• Maciej (6/5): Good, cheap place to spend the night in Cairo, could be improved. - Location is great, the staff is responsive and active. The apartment is exactly as photos describe it. The bed was broken, so it had a giant hole making it super uncomfortable to sleep. The staff did not speak English and it is super noisy in the night.

• Mohamed (1/5): ‼️تحذير ‼️تحذير ‼️تحذير‼️ ‼️Warning ‼️Warning ‼️Warning‼️ ‼️Attention ‼️Attention ‼️Attention‼️ - 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 ‼️تحذير ‼️تحذير ‼️تحذير‼️ هذا المكان غير أمن لقد تم سرقة غرفتي في هذا الفندق فندق نيو وان وأيضا فندق وان سيزون لأنهما شقتين في طابق واحد وتحت إدارة واحده وعندما اكتشفت السرقه اتجهت إلي إدارة الفندق للتبليغ عن الواقعه نكروا فطلبت بتفريغ كاميرات المراقبة فقاموا بمسح أو فصل الكاميرات حوالي ربع ساعة وقت تنفيذ جريمتهم ، الجريمة كان مخطط لها آخر يوم في اقامتي وقبل ميعاد الطائرة بساعات لكي لا أتمكن من التبليغ عن السرقه. ‼️انصح الزائرين بعدم زيارة هذا المكان لأن يوجد عدم أمان علي الممتلكات وربما أيضاً علي الأرواح لان تعطيل الكاميرات ممكن أن يقع أي شيء ولن نستطيع إثبات حقوقنا كما وقع لي يوجد أماكن كثيره محترمة وهذه هي تجربتي وكانت تجربة مؤسفة وأنا تقدمت للجهات المعنيه للتحقيق واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة وانصح أي زائر تقع له نفس المشكلة لن يتردد بالاتصال بشرطة السياحة وعمل محضر لأن مثل هذه الأماكن لابد أن تغلق وسحب أي تراخيص لها لتكون عبره لم تسول له نفسه في ضرب السياحة وإظهار صورة سيئة عن مصر الحبيبه. ‼️احذروا فندق نيو وان،فندق وان سيزون‼️ ‼️Warning‼️Warning‼️Warning‼️ This place is unsafe. My room at this hotel, New One Hotel, and also at One Season Hotel, were robbed. They are two apartments on the same floor and under the same management. When I discovered the theft, I went to the hotel management to report the incident. They denied it, so I asked to see the security camera footage. They deleted or disconnected the cameras about fifteen minutes before committing their crime. The crime was planned for the last day of my stay and hours before my flight so that I wouldn't be able to report the theft. ‼️I advise visitors not to visit this place because there is a lack of security for property and possibly even lives. The cameras are disabled, so anything could happen, and we wouldn't be able to prove our rights, as happened to me. There are many respectable places, but this was my experience, and it was a regrettable one. I have filed a report with the relevant authorities for investigation and necessary action.

• Abdesselam (5/5): - Situation géographique en plein centre. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas servi malgré qu'il soit inclus dans le tarif. Je l'ai demandé le 2ème jour et la réceptionniste m'a informé qu'elle n'a pas la clé de la cuisine !!! C'est pourquoi je ne l'ai plus demandé. Le soir l'eau chaude n'est pas disponible pour prendre une douche et les toilettes communes n'étaient pas une bonne affaire.

• Dr Nadir (10/5): Great experience - Everything was great, the staff were very nice and helpful from the first moment until the end of my stay, the room was small but had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The location is good in the heart of downtown in the same building of Halawani Al Abd, Nothing, everything went smooth and nicely.

You get what you pay for, so in that regards it was good value for money. Location is excellent and the staff is friendly. The other rooms looked quite nice. 1 more shared toilet+shower instead of the one would have been handy There was no real common room. If your room had no windows, you're out of luck. Breakfast was quite basic.

• Lucy (10/5): Excellent value for money - exceeded expectations! - I rarely leave 10/10 reviews but this is an excellent budget hotel located in downtown Cairo near cafes, restaurants and El Abd Patisserie. The room exceeded expectations as it was larger than expected and EXTREMELY clean - one of the cleanest bathrooms we've experienced in Cairo. AC worked well too. Bed was firm and bedding was clean. We arrived at 5 am after a delayed flight, and a member of staff greeted us warmly. Very easy to find on Google Maps, and we will 100% stay here again! The toilet seat wasn't connected to the toilet, and the balcony door didn't lock, but not the end of the world!

• Josh (10/5): Super Cool Hotel in the heart of Ta'alat Harb (Downtown Cairo) - Excellent hotel right in the heart of everything in downtown Cairo. Stores and restaurants galore, 10 minutes walking to Tahrir Square and Go Bus Stop! The staff are very friendly, comfortable beds and strong wifi, great A/C. What else could you want?! I will definitely stay there again!

Welcoming and helpful staff (24hr front desk) with flexible check-in/check-out (arrive as early as 11:30am, depart as late as 1:30pm - I wish more hotels would allow this!). Spacious and comfortable rooms, some include private bathroom and balcony. Standard Egyptian breakfast delivered to your door each day. I was pleasantly surprised by this place! One thing to note: the hotel is on the third floor and you enter through the side entrance of what I think might be the French consulate (?). It might throw you off at first, but once you get upstairs, the space opens up bright and clean, and you’re greeted by warm smiles. I ended up extending my stay—it’s starting to feel like home. More thoughts to come...

Was told at check in it was not available anymore, but I could get another room and a 2$ refund. Instead of the features of the promised room I got a shared "bathroom." The shower was integrated into the toilet stall, resulting in a wet environment when using the toilet and spraying the toilet right next to you with water when showering. There were no other shower options. In light of the whole ambiente of the establishment this supposed deluxe room could more often than not be "overbooked."
• Monidlo (9/5): Nice place in town center. Easy to find. - I liked location, balcony, room size, corridor, staff was very nice and helpfull. Beds were comfortable and clean. Hotel is on 3 floor. Easy to communicate. Staff do speak english. Very old elevator. You must call first time to the property to be able to get into elevator. When you rent a room the keys had the plastic cheap to use in elevator. No sheet or cover on the blanket...so everybody use the blaket over their body- which is no higenic at all.

• Mohammad (4/5): Disappointing (but the location is nice) - The hotel location was great. Loved the neighbourhood. Be it shopping, food, or just a walk after supper, the area is fantastic and kind of gives you all that Cairo vibe you expect. First of all, the guys agreed to an early reception (10 AM) since my flight was early in the morning (3-4 AM). I waited a few hours at the airport to not reach before the promised time. When I got there, the receptionist denied access before 12. This feels worse when you are tired, hungry, sleepless, and alone in a different country. Not to mention, my room had used bedsheets, pillows, dirty towels, and garbage in the bin. The wifi did not work in the room (not to mention the TV was the same). I had to go to the lobby every time I wanted to be online. The guys were all about fake promises. There was only one really nice guy (forgot his name, probably Mohammed), who cleaned my room after the complaint and ensured everything would be okay. Sadly, I could not see him again after that day. If you reading this Mohammed, 'Shukran Katheeran!'

• Philippe (4/5): Disappointing - Good location to explore cairo. Reasonably spacious room for central cairo and budget level. Most unwelcoming hosts I've had for a very long time. No staff is smiling or saying hello when entering the hotel or at check out. Very chaotic, first they wanted to put me in a double room, then the lowest budget room available, only third try they offered me the single room w bathroom I've booked. Asked 3 times if i am in the correct hotel and they didn't even try to reassure me. Door not closing, needs to be locked by key Breakfast room not obvious, no team member around at 8.15am --> got some breakfast outside. Bathroom inside the room, but only separated by screens. If you go for the big one it will smell in all the room. If you take a hot shower the whole room will be humid. No towels provided. Soap bar dirty and pre used. Half roll toilet paper provided for two nights. Only a blanket without cover sheet provided. It seemed to not been washed for a while.

Stored my luggage upon arrival as my room was not yet ready and I wanted to go out. Shared bathroom was constantly cleaned. When I complained about my bed sheets not being clean, they immediately changed them, even twice, until everything was clean. I had put my time of arrival at 6 am and wasn't expecting check-in. But they confirmed, which really surprised me positively, so I expected a room upon arrival. Of course there was no room free when I arrived 6 am. In that case the communication could have been better. Bed sheets were not clean, I had them change them, but they were still not clean so they changed it a second time. Shared bathroom was very small. Location is easy to find, once you know where it is. Address and location pin are not 100% correct.
