• Karine (10/5): - Всё было идеально! Быстрое заселение и выселение, персонал очень вежливый! Номер оправдал все ожидания, очень большой, чистый! Уборка в номере каждый день! Есть всё необходимое (полотенца, тапочки, фен, принадлежности для душа). Отдельно хотелось бы похвалить персонал, который работает в зоне бассейна. Отлично следят за чистотой, безопасностью посетителей! Вся территория отеля внутри и снаружи очень ухоженная! Вкусные завтраки! Расположение отеля: очень легко добраться на метро, а оттуда не надо идти пешком, каждые минут 10 ходит автобус, за пару остановок легко можно доехать до отеля. От остановки до отеля 2 минуты. Также в пару минутах ходьбы находятся рестораны, в которых можно вкусно покушать. Нам очень понравилось, в такое место хочется обязательно вернуться!

• Happiness (10/5): Great hotel, friendly staff, easy access to Rome perfect stay. - Great stay at Ergife Palace I really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is big, clean and well looked after, rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff are polite and always happy to help. Breakfast has lots of choice and everything tastes fresh. It’s just outside the centre also getting around Rome is simple and fast. Good value for money I would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

• Jose (4/5): Staff not helpful, wifi does not work in the rooms, not location friendly for exploring Rome without being part of a tou - Property has beautiful pool area, unfortunately missing a spa for this size of a hotel and outdoor space not used. Great gym. Property had no Wifi in our rooms. As tourist it is crucial to have wifi to plan our days but the wifi was not strong enough to reach our rooms over 3 different bookings/rooms with this location. In my last stay I heard a couple fight so bad, I genuinely felt the female was in a life threatening danger. It went till 3AM and I had to go down to reception to immediately call the authorities as I heard a lot of banging. The staff downstairs looked at me confused and didn’t believe me, they asked to go back upstairs and see if it is still going. But the staff’s keys were so loud and alerted the dangerous male, we were not able to catch him. Needless to say the staff are not really reliable, multiple times I called for new room towels or tissues but they never came till after the 3rd call. When paying this price the staff should be alert to cater to the guests, we did not feel this. Also the hotel cancelled one of my 3 bookings with them without any warning or communication. So when we got to the hotel I had to rebook my extra stays under different bookings and pay their city tax in euro’s an extra 2 times! If this happened in any other hotel this should have been wavered at the minimum at offered compensation for our troubles. Also no free water tap in reception, the bar made us go buy a bottle from the snack vending machine.

• Marcin (9/5): - Otrzymałem duży pokój z balkonem, jestem zadowolony. Do łazienki nie było do drzwi, jedynie do wc i bidetu. Zależy z kim podróżujesz, takie rozwiązanie może być mało intymne. Prysznic z przezroczystą szybą. Pokoje dobre i czyste, ale bez zestawu do kawy. Rzeczywiście karty się często rozmagnetyzowywały i wymagały odnowienia. Bardzo fajny basen, w maju woda była chłodna. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, bardzo dobra kawa. Z hotelu do metra jest 1 km 400 m Cornelia, trzeba podejść. Uber do piazza navona kosztował ok. 22 euro w 1 stronę. Taxi na lotnisko 55 euro. W hotelu można wypocząć, jest komfortowo.
• David (5/5): - The pool facility is lovely. The system to keep the seagulls away is interesting, but ignored it. The staff is great. All around, a wonderful team The breakfast is ok. Better than some. The caffe bar is nice. Convention area is perfect for larger gathering (1000+) and breakout sessions. Hotel is normal for large tour groups as busses accumulate daily. It is fine as an easy entry and exit location, but it is not near anything really. 15 min ride to Vatican, etc. Further for others. The rooms and such need refurbishment. The carpet is old and most chairs need new upholstery. Bath could be modified also. Balconies are lovely though.
• Hakan (4/5): If the noise had not been there, it would have been a good stay. - Meget standard hotel. For two days, I had to sleep with a constant beeping/alarm sound coming from somewhere within the hotel. The noise never stopped during those two days — it beeped three times in a row every second. Although the sound was relatively low, it was still loud enough to penetrate into the room and become very disturbing, especially when trying to sleep. I am staying in Rome until Friday, but I have chosen to move to another hotel because the noise became too irritating and made it difficult to rest properly.

• Rajesh (4/5): - The shopping Arcade in the Lobby The shower in our room was not working and requested for maintenance to have it repaired. As we were going to the city, we requested the person in the reception to hae repaired it while we were away. After returning in the evening, asked the same person about the shower, he was rude and asked me to check it myself and let them know if it was still not done, which i had to go to the room and come back to the reception to tell him, that the problem was not sorted out. Finally around 9.15 pm it was repaired.

• Anna (8/5): Toimiva hotelli, mutta ei lisäpisteitä luovuudesta! - Huone oli iso ja siisti. Aamupalalla oli hyvä valikoima ja barista tekemässä mieleisen kahvin. Hotellissa oli ihan kelvollinen kuntosali, jota käytimme useasti vierailun aikana. Hotelli vaikutti ammattimaisesti johdetulta ja kaikin puolin toimivalta "koneistolta". Aamiaissali oli todella kakofoninen ja hektinen. Olisimme halunneet viedä aamiaistuotteita oman huoneen rauhaan nautittavaksi, mutta tämä ei ollut sallittua. Huoneen suihku/ammeratkaisu oli käsittämätön - suihkua oli mahdotonta käyttää, ilman että samalla koko kylpyhuone kastuu (--> lattiat aina märät, pelko veden valumisesta olohuoneen puolelle jne). Hotelli sijaitsee varsin syrjäisellä paikalla, joten siellä voisi olla jotain ajanvietettä - esimerkiksi biljardipöytä. Tilaa sille tuntuisi olevan, sillä hotelli yleisine tiloineen on aivan valtava. Bookingista luimme, että hotellin uima-allas olisi käytössä toukokuusta alkaen, mutta se avattiin vasta lähtöpäivänämme 11.5. Sääli, sillä tämä vaikutti päätökseemme tulla tähän hotelliin.

• Emily (6/5): - Room had a balcony and the front of the hotel has beautiful plants. I liked the little bar in the lobby had a hard time finding the restaurant so I ate there. Air conditioning did work. Pool wasn’t open yet. Carpet was very stained but the room was clean at least!

• Almahmodi (6/5): Could be better if they work on it - What I liked most about the property was the facility itself — it is very spacious and well designed there are several areas that need improvement. For example, the furniture has a very outdated design and appears to be quite old and rooms not provided by cattle or any thing except tv. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal did not properly reach my room, which was inconvenient. Another issue was that the snack vending machines only accepted coins and did not support cash bills or Visa/card payments, which was quite inconvenient. Finally, I noticed that the property does not have a main gate and remains fully open 24 hours a day without visible security or guards. Even though the area seems safe, this still does not provide a comfortable or secure feeling in case of any emergency or unexpected situation.
• izak (10/5): - 施設は価格からすると予想外に広く綺麗で、スタッフは親しみやすく、朝食が素晴らしかったです。郊外にある分、部屋は静かで快適でした。近くのレストランもボリューミーで美味しかったです。タクシーはフロントで頼めます。プールは季節外のため立ち入り禁止でしたが、夏なら気持ちよく泳げると思います。 空港からもローマの中心市街地からも遠かったです。中心市街地へは電動スクーターやレンタサイクルならスムーズですが、慣れてないとちょっと怖いですね。シャワールームに扉がないので、気を付けないと洗面所がびしょ濡れになります。

• Sandrine (6/5): Hotel de niveau 3 étoiles, piscine fermée et non respect de la réservation lit double. - Prix correct, assez proche de rome (20/30mn) Accueil mauvais sur le Check in Réservation faite en précisant un anniversaire de mariage et demande d’un lit pour couple. Il nous a été attribué deux lits doubles, sans couette uniquement un drap et un couvre lit chambre froide pour la 1 ère nuit. Le lendemain nous avons demandé un changement de chambre qui a été satisfaisant cependant le matelas n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’un palace ou hôtel de type sofitel. Ressort ressentis au coucher. Hôtel choisit pour sa piscine hors celle ci est fermée et non précisé sur le site. Petit déjeuner viennoiserie très sèche à ce demander si ce n’était pas les restes d’hier. Manque de sourire du personnel qui est plus concerné par l’accueil de grands groupes de séminaire que des clients séjournants de manière individuels

• Jorge (7/5): Disappointing stay - Room is big Misleading advertising. In my case, I booked this place to have a good rest away from the center. When I arrived, I noticed large groups of people coming and going. It was very annoying to have to wait for an elevator. The pool was empty, and the breakfast was very poor. I wouldn't return.
