- Sophia (10/5): Wunderschönes Hotel mit herzlicher Atmosphäre und perfekter Lage in Berat - Wir haben uns im Hotel Residenza in Berat wirklich super wohlgefühlt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir total herzlich empfangen und hatten direkt das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer waren sauber, gemütlich und man merkt einfach, dass hier auf viele kleine Details geachtet wird. Besonders gefallen hat uns die entspannte Atmosphäre und die Hilfsbereitschaft vom Team. Auch das Frühstück war richtig lecker und frisch. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Berat zu erkunden, und trotzdem ruhig genug, um abends gut abschalten zu können. Für uns war es definitiv eines der Hotels, an das man sich gerne erinnert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
- Veraal (10/5): Absolute aanrader - Perfecte centrale locatie. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt wordt uitgeserveerd en bevat allerlei onderdelen. Muesli, pannekoeken, brood, fruit en eitjes en koffie naar bestelling. De straatjes in het oude centrum zijn smal, maar goed te doen.

- André (8/5): Bel hôtel avec un bon emplacement - L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont propres, le déjeuner est très bon. Le personnel très aimable. Pour moi quelque petites choses a revoir: Il y a une bouilloire sur la table, il n’y avait pas de tasse ni de thé ou de Nescafé, une carafe d’eau dans le frigo, mais pas de verres. Nous avions le malheur qu‘il pleuvait quand nous étions là, donc on était trempé et là on a remarqué qu‘il manquait des crochets pour pendre nos vestes toute mouillée. Ce sont juste de petites détails que l‘on peut vite rectifier.

- Timothy (10/5): A comfortable and convenient hotel for your Berat visit - We occupied arguably the hotel’s best room with an enormous balcony that provided sweeping views of the old city and mountains. The comfortable bed and pillows made for a restful sleep, and there was no waiting for hot water in the commodious shower. Generous closet space made it easy to stow luggage and hang clothes. A nice breakfast was served in the hotel’s restaurant each morning, and each cup of coffee was made to order. Berat’s cobblestone streets are just outside your door. An all around great hotel experience. Just a small point: For all of the generous wall space throughout the hotel, there was not one piece of art displayed.

Le restaurant offre des options pour le souper, que nous avons pu manger sur notre balcon pendant que notre bébé dormait et c’était délicieux. Petit-déjeuner inclus, ils avaient une chaise haute pour notre bébé ce qui est une première depuis notre arrivée en Albanie. Ça nous a grandement aidé à pouvoir profiter et manger. Géographiquement bien situé, à quelques minutes à pieds des attractions principales de la ville. Le quartier environnant est très bruyant. L’appel de la prière s’est fait plusieurs fois et devant notre chambre. Nous avions l’impression que les fenêtres étaient ouvertes alors que ce n’était pas le cas. Moins évident avec un bébé, mais nous avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour.

The room is very nice and the balcony/view is truly top 5. Breakfast is really nice and the server went above and beyond. I don't eat dairy and its not common for places in Albania to have non dairy milks so when i asked if they had any the man literally ran to the shops to buy some for me Its not the fault of the hotel but its beside a mosque and they preach over a speaker system throughout the day and even at 4am which is guaranteed to interrupt your sleep

Le petit déjeuner est servi à table avec beaucoup d'attention et copieux. Petit parking mais nous sommes arrivés à nous stationner. Nous y avons passé une nuit. Les photos sur Booking sont moins bien que la réalité. Une cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre serait un plus.

I was very grateful to be able to participate in an online class for 2 hours on the premises after checking out. Small double bedroom. Restaurant was in the basement and was a bit dark and dismal.

- Rachael (10/5): Fantastic hotel but personally would avoid the attic rooms - It’s a fantastic location. In walking distance to everything, but also tranquil. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is generous, balanced, delicious and tasty. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well decorated. There is a nice garden area to the front of the hotel. This a specific issue relating to room choice and not a reflection on the overall hotel. But when using booking.com we didn’t feel it was super obvious that our deluxe double room was actually an attic room with 2 velux windows, where we only saw a bit of green and sky. Unfortunately the hotel was full so we couldn’t change room. Slightly sad irony to be in the city of 1,000 windows and not have a view of anything. Maybe just check exactly which room you’re booking and what you’d be happy with

Noteikti iesaku 💛 Man kā pieaugušajam prasīja citādas brokastis, jo brokastīs pasniedza musli ar pienu, tad otra kārtā pankūkas un tad piedāvāja olas. Manuprāt ļoti saldas brokastis. Bet mans 10 gadīgais dēls teica, ka tās bija viņa labākās brokastis un lūdza majas uztaisit Berati brokastis 😅💛

Son emplacement est un véritable point fort : il est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville et se déplacer facilement. Les chambres sont confortables, bien aménagées, et la climatisation fonctionne correctement, ce qui contribue à rendre le séjour agréable. L’accueil est plutôt agréable, même s’il reste assez classique et sans grand enthousiasme. Le personnel est professionnel, mais sans réelle dimension chaleureuse ou personnalisée. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus et excellent. (Service à table) Le réfrigérateur dans la chambre fonctionne bien, ce qui est appréciable, et il est possible de l’utiliser librement. Globalement, le rapport qualité-prix est bon et l’hôtel tient ses promesses sur l’essentiel. Le seul point à signaler concerne le paiement. Lors du règlement, le montant prévu de 120 euros pour deux nuits a été converti en 12 000 leks. Même si cela correspond à peu près à la même somme, cette conversion entraîne des frais supplémentaires liés au change, ce qui représente environ 7 à 8 euros en plus. Ce n’est pas un montant important, mais c’est un détail qui mérite d’être mentionné pour éviter toute surprise. En résumé, un hôtel bien situé, confortable et offrant un bon rapport qualité-prix, malgré un petit point de vigilance concernant les modalités de paiement. Manque un coffre

The lunch we had was fantastic, and Dejvi, the young man who served us, was very quick and polite. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view. You could see the castle and the entire city from above. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to reach the promenade as well as the Mangalem and Gorica neighborhoods. Finally, we can say that the breakfast was fabulous. It had everything you need to feel truly taken care of. Thank you, Hotel Desaretet, and special thanks to Ilir, the owner. We will definitely come back again one day.

Zudem war das Bett ziemlich bequem und das Frühstück ordentlich. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Abfluss im Waschbecken, welches sofort behoben wurde als wir es ansprachen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, sich zu 2. Darin zu bewegen und einen Koffer zu öffnen war nicht immer leicht. Zudem ist das Badezimmer so geschnitten, dass man die Türe nur sehr vorsichtig öffnen kann, wenn jemand am Waschbecken steht oder aus der Dusche kommt. Zuletzt hätten wir uns eine kleine Vorwarnung gewünscht, was die Steigung und Enge der letzten Straßen zum Hotel angeht.

- Alisha (9/5): Super Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Berat. - Das Zimmer war sehr groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon über Berat. Der Herr des Hauses war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leckeres frisches Frühstück am Morgen. Die Lage war super, man war innerhalb von 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Eine Heizung im Badezimmer wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, das Duschen war ziemlich unangenehm aufgrund der Kälte.
