole e ganci per appendere zaini vestiti asciugamani appoggiare beauty case ecc? Le pareti potrebbero esser sfruttate meglio. Anche in bagno. Mettetela qualche mensola!
• Carmen (1/5): - La ubicación La habitación era super pequeña, por no hablar del "baño" en un metro cuadrado estaba la ducha, el inodoro y el lavabo, la ducha no tenía manguera, al ducharte mojabas el inodoro, no te podías ni mover. Solo había dos toallas grandes, ni una pequeña para el tema de lavado de manos o cara. No había perchas para colgar la ropa, no había ventana, la habitación estaba en un sótano. Nos cobraron 5£ por cada equipaje el día de llegada, si querías limpiar la habitación o cambiar toallas tenías que pagar 15£. En general un hotel que no volvería nunca ni lo aconsejaría.

• Belen (8/5): Mu buen hotel muy céntrico y bien comunicado, por el precio que tiene es bastante bueno. - Me gusto mucho lo céntrico que está muy cerca del metro de Paddington cerca de todo tipo de restaurantes y tiendas para comprar subenirs de la ciudad, también la habitacion estaba limpia los colchones muy cómodos el personal atento, fácil de encontrar el hotel El baño muy pequeño pero por el precio que tiene la habitación, no me importa, lo único malo es que tenía que dejar la habitación a las 10am y mi vuelo salía a las 17:30 así que tibe que pagar 5€ por cada maleta que deje en el hotel ya que no podía ir con ellas toda la la mañana y algo de la tarde hasta mi hora del vuelo de regreso, pienso que eso debería de ser una cortesía del hotel que puedas dejar tus maletas sin coste.

• GEMA (8/5): Sin sorpresas, buen precio con lo necesario. - Es perfecta la relación calidad-precio, no engañan con lo que ofrecen. Muy bien comunicado con la estación de metro a dos pasos y cerca para moverte incluso andando a la mayoría de los sitios de interés. Por ponerle una pega, está claro que no se pueden pedir armarios, pero al menos dos o tres perchas para poder colgar la ropa.

• Haoran (5/5): Great location, just don't book the windowless rooms. - Location and ease of access is great. Price is one of the cheapest in the area. The room is very small with bad ventilation. Toilet/shower is tiny and also had bad ventilation and stayed damp. The AC unit hot/cool option is controlled by the recpetion desk and had to ask twice for them to switch to cool option since it cannot be done in the room it self and it was stuck on hot by default.

• Espen (2/5): Om beliggenhet er det eneste som gjelder, kan det funke. - Beliggenheten var ok. Ganske nære paddington stasjon. Rommene var meget uhyggelige. Tett i tett, knapt rom for mennesker i gangen og på hotellet. Samme gjelder inne på rommet, selv om det var mer forventet grunnet størrelsen som var oppgitt. Det var flekker på madrass og sengetøy, hår i dusjen. Det var knapt trykk i dusjen, så om man hadde litt lengde på håret gikk det ikke å få ut såpe. Meget mye støy, snakket med folk i resepsjonen, litt uvist om det var ansatte eller ikke for det var både barn og andre i området støtt og stadig. Du skulle ta å ordne opp, men ingenting skjedde.

• Karl (8/5): Convenient and comfortable enough, only real issue was the bathroom. - The location was exactly what we needed as it was by a bus stop, near food shops and near the train station. The bathroom, it was hard to do anything in there whether it was using the toilet or just brushing teeth in the sink. The shower was hard to get in and out of due to the position of the sink and the shower floor felt like it could cave in at any second, we also noticed a crack in it and the shower never seemed to fully drain so it was slippery.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία: κοντά σε μετρό και λεωφορεία. Τριγύρω είχε μαγαζιά για κάθε σου ανάγκη. Πολύ μικρό μπάνιο και νιπτήρας. Δεν είχε ντουλάπα ούτε ασανσέρ.

• Jovani Roda (7/5): Si estas buscando un alojamiento para quedarte durante un par de dias, y vas a estar poco en el hotel, este es suficient - estaba todo bastante limpio y las camas bastante comodas No hay ascensor, solo escaleras. Estas son muy estrechas, igual que los pasillos que dan a las habitaciones. El baño es minusculo (tipo el de un avión). Si vas a estar solo para dormir en el alojamiento, este te irá bien.

That was not going to happen at the easyHotel London Paddington. I wasn’t bothered about a miniscule room, no window, no amenities or frills whatsoever. All I wanted was quiet. Sadly the room was anything but. The aircon machine in the corner, despite being switched off emitted a whirring sound louder than the various equipment in the hospital ward I had just come from. How anyone could sleep like that I do not know. I certainly couldn’t, so after 10 minutes promptly gathered up my belongings and left. The front desk reception confirmed that was the sound it makes when off. I asked for a refund and assumed that was processed at the time, however they did not do it – possibly lack of comprehension skills on their part. They also later refused a refund via the booking.com portal. The only saving grace was that 30 seconds away there was another hotel at the same price, where I did not have to put up with outrageous noises when trying to sleep. That also had better beds, the room and bathroom was also much bigger. If you are reading this, check out the various other 2* hotels nearby. There are so many, and I expect they are all better than what I experienced at the easyHotel London Paddington. What an absolute joke. The owners of this place should be appalled and ashamed.

• maria isabel (9/5): Muy cómoda, buena relación calidad/precio. - No tiene restaurante pero hay una buena maquina de café en la entrada, con barra para desayunar y muchas cafeterías cerca. Todos los servicios cerca: restaurantes, lavandería, farmacia, correos, supermercados, tiendas mas exclusivas. Bonita vista y habitación tranquila en la tercera planta. Muy bien comunicado y con zonas para visitar a pie desde el hotel. Solo había una percha para la ropa. La WiFi no era muy segura. La web no funciona para reservar.

I had previous stayed here for 4 nights while visiting my brother in hospital. Great to be able to borrow a hairdryer and when the shower curtain came down was fixed by the afternoon. Nothing. All was great

There is very little room for suitcases. As two people sleeping in one room it was difficult to move. We had to almost dance around each other.
