• Paolo Martino (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno, staff splendido - Colazione buona. La posizione è buona, molto vicino alle piramidi di Giza ed al Grand Egyptiam Museum (GEM). Purtroppo non è possibile andare a piedi fino al GEM, occorre attraversare l'autostrada.
• Jan (10/5): For me it was a stay of a lifetime - Location and view outstanding. Pyramids are right there, staff were incredible! They made me feel very much at home when I returned from excursions or when I first appeared at reception at the beginning of the day. Mario the booking person for museums trips taxis etc made getting around very easy. I only have praise. Even though the restaurant couldn’t always cater for my needs, the waiting staff tried very very hard! That’s a hard question for me. Perhaps improving the restaurant, would help.

Our room had a great View of the pyramids. We had a day with electricity cut so that meant no air conditioning. But the hotel offered us complimentary drinks:)

Resepsiyon harikaydı!! İnanılmaz güler yüzlü ve arkadaş canlısıydılar. Kahire’nin karmaşasında güler yüzlü bir ekibin etrafında olmak bize çok iyi hissettirdi. During our stay, renovation work was taking place in the hotel, and the noise continued even at 3 a.m., making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. I reported this issue to the reception, but the receptionist only laughed about it instead of helping. I have never been treated so disrespectfully before in any hotel. Very unprofessional experience.
• Ryszard (8/5): Hotel przeciętny choć z pięknym widokiem na piramidy! - Pokoje ,które mieliśmy zarezerwowane były takie sobie Owszem mieliśmy ładny widok na piramidy (również z tarasu widok był znakomity) ale niestety było niezbyt czysto a hałas w nocy dokuczał nam bardzo. Szkoda, że w jedynym otwieranym oknie nie było siatki przeciw komarom. Klimatyzacja działała ale w żaden sposób nie można było ją regulować przez co w nocy i tak trzeba było ją wyłączyć bo zimne powietrze dmuchało bezpośrednio na łóżko. Nasi znajomi z pokoju trzyosobowego mieli za to na balkonie wannę z uszkodzonym kranem ,zupełnie bez sensu bo jej czystość była obrzydliwa, nie do użytku. Obsługa z recepcji bardzo sympatyczna! Tak czy owak uważam, że to jeden z lepszych hoteli w tym rejonie. Polecam pobliską restaurację Zeeyara Pyramids Elite. Czystość, wanna na balkonie !!,klimatyzacja bez regulacji ale przede wszystkim beznadziejne śniadanie za 5 dolarów przy którym na herbatę czekałem 50 minut i zrezygnowałem w końcu

• Diane (9/5): Parfait pour découvrir les pyramides - La vu imprenable sur les pyramides depuis notre chambre car nous avons eu la chance d’être au 3eme étage avec vu panoramique (malheureusement la seconde chambre n’avait pas cette vue au 2 eme étage), le rooftop, le personnel très gentil et la gestion du transfert aéroport et du guide (très passionné et passionnant, merci à Mohammed) pour la visite du plateau de Gizet et du grand musée . Deco de l’hôtel top aussi, un vrai musée, c’est très joli Le service est un peu long au restaurant

• Sherissa (3/5): Not a 4 star hotel - Next to the pyramids The place is poorly maintained and needs to be cleaned better. The food at the restaurant is bad but the view you get from that restaurant is amazing. We had an issue with checking in because our rooms were not ready.

Все очень чисто, персонал отеля прекрасный, отзывчивый, профессионалы своего дела. На ресепшене работают очень милые доброжелательные сотрудники. В частности Юсеф всегда был готов прийти нам на помощь. Также девушка в кратчайшие сроки решала любые вопросы. В ресторане очень вкусная еда, большие порции, очень вкусный кофе. • Be Ese Ese (9/5): Grandes vistas y personal muy amable - El personal es lo que marca la gran diferencia. La atención y ayuda que te brindan desde el momento que reservas es impresionante. Me ayudaron con unas cuantas gestiones antes d llegar a Egipto y durante la estancia te siguen preguntando si necesitas algo. Tienen oferta de excursiones allí mismo. Las vistas desde el hotel son increíbles no tiene ningún edificio alto delante. Yo tenía vista lateral que no es la mejor y aun así impresionante. Desde el comedor y terraza del piso 5 las vistas aún mejoran. El desayuno típico egipcio muy rico por 4€. Camas cómodas , almohadas cómodas. En general la habitación está muy bien. Te dejan agua y zapatillas de tela, el aire acondicionado va muy bien. Por decir algo, al baño le falta algo de mantenimiento y los acabados de la obra no son los mejores. Aún así es totalmente aceptable y funcional. Con todo lo bueno compensa.

Nous avons déjà check out la chambre mais il vaut, j’en trouvé une chambre pour pouvoir utiliser la douche. la vue est juste fabuleuse pour le prix C’est un très bon hôtel. Il y a aussi très bien situé. Un peu bruyant la nuit, mais cela nous a pas empêché de dormir et c’est bruyant dans toute la ville de toute façon

• Thomas (7/5): "Due notti massimo!" - Ho apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff alla reception (tutti davvero cortesi) e la location. L'hotel si trova infatti vicinissimo all'ingresso delle Piramidi e a due passi dal GEM. Purtroppo l'hotel necessita di un importante intervento di ristrutturazione. La camera era davvero terribile (le foto sono ingannevoli) e il bagno piccolo e vecchio. Non è assolutamente da categoria 4 stelle! In più si trova su una strada trafficatissima ed essendo l'insonorizzazione pessima è impossibile dormire sia di giorno che di notte. Le pulizie le effettuano solo su richiesta e devi lasciare la chiave poiché non hanno nemmeno un passepartout. Insomma diciamo che va bene per due notti non di più. Peccato perché lo staff è davvero carino ma le pecche sono davvero troppe!
• Matea (3/5): Very disappointing experience - We appreciated being able to check in early. A few hours before check-in, we were informed that the rooftop would not be available due to renovations. However, once we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the renovations had been ongoing for weeks (!), yet we were only notified when it was too late to cancel the booking. The main reason we chose this hotel over others nearby was the view. Secondly, on our second night, we asked reception for toilet paper and water. These were never delivered to our room. Instead, a staff member knocked on our door at 6:30 a.m. to give us sugar (!). We had not requested sugar, and knocking on a guest’s door so early left us speechless. The rooms require more thorough cleaning. The breakfast is tasteless. Additionally, the hotel’s taxi service is about $5 more expensive than those offered by other hotels, and even more costly than arranging transportation privately.

• João Paulo (4/5): - Da vista para as pirâmides, mas que não deve ser fator de escolha deste hotel. O preço era muito acessível, mas não compensa os graves problemas que apresenta. O quarto tinha espaço muito exíguo, o lobby não era confortável. Mas o terrível foi o barulho que impossibilitava o sono. O barulho do trânsito e das buzinas dos automóveis à noite era terrível. E como se não bastasse ouviam-se barulhos intensos de "pancadas", possivelmente relacionado com obras. Só depois de já estarmos alojados é que recebemos a informação de que o hotel estava em obras. Não é aceitável - Deveríamos ser avisados antecipadamente para poder efetuar outra escolha. Desaconselho este hotel. O baixo preço nunca compensa um quarto fraco com barulho insuportável.

Las vistas desde la habitación eran increíbles a las pirámides. Y también conocimos a el chico que se encarga de realizar excursiones del hotel un chico muy simpático que habla muy bien español.

• Marwa (9/5): - I had a really pleasant stay at Terquiase Hotel in Cairo. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, always welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. You can really feel that they are doing their best to make guests comfortable and to create a fun, enjoyable atmosphere throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. The overall service left a very positive impression on us. That said, there is some room for improvement when it comes to the breakfast and the menu in general. A bit more variety and quality in the food would make the experience even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again in the future.

Les vitres mériteraient d’être nettoyées, voire remplacées : qu’elles soient ouvertes ou fermées, le bruit reste le même… vive les boules Quiès 🙂 La salle de bain est très basique et assez petite. Lors de notre séjour, des travaux étaient en cours sur le rooftop. Le restaurant est bien en service, mais nous ne l’avons pas testé, avec les travaux, les portes restent fermées en permanence et il n’y a pas de vue sur l’extérieur.

Lo de vistas al jardín es un timo, no existe jardín, no las vistas son horribles a un edificio medio derruido con un patio lleno de basura. Si eliges este hotel, elige vistas a las pirámides si o si.

Despite th - The location is perfect for a 2-3 days stay when the itinerary is in Giza. The view of the pyramids from the room and the restaurant is amazing. It’s not in a residential area so no traffic and less busy. All the staff are friendly and always willing to accommodate the guests’ needs. Front desk should be very good in English (not just polite English). Restaurant menu and service can be improved. For some reason, housekeeping failed to do my laundry when I picked it up the day before check-out. They offered to do it and promised to have it ready by 4:00am the following day. They just ironed the laundry without washing it (I found out when I opened the bag in my next accommodation) and I paid for the service at check-out : (

• Anef (7/5): - Vista pazzesca sia dalla terrazza dell'hotel (dove si può fare colazione) sia dalle stanze fronte Piramidi Hotel con scarsa pulizia, con biancheria macchiata e non adegualta alle dimensioni del tetto: nello specifico sul letto matrimoniale era presente un lenzuolo che copriva solo metà del letto e l'altra metà, sul fondo, era prwaente una sorta di coprimaterasso). Su tre notti, ho avuto il letto rifatto e il bagno "pulito" solo in arrivo ed il secondo giorno su richiesta, dopo essere rientrati alle 18.00 circa, dopo una giornata di escursioni (ed ho ritrovato la stanza "riassettata" in serata). La sera successiva, al rientro dalla giornata lunga di visite (alle ore 23.00) circa, abbiamo trovato la stanza non pulita, letto disfatto, bagno come lo avevamo lasciato. Pulizie effettuate solo su richiesta, presumibilmente. Cosa che non ci era mai capitata in nessun hotel (e giriamo abbastanza!). Potenzialità dell'hotel elevatissime, ma realtà molto lontana dalle stesse.

Per il resto non siamo rimasti soddisfatti La pulizia è pari a zero. C’era polvere ovunque. Quando abbiamo chiesto di pulirla (perché per privacy non lo fanno in autonomia), non l’hanno fatto e siamo stati 3 giorni nelle stesse condizioni. Non ci hanno nemmeno fornito le asciugamani pulite ma abbiamo dovuto richiederle noi. I cestini erano pieni. Fortunatamente avevamo delle buste. Alla fine del nostro soggiorno c’erano buste di spazzatura ovunque perché non hanno pulito un bel niente. Tra l’altro non c’era nessuno lì per poterle buttare. Il personale del ristorante è lentissimo. Abbiamo mangiato lì la prima sera e per avere due panini con l hamburger abbiamo aspettato circa 45 minuti (stavamo solo noi nel ristorante). Per non parlare poi della persona che si occupa dei tour, avevamo prenotato la guida per due giorni. Il primo giorno c’era un ragazzo che parlava poco italiano e non sapeva niente riguardo la storia delle piramidi e della sfinge. Hanno preso la prima persona che capiva qualcosa in italiano e l’hanno spacciata per una guida turistica. Il secondo giorno dovevamo vedere il centro del Cairo ma ci fu comunicato alle 11 di sera che la guida non ci sarebbe stata. Fortunatamente prima di prenotare con loro avevo avuto modo di parlare con un’altra guida tramite whatsapp che si è resa disponibile e che ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli, anche all’interno del Museo.

Good breakfasts with wonderful views on the pyramids, nice and helpful staff. Special thanks to the tour manager Mario who helped us to arrange the transfers and a trip to the pyramids with a great guide. The rooms have enough space for two people, bathrooms are small but all okay. Bed pretty comfortable. I would come back for sure. The rooms can feel a bit noisy thanks to the main road next to the hotel, or when it gets lively in the corridors of the hotel. But nothing too bad. The wi-fi was sometime unstable in rush hours.
