• Sharon (9/5): Superfijne ervaring! - Zeer vriendelijke hosts, ik kreeg bij aankomst een upgrade naar een 2-persoonskamer. Ook het vroeger inchecken was geen probleem. Het hotel was voor mij ideaal, propere kamer, centrale liggen nabij Termini Station. Geen mega-luxueus duur boetiekhotel, maar alles wat ik nodig had voor een geslaagde citytrip! Er viel mij niet echt iets tegen, ik had een puntje van feedback gegeven aan de eigenaar en zouden hiermee aan de slag gaan. Best wel rekening houden dat er geen koelkast op de kamer is, maar ook hier had ik niet echt een probleem mee.

Stanza piccola ma con tutto il necessario, comoda per soste brevi. Letto ampio, comodino e prese vicine. Armadio con grucce. Bagno molto molto piccolo, pochissimo spazio per muoversi. Pareti sottili e quindi rumori udibili dalle altre stanze. Per gli spazi vivibili il costo è alto.

• Ionela (10/5): Soggiorno romano all'Hotel Charter - L'Hotel Charter è la scelta ideale per chiunque voglia visitare Roma per qualche giorno. Ci sarebbero molte cose bellissime da dire sia sul personale dell'hotel sia sull'hotel stesso. Dal mio punto di vista merita più di due stelle. Ho prenotato una stanza single per 2 notti ed è stata perfetta: molto pulita, il letto era grandissimo, la TV top che ha avuto tantissimi canali italiani, l'AC, il bagno molto carino ricco di prodotti come la carta igienica, sapone, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, bicchiere di plastica, teli, asciugamani, asciugacapelli (10/10 per questo hahaha), anche se sì, è stato un po' piccolo, ma per una persona va letteralmente benissimo secondo me, tanti spazi per depositare vestiti e altre cose. Quello che a me è piaciuto tanto oltre la stanza che l'ho adorata (soprattutto per i suoi colori e il suo stile) è stato la vista... molto italiana!!! Poi parlando della posizione dell'hotel, secondo me è perfetta: vicinissima alla stazione Termini da dove si può visitare Roma tranquillamente usando tutti i mezzi di trasporto pubblico e una zona che offre vari ristoranti e mercati di tutti i generi. È una zona sicura se non ci si esce dopo le 23 e fino alle 4 di mattino. Dopo le 5 del mattino nessuno ha da fare con te. (Straconsiglio visitare la città da quell'ora la mattina senza preoccupazioni!). Sempre a 3 minuti a piedi si trova la Chiesa Papale "Santa Maria Maggiore" e a 10 minuti La Piazza della Repubblica. Non ultimamente, devo assolutamente menzionare la straordinaria e inaspettata (sinceramente) gentilezza dell'intero personaggio dell'hotel. Sia i signori receptionist che il proprietario dell'hotel mi hanno fatto sentirci molto bene, sono stati veramente presenti, pronti ad aiutarmi al bisogno e a offrirmi mooolti consigli su Roma e non soltanto. (Amai tanto la lunga chiacchierata col signore dalla mia prima serata, mai chiesto il suo nome, però un uomo meraviglioso!). Non c'è niente di male da dire. Tutto apposto!

Amazing and friendly staff! - The hotel is located near the Roma Termini Station, you can reach it from the station in less than 5minutes depending how fast you walk - perfect location for people who wants flexibility and convenience of public transpo. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, they let us checkin earlier than the expected checkin time which was so helpful since we are travelling with a baby. We checked out at dawn and we didnt have any problems. It is good to note that if you are travelling with a baby, the hotel do not offer cot/crib because of the size of the room - not much issue for us because we stayed only for one night. The hotel is located in a busy street, so at night you might here cars or people walking outside. The noise did not disturb us too much because we slept through the night.

Maalesef bana göre odalar aile için hiç uygun değildi.Basık ve oldukça karanlık.Eşyalar da eksik buzdolabı vs.bulunmuyordu.Hijyen konusunda da maalesef çok kötü özellikle klozetler içler acısı.

• giovanna (10/5): Bella e gradevole vacanza x capodanno - Hotel situato in zona comoda e ben servita,piccolo ma comodo e pulito .il proprietario è una simpatica e gradevole persona, molto gentile e disponibile ad aiutare a rendere il soggiorno più confortevole possibile. Simpatici anche lo staff della reception.Io e la mia amica abbiamo apprezzato molto questa mini vacanza a Roma, le persone sono molto ospitali e divertenti.

O acesso é por um elevador de acessibilidade, eu fiquei no último o quarto disponível no dia, era um quarto de cadeirante e por isso não tinha um boxe para banho apenas cortinas e mesmo com elas fechadas ensopou todo o banheiro.

• Dorine (1/5): - Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel à Rome. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans le lit et une forte odeur provenant des canalisations dans la chambre. Le ménage semblait mal fait, avec beaucoup de poussière. Après avoir signalé ces problèmes, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre à cause des odeurs. L’hôtel a déplacé nos affaires pendant notre absence sans notre autorisation, et nous avons constaté que notre gel douche et nos bouchons d’oreilles avaient disparu. Dans la nouvelle chambre, la propreté n’était pas meilleure, mais au moins il n’y avait plus l’odeur. Nous avons cependant eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir une cigarette jetée dans la cuvette des toilettes. Nous avons payé plus de 700 € pour 4 nuits dans ces conditions, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus décevante. Nous espérons que l’hôtel fera le nécessaire pour améliorer la propreté et le respect des clients à l’avenir.
