Цена-качество 👍 - Довольно приятный небольшой отельчик, очень отзывчивая, всегда готовая помочь администратор на ресепшн Джофи. Она большая умница, очень быстро нивелиравала возникшие мелкие трудности и решила все вопросы. Молодец, отличный сотрудник. Расположение отеля хорошее, улица не центральная, но и не отшиб города. И добираться на такси недолго до достопримечательностей, и по ночам довольно тихо. Довольно вкусный ресторан. Нет смысла куда-то ехать, что-то искать в городе. На завтраке я съела самый вкусный в Индии омлет. Два раза будили сотрудники, это была доставка еды в номер, путали номера. Хотелось бы больше внимательности. Также, отсутствие в номере фена. Но надо сказать, что фен можно попросить на ресепшене. Впрочем, это мелочи, отель нормальный.

• Pamela (7/5): We were on an extensive tour of India, and the Taj Mahal is well worth seeing. - Modern look, central and very close to Taj Mahal, good value for money for our 1 night stay, the manager Yash was very helpful with arranging a guide and private taxi, for our travel. The guide Ram was excellent with knowledge on Taj Mahal. Better use of air conditioning /fans was needed in the breakfast /dining area.

• Joachim (10/5): The best hotel experience in India - The front office has been so incredibly helpful which I am truly grateful for! I arrived really late at the Hotel because my train had 2 hour delay. They helped me book a train ticket at the right time the next morning so I would be able to see the Taj Mahal before my train departure. When my train departure was, again (freaking train system...), delayed for 12 hours they let me store my luggage at the reception and helped me out during the whole day. I have never seen a front office like this and I am really fortunate to have stayed at the Orange Hotel! Apart from the service the rooms were really nice, clean and spacious. I only stayed for one night, but I have no cons for this Hotel.

• Tejas (8/5): Decent stay in agra with Family - The room Size was good, though the property is 7-8 years old, but the rooms were properly maintained. The staff, especially the receptionist, Ms Jyoti and waiter Mr Yatin, was very kind and cooperative Food quality was good, they serve both north and south Indian breakfast and also offer dosa and omelet from the kitchen. The building is only having 4 floors and we were on 3rd floors so view wasn't that great. If you are lucky then you might will get hot water or else you may get Luke warm water in shower which isn't comforting in winter.

Room was not clean It was like staying in very old house. Bed covers were not clean. Please look at the photos which i have uploaded. Hot water available only after informing at reception 10-15 minutes prior. towels were not clean.

The receptionist was very helpful. Really respect and appreciate her professionalism along with her genuine advice on exploring the options in Agra with the full roadmap on paper. Nothing specific. Everything was apt.
• Aksana (7/5): A nice hotel where I had an unpleasant experience - Nice hotel with courteous staff. There is also a restaurant from which you can order food directly to your room (very tasty, I recommend it). The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and big. The location of the hotel is not bad, from it you can quickly get to the main attractions. There is no noise from the street, so you can have a good rest after sightseeing. I lowered my grade quite a bit for several reasons. At first, the walls of the hotel need some cosmetic repairs. Secondly, the hotel has occasional power outages. The lights go out for a couple of minutes, but because of this there are difficulties with wi-fi. These two points would not practically affect my impressions of this accommodation, if it were not for the situation at check-out. On check-out, the manager informed me that I allegedly did not pay money to the rickshaw driver and asked me to refute it. Luckily, I had a chat with this driver in WhatsApp, so the manager allowed me to leave the hotel. I consider such an incident unacceptable for a good hotel! First of all, the manager was discussing a customer with a stranger. Secondly, the manager asked for some proof, but did she have the right to accuse me of something? That is why my score is lowered so much.

• Ruta (10/5): rekomended to all hows traveling on budget and want to feel safe to leave stuff inside hotel. - We loved personal whos working here, they were really polite and helpful, if we need any help they even can send a person with you for exemple go to farmacy store or to buy buss tickets. especially girl wich was working in reseption, she has good english language knowledge and was really really helpful. to leave a backpacks after you cheking out also no problem. i missed hair conditioner.

• Lana (2/5): It's a story to tell. - The staff was generally nice. While the room resembled the pictures, what it didn't show was the dirty (reused sheets), dirty (reused towels), unclean bathroom seat (it was full of urine), a TV that didn't work (was just for show), dirty hallways and more. How do I know all these things were dirty - when I pulled back the covers I found the sheets wrinkled with a long hair that wasn't mine. On the pillow, was an oil stain with a short hair that wasn't mine. The towel, when unfolded had yet another hair that wasn't mine and smelled musty. The toilet was self-explanatory with dried urine on the covers.

As a traveller from South Africa this was well below standard for a 4-star establishment - it's closer to 2-star. It was dirty, in a very busy and unsafe neighbourhood, and I would not recommend this stay for women travelling alone. It is also not sound proofed - at all.

• Surendran (10/5): The front office staff, food, service and team orange - The staff, food, service Ms. Jyothi the front office staff really awesome. she did a great hospitality services which is really appreciated, helped us lot to arrange the local transport with affordable price, bus n etc.. and Mr. Yaswer Sing, another FOstaff, he was also very helpful and dedicative.. he helped us to book the Taj mahal gate passes and etc.. really proud of this staff.. and happily recommended hotel orange to stay overnights.. food was tasty..i felt more affordable from outside restaurants. thank you so much to Mr. Ali the auto driver.. he is so nice n wise person and affordable service than others.. the location is not noisy.. rooms are worthful.. all amenities were excellent.! from the outside look you may feel the hotel is small or not worthy, we had also same thoughts.. but once you enter, the service and hospitality will fill your heart with 100% satisfaction.. thank you, Jyothi and Yeswer with your whole team Orange. we will definitely come again to meet you..
