- أحمد حسنوه (8/5): النزيل الدائم - الذي أعجبني هو تفاني الموظفين جميعا في خدمة النزيل وخاصة الرسبشن الذين يتميزون بالبسمة الجميلة طبعا الجميع كما ذكرت ولكن على سبيل المثال الأخ رمون صاحب الوجه البشوش ولا أنسى العمدة الأخ إيهاب لا أذكر شيئا لم يعجبني بل على العكس كل شي تمام التمام ولو لم يكن ذلك كذلك ما نزلت عندهم شهريا

- Alanie (8/5): - This hotel is in a great location which is close to a lot of the attractions and feels safe. The staff are very helpful, especially Remon who always was very willing to help out with anything you needed. The buffet breakfast is also great with lots of different option.

- Diaa (8/5): راحه وامن ونظافه - الفندق ممتاز من حيث الموقع والخدمه والنظافه وجميع الموظفين في قمه اللطف والاخلاق الريسبشن ريمون وكريم وكذلك عصام واشرف وعمرو بصراحه ارفع لهم القبعه خدومين لاخر درجه هم بصراحه اهل وليسوا ستاف فندق فقط فقط هناك مشكله بالكهرباء تقطع بشكل متكرر وتعود مره اخرى

- Minji (8/5): Santana Hotel has a beautiful lobby, beautiful rooms with vintage touch, and friendly staff. - The breakfast was delicious. I loved the fresh-made omelettes, the variety of veggies, breads, and cheeses, and the amazing spread of hot foods. On my last day, I had to take an early Uber ride to the airport, and the staff prepared for me a huge box of breakfast goodies. Huge plus! The WiFi was very spotty. I think this is more of a city-wide or country-wide issue, not specific to the hotel. My key card also stopped working sporadically, and I had to go downstairs to get the reset multiple times.

Но в конце когда мы уезжали работник отеля остановил нас и сказал подождать пока он не осмотрит комнату. Как будто мы что то украли. Меня это очень огорчило. Такое отношение к клиентам неприемлемо

- Loong (9/5): آمل زياده الاهتمام بخصوص العملاء والنزلاء الدايمين والحرص على تقديم افضل الخدمات . - كل شي جميل .. الخدمه + الاستقبال .. في البدايه تم تسكيني في الدور الثاني غرفه 202 وهي غير مؤهله للسكن الآدمي نهائيا.. تم طلب تغيير الغرفه بما تم حجزه عن طريق بوكنج وتم النقل لغرفه 316 الدور الثالث وهو الدور الأكثر حجزا عليه لنظافته .

- Said (3/5): - الموقع وكذلك قريب من المستشفى الدولي وسعره مناسب للذين محدودي الميزانية الفندق بحاجة للتجديد بشكل كااااامل من الداخل والخارج ، اول ما وصلنا طلبت من احمد موظف الاستقبال تغير الغرفة الى ديلوكس نظرا لانه حسب ما ذكر بانه الغرف العلويه فقط وعندما سالت عن السعر قال لا اعلم وعلي الاتصال !؟!؟! إذا كان موظف الاستقبال لا يعرف سعر الغرف ، وكان يدفع بي لأخذ غرف في الطابق الثاني ولا اعرف السبب ،

- Emma (1/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Not the nicest of places. We didn’t book here originally — we were moved here after the Indiana had no room for us. While the reception staff were polite and did what they could, the hotel itself is run-down, dated, and really not a pleasant place to stay. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again. - Kate (7/5): From recent guests; Mr.Shawn and Kate.Shout out to Ramon at the front desk is among the best of your staff!! Always serv - Meet up hotel for our Intrepid tour. The location was great as close proximity to Old Cairo etc. it’s just a quick Uber ride away to anywhere within Cairo, plus a fantastic 24hour restaurant next door plus access to ATM’s and convenience stores. And the hotel is very budget friendly as our trip was not about high end hotels, our rooms were clean! Thanks to all the staff who work hard to maintain with what you have to work with! The garbage on the block which could be picked up easy with some effort and within the neighbourhood, in the city of Cairo and within the country you’re showcasing your country to the entire world please have some national pride and clean it up!! Shame on you!!

- ilGrr (8/5): Satisfied with the stay - Stayed while waiting to get in a tour with Intrepid Travel starting from this hotel. The furnishings are a bit dated, but functional and very clean. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Abundant breakfast (mainly Egyptian-style). Very helpful and friendly staff Quiet neighborhood, close to several embassies. Of course, it is possible to find better accommodations, but for the low price of this hotel the services received were more than satisfactory. Perhaps the breakfast offering could be improved (other types of fruit juices and hot drinks in addition to tea and coffee).

During my previous stay I had really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, which proved to be the same during this stay too. The furnishings are a bit dated, but functional and very clean. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Abundant breakfast (mainly Egyptian-style). Quiet neighborhood, close to several embassies.
