-nath- (9/5): Parfait en basse saison - The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel infrastructure is very clean, pleasant, and well maintained. The view is absolutely exceptional, and the free parking was very convenient. In the low season, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. However, there is music in the evening which slightly disturbs the peaceful setting, although younger guests will probably enjoy it. The prices of the drinks are also a bit high.

Céline (3/5): Endroit idyllique mais expérience humiliante - La vue L’endroit La plagee privée L’accueil du personnel. Le manque de professionnalisme et de considération de la part du personnel et ce quand bien meme l’hotel se dit 5 étoiles. La différence de traitement en fonction de la categorie de client dans laquelle vous êtes catégorisés. J’ai vecu une tres mauvaise expérience dans cet hotel qui est de l’extérieur très beau et magnifiquement placé. En effet, apres m’avoir remis un clé de chambre et m’etre installée dans la chambre , l’agent d’accueil m’a interpellé pour m’indiquer que finalement il ne retrouvait pas ma réservation. Il y avait eu vraisemblablement un soucis de transmission entre booking et l’établissement. J’ai eu beau démontrer que ma réservation etait confirmée, que j’avais bien payé, j’ai été traitée comme une personne profitant d’une chambre sans en avoir le droit et ce par plus de 4 agents de l’hotel dont la manageuse. A aucun moment je n’ai été traité comme une client avec bienveillance et prudence, compte tenu de ce que je leur expliquais. J’ai vécu cette situation comme une humiliation et cela m’a gaché une bonne partie de mon experience dans l’hotel. Il est a noter que j’avais lu a l’avance les quelques commentaires negatifs presents sur booking mais j’ai voulu passer outre et je le regrette. Si vous y allez, vous aurez peut etre une tres bonne experience mais sachez que votre experience pourra être gâchée comme la mienne si par malchance il y a un pb de transmission de votre réservation. Ce type de situation est tres regrettable puisque nous pensions bénéficier des services d’un hotel 5 étoiles.

Nous étions peu considérés à 2 reprises, au restaurant japonais et à la plage. Ensuite, le jour de notre arrivée, nous n'avions ni transat ni serviettes disponibles. Il a fallu appeler la responsable de l'hôtel qui a réglé le problème. Pour un tel hôtel, au prix où il est, c'est nullissime. Le sourire ça manque.

Albin (8/5): - Great Hotel, really good atmosphere, great staff (if you also treat them well!) Great views and overall pleasant. For the high end price it doesnt offer high end goods. For example the breakfast is lacklustre and very small. You don‘t have a lot of choice. The prices for the restaurant and the bar are really high, comparable to cities likes New York or Zürich, but the quality is not on par. We spend on a dinner for two 200€ with a small bottle of wine, and for lunch also around 100€. I would visit this hotel again, but I really hope they lower the prices, as neither the hotel was fully booked, nor where there that many people at the beach.

Wir mussten lange warten, bis wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Die Zeiten für das Auschecken wurden sehr strikt gehandhabt. Uns wurde ein Late Check-Out für 50% des Zimmerpreises angeboten. Sehr verwunderlich in der Nebensaison...

Ilirian (8/5): Great hotel, location and a many things to do. - The room and hotel were very clean, superb location right on the beach. The sun beds were very comfortable, the beach was spotless, and the music levels were just right. Perfect place to relax. They do an excellent breakfast with loads fo options. The downside was the service at the bar. Staff were very young and often unprofessional, spending more time on their phones than serving. You had to flag them down to get noticed. Luckily I spoke the local language, so I managed fine, but my partner and anyone else speaking English had a much harder time. Prices are on the high side, which is expected, but the cost of water was unreasonable. A still bottle ranged from 350 to 700 lek (around 3.5 to 7 euros). I can understand inflated prices for alcohol or cocktails, but water should not be priced that high. Breakfast was great, but the food at the restaurant during the day and evening was disappointing. They served store-bought mash, the salmon was overcooked, and overall the quality felt below average. After one try, I skipped eating there again and instead drove out 25–30 minutes where there are plenty of great options.

I didn’t like the dry cleaning process. We needed some close to be washed in cold water and they said they can’t essentially help us with our request.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, agréables et propres. Le balcon vue mer est un plus. La plage est magnifique et nous avons pu choisir nos transats car hors-saison (septembre). Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et qualitatif. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel haut de gamme bien intégré au paysage Les restaurants sont bons mais tout de même un peu chers pour le service et la quantité servie (idem pour les boissons/cocktails).

Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und es fehlte uns an nichts. Es ist eigentlich ein „Adults-only“ Hotel, jedoch waren viele Familien mit Kindern und teilweise auch Babies. Das hat uns sehr gestört! Wir mögen Kinder, und bekommen selbst bald eines, aber wir haben uns bewusst für dieses ADULTS ONLY Hotel entschieden und waren dann sehr verärgert darüber, dass wir beim Frühstück auf schreiende und quängelnde Kinder stoßen!

Die Preise an der Bar liegen eher im oberen Bereich und wirkten im Vergleich zu Destinationen mit höherem Standard, wie Ibiza oder dem Five Palm in Dubai, etwas hoch.

La chambre n’était pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles : elle n’était pas prête à notre arrivée car elle n’avait pas encore été nettoyée, et nous avons dû patienter à la plage. Nous avons aussi ressenti un manque d’organisation et de sympathie, et le prix est un peu élevé par rapport à la qualité de la chambre.

Peter (7/5): Prachtige plek, maar heel jammer van de prijzen. - Het hotel ligt echt prachtig. Nog nooit zulk helder water gezien. Alles ziet er van buiten mooi uit. Het restaurant, de bar en de kamers die tegen de berg aan liggen. Allereerst de prijzen van de drankjes. Compleet uit verhouding. Flesje water €12,00. Niet normaal. Ook bij het ontbijt krijg je eerste kopje koffie gratis, daarna moet je €4,00 betalen voor een kopje. Ook mag je niet zomaar ergens op het privé strand liggen. Je krijgt een plek aangewezen en een ander gedeelte is speciaal voor de VIPS. Ook de prijzen van de minibar veel te hoog. Als je als 2e onder de douche staat, heb je halverwege koud water. Randen van het bad beschimmeld.

Isalyne (4/5): Déception immense malgré le potentiel - La plage. Attention si vous cherchez un adults only, l’établissement n’en ai pas un. Si vous n’avez pas de suite vous ne pourrez pas profiter de la première ligne à la plage, on vous dira que ces places sont « réservés. » Le personnel n’est pas accueillant, ni à l’écoute, nous avons plusieurs fois exprimé notre mécontentement, en vain. Attention la vue sur la mer pourrait en fait donner sur le boîtier de la climatisation. Si vous cherchez un endroit ambiancé pour faire la fête, allez y le week-end, la semaine rien ne se passe.

Le fait que si on consomme au bar, ou aux restos de l’hôtel et que on puisse pas rajouter la note à la chambre pour tout régler à la fin du séjour.

Dirk (7/5): - Eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Bitte nicht auf die Bauruinen am Berg schauen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Personal. Bei außergewöhnlichen Bitten bestehen überhaupt keine Lösungen. Die Bedienung muss zum Bedienen aufgefordert werden. Manche Gäste werden bevorzugt. Ungewöhnlich für das höhersternige Hotel.

deda (7/5): - I recently stayed at your property with my fiancé and, while we appreciated certain aspects—such as the quality of the food—the overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by poor staff conduct. During our visit to the restaurant, the service was disappointing. After our meal, we waited for 30–40 minutes just to receive the bill. That delay, while inconvenient, wasn’t the main issue. What truly left a bad impression was the waiter’s behavior. Without us even receiving the bill or offering a tip voluntarily, the waiter openly asked, "Are you going to add a tip or not?" This felt very uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially considering the lackluster service. To make matters worse, we attempted to pay by card (including a tip), but the transaction was declined twice—not due to insufficient funds, but seemingly because the card was removed too quickly. We could see the attempts on our banking app, yet the waiter insisted on a cash payment. (So that he could get more tips ) Although we had cash and did end up paying, the interaction felt pushy and even a bit suspicious, particularly since we had already included a tip that, frankly, was not deserved. This wasn’t an isolated incident. We had a similar experience with the parking staff. When leaving the resort, a parking attendant stopped us and pressured us for a tip in exchange for keeping a good parking spot. Again, this felt very unprofessional and manipulative. We came to your property expecting a relaxing and high-quality experience. Instead, we were left feeling uncomfortable and, frankly, disappointed.
Sihana (7/5): Schöner Strand, aber enttäuschender Service - Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Unterkunft sehr schön ist und direkt an einem herrlichen Strand mit glasklarem Wasser liegt. Der Parkplatz ist inbegriffen und das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Die Strandliegen sind äußerst bequem. Auch das Personal war überwiegend freundlich, mit nur wenigen Ausnahmen. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel jedoch nicht den angegebenen Sternen. Die zahlreichen negativen Punkte ziehen die eigentlich schöne Anlage deutlich nach unten. Die Zimmerreinigung lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Es wurde lediglich kurz durchgewischt und die Laken zurechtgerückt – mehr nicht. Schon bei der Ankunft fanden wir zahlreiche Haare, und auch während des Aufenthalts änderte sich daran nichts. Der Ablauf in der Dusche und am Waschbecken war verstopft. Solche Mängel sollte das Hotelpersonal selbst bemerken und beheben, anstatt auf eine Meldung der Gäste zu warten. Außerdem gab es nur bei der Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer, danach jedoch nicht mehr – für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ein absolutes Muss. Am Strand wurden die Liegen den Gästen zugeteilt. Die Verpflegung (Essen und Trinken) am Strand sowie im Restaurant ist sehr teuer. Auf der Karte am Strand sind ausschließlich Getränke aufgeführt. Als wir jedoch sahen, dass andere Gäste auch Speisen erhielten, wollten wir ebenfalls etwas bestellen. Der erste Kellner erklärte, dass die Küche um diese Uhrzeit (ca. 15:00 Uhr) geschlossen sei. Der zweite Kellner sagte, es gäbe gar nichts. Als wir ihn 30 Minuten später erneut fragten, verneinte er wieder. Erst als wir ihn darauf hinwiesen, dass andere Gäste durchgehend Essen bestellten, meinte er, er würde „eine Ausnahme“ machen – und bot uns Mini-Hamburger an, zum Preis von 15 € pro Stück! Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem, dass nicht einmal Kaffee erhältlich war. Hierbei wurde deutlich, dass nicht alle Gäste gleich behandelt werden. Wer Trinkgeld gibt, wird bevorzugt. Außerdem scheint das Aussehen der Gäste eine Rolle zu spielen. Besonders störend fanden wir auch, dass einige Kellner männlichen Gästen aktiv dabei halfen, Flirtbekanntschaften zu finden. Für uns war das schlicht unangemessen und unprofessionell.

Driton (9/5): Perfect location with good food/service and okay room - The high quality food and the good service matched my expectations. The private beach area with its amenities was amazing and such a cozy vibe. The beach itself is also beautiful. We had the Deluxe room - while the room was all in all good, it wasn‘t phenomenal, the bed itself felt hard and the bathroom also was small and only had a bathtub. It took long until hot water was flowing - certaintly not something you would expect from a 5-Star Hotel. When we booked this hotel, we were not aware that, literally in front of our hotel room, that there is a beach club on the weekend - meaning you could literally hear the bass and music in your room because the isolation of the room isn‘t good - until 3/4am. Again not something you would expect from a high quality hotel.
Rinor (9/5): Sehr gut - Der Strand war sauber, die Lage perfekt. Frühstück war richtig gut, immer frisch und immer aufgefüllt. Alles war wirklich gut nur die Zeichnung im Zimmer fand meine Frau bisschen Angst einflössen und das es nicht ganz dunkel im Zimmer war sondern Licht von aussen reindrang

Sarah (6/5): - Der Strand und das essen sind sehr toll. Das Frühstück und Restaurant Prive waren der Hammer. Auch das Meer hier ist wunderschön. Als wir ankamen hatten wir das Zimmer was wir gebucht haben nicht erhalten. Es gab viele Diskussionen und das Hotel wollte uns nicht entgegenkommen. Das einzige was war ist, dass wir am nächsten Tag das Zimmer erhalten, was wir gebucht haben. Allerdings war in diesem Zimmer mehrere Sachen kaputt. Wir erhielten keine Entschädigung oder ähnliches. Ausserdem waren wir im 5ten Stock und die lifte waren regelmässig ausserbetrieb. Auch als wir aus - checken war ein Lift nicht in Betrieb

Alban (1/5): UN ENFER AU PARADIS - C'est dommage qu'on ai confier un paradis comme ca a des gens qui n'ont aucune aucune aucune notions de ce que doit etre un 5 etoiles 1- Propreté 0 2- Personnel on dirait qu'ils sont tous a leurs compte tout est payant ou sur reservation ( en gros tu paye tu as) 3 Tout est a des prix exorbitant la bouteille d'eau 0.8l est a 1300 leke sachant qu'un adulte normal doit boire 3L d'eau vous etes deja a 50€ d'eau par jours et par personne et vous pouvez revez pour avoir de l'eau gratos a la plage. 4 Le buffet du petit dejeuner c'est une table de 3m ou vous avez tout dessus en mode froid le premier café est inclus apres il faut payer :). 5 Le sourire est inexistant dans cet hotel donc si vous voulez y aller penser a etre enervé avant d'arriver car ils n'aiment pas les gens heureux. 6 Pour une journée a deux prix de l'hotel+consommation+ dejeuner+ diner+ paiement des parasols "reserver" il faut compter 700€ par jours. J'ai été dans pleins d'hotels 5 et 4 etoiles dans la vie celui la rentre dans la fourchette 1/2 etoiles.

Arlinda (6/5): Preisverhältnis war es übertrieben teuer. - Die Lage war gut und das Hotel auch sehr schön, die Zimmer wurden immer gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal an der Reception war sehr frech und die meinten beim Check-inn wir können den Strand und den Pool heute nicht ausnutzen da es keine Plätze mehr frei hat. Und dies zählt erst ab morgen. War eine frechheit, bis der Big Boss kam und es plötzlich freie Plätze am Strand gab.
