Buen trato del personal. - Ubicación, limpieza, amabilidad del personal El baño no teñía mampara ni cortina por lo que ducharse implicaba mojarlo todo y quedaba muy resbaladizo. Dentro de la bañera tampoco había una alfombra o algo antideslizante. Muy peligroso. En lo demás muy buen hotel…

• ASL (7/5): A hotel that is value for money if you keep expectations in check - The hotel is in a safe location near a subway station. It is an old hotel (rundown) but for the cleanliness, price, and location, it is already good. It even has a small fridge inside. A kettle would be nice too but not a huge issue. The staff were also kind. Nothing in particular.

• Suad (1/5): Weird and Uncomfortable Property - 1. tiny room. bed was rock hard and sloped down. i felt like a monk. 2. No AC even though it’s summer and the property listing says there is AC. I had to sleep with my windows open which felt extremely unsafe as there was a balcony off my window which connected to the neighbor’s balcony. I would leave the windows closed and locked during the day for the reason and would come back to the hotel only to find that the housekeeping staff opened the windows. 3. they make you leave your room key with them any time you leave the building. staff doesn’t speak English and I was given the wrong room key. 4. you can hear quite literally everything through the walls. i could hear when my neighbor would turn in her bed. the worst part was the sound of people trying to figure out how to unlock their doors in the middle of the night.

• Anthony (5/5): Great location, disappointing facilities, nice staff. - The location was fantastic, just minutes from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The toilet didn’t flush. We reported it when we arrived and was told it would be passed on to the morning staff to arrange a repair, which was understandable as we arrived late in the evening. I went to use the shared toilet, but that was not working either. We checked with reception late the next morning, and it had not passed on. They did get it repaired by the time we returned in the evening. There was no control for the aircon on in the room, so asked at reception and was told it was centrally controlled and was on a timer. We never saw it working. This meant having the window open, resulting it being very noisy throughout the night. We did go to ask if we could get a different room, but other guests were asking the same question when we were in reception and were told the hotel was fully booked and they could not swap rooms.

• Paris (9/5): Excellent :) - We loved this family run hotel in the city centre. It is in a great spot and a great price for the location. The furniture in this hotel is beautiful and everything was very clean. Housekeeping came every day. We loved having a balcony. We also had a smart tv with Netflix etc which was great. The hotel reception is staffed at all times and the staff are lovely. The air conditioner did not work despite being listed when we booked. This wasn’t too much of an issue in spring but in summer this would be a major issue as many people might pay a bit more for a hotel with air conditioning.

• Macarena (9/5): Perfecta ubicación y limpieza - La ubicación es lo mejor, al lado de la plaza de España. Solo por eso ya valió la pena. La cama bastante cómoda y sin ruidos por la noche, además todo muy limpio. Tenía secador de pelo, productos para el aseo personal, tele, nevera… Está algo viejo y descuidado, en el baño había marcas de humedades. La ducha con solo la alcachofa de pared y muy pequeña.
• GEORGIOS (8/5): μπορώ να πω οτι σε γενικες γραμμές κάλυψε τις προσδοκίες μας. θα ξαναπήγαινα - Βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία για εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια σε όλα το ιστορικό κέντρο της Ρώμης αλλά και 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη στάση του μετρό. Οι δύο κυρίες στην υποδοχή (δυστυχώς δεν θυμάμαι τα ονόματα τους) ήταν πολύ ευγενικές και πρόθυμες να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι κι αν ζητήσαμε. Τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονται σε καθημερινή βάση. Τέλος σου δίνετε η δυνατότητα διαμονής σε ένα κτήριο 600 ετών που νομίζω ότι δεν και το πιο συνηθισμένο. αν και σχετικά άνετο και καθαρό το δωμάτιο τα έπιπλα θέλουν αλλαγή και καλύτερη συντήρηση το μπάνιο (νιπτήρας, καζανάκι και ντουζ}

• Sam (6/5): Great location, staff can improve - La propiedad tiene una ubicación de lujo, cerca de la línea de tren, parada de bus, además hay infinitas opciones de comida, café y tragos a solo unos pasos de distancia. Cerca de atracciones principales como el Panteón y la Fontana Di Trevi Lamentablemente en nuestro segundo día el baño se inundó y la ducha quedó llena de agua de cloaca, a pesar de informar esto a la recepcionista cerca del medio día cuando volvimos a la media noche nadie había revisado o limpiado el cuarto. El recepcionista del turno noche fue rudo diciendo que a esa hora no había nada que el pueda hacer, entonces no fue hasta que la persona de limpieza (la única persona increíblemente amable) a la mañana siguiente tuvo que ella misma desbloquear el drenaje y limpiar toda la habitación, es decir por casi 18 horas no pudimos usar el baño en absoluto, y por poco arruina todo nuestro equipaje

• Παναγιώτης (8/5): - Πολύ καλη τοποθεσία. Κοντινή απόσταση απο το μέτρο αν και δεν χρειάζεται να το πάρεις γιατι ολα τα αξιοθέατα ειναι σε κοντινή απόσταση απο το κατάλυμα με τα ποδια . Ότι το ξενοδοχείο θελει μια ανακαίνιση αν και καθαρό ειναι λίγο παλιό.

• Gonzalez Barrero (7/5): No es malo pero tampoco es lo mejor, es costoso calidad precio pero es Roma y Roma es costosa. - Me gusto la ubicación y la atencion del personal. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas, no dejan nada en la habitación como agua o cafe, por lo que toca comprarlo ahi y la verdad es costoso y no muy rico. Se siente un poco encerrada la habitación y el televisor es demasiado pequeño y sin entretenimiento, solo tv local. En cuanto a insumos de aseo te dan un sobre super pequeño de champu y gel de baño por noche, pero la verdad si se ve como muy limitado este tipo de cosas.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cuantan con refrigerador La habitación tenía muy mal aislamiento de sonido, se escuchaban TODOS los ruidos de las habitaciones lindantes y los pasillos , lo q impedía descansar correctamente

• Karina Paola (8/5): Ubicación excelente, con detalles a mejorar y para renovar - La ubicación es lejos lo mejor. Cerca de todas las atracciones entre 10 a 20 minutos caminando. No es necesario comprar tickets de metro. El secador de pelo…. Por favor compren unos nuevos! El que tiene, antiguo del año de los romanos, te secas el pelo y te quemas las manos, ya es hora de renovar. Y por favor, pongan WD-40 a las puertas porque suenan demasiado. Sería bueno agregar un hervidor a las habitaciones, extrañé mucho poder tomar un té en las mañanas y noches, es necesario para quienes amamos el tea time.

• Lorenzo (3/5): Only plus is the location. The room felt neglected and far below expectations. - Excellent central location and very friendly staff. The location is incredibly central, right next to Piazza di Spagna, which is definitely the main positive aspect of this place. That said, the room felt very old and poorly maintained. There was visible mould and humidity damage in multiple areas, including the bathroom and ceiling, and you could hear basically every noise coming from the other rooms. Also, they charge €10 to store luggage for more than 3 hours after check-out. Luckily they waived it in my case, but I still found that quite unreasonable.

• Joel (7/5): Friendly, family run hotel in the heart of Rome - Fantastic location close to the Spanish Steps; loads of lovely restaurants on your doorstep. The staff were friendly and approachable and their English was reasonably good. Better than my Italian anyway. TV was broken, the safe didn't work and there was no shower curtain. We don't tend to watch TV on holiday anyway so these were very minor inconveniences.

The desk could use a lamp. The desk needs a trash can. More modern fixtures are needed for the shower. A rug by the bed would be nice. A comfortable chair with a lamp next to it would be a nice addition.

• Thomas Alan (8/5): - Very nice personelle, daily thorough cleaning service you have to leave your key at the reception (open 24/7) when going out, it‘s akward but you don’t have to worry about losing your room key :) It’s a bit loud on the streets at the night, but you have to expect that for that location in the city

• Laura.fre82 (8/5): Bellissimo weekend a Roma - Posizione eccellente a due passi da piazza di Spagna, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma frequentata, con negozi e localini per la colazione. Struttura accogliente anche se datata, ma con rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono. Staff disponibile e gentile, reception sempre aperta. Bagno un pochino piccolo, ma per qualche giorno di soggiorno non è stato un problema.

• Mel (7/5): - The location could not have been better for a visitor to Rome interested in seeing the countless sights in the old city - great access to the underground - and the location was quite up-market with loads of fashion shops (if that's your thing), restaurants, expensive and exclusive (not my thing!) as well as cheap and good value meals, snacks, drinks, etc. Loads of Carrefour Express shops, one with a bistro, for basic food stuffs. The famed Spanish Steps, are about 3 mins walk. The hotel entrance was quaint and all the small foyer prints and items were great. The internal shower room was small but included a civilised bidet. The mini fridge was very welcome. All the staff were a delight and the internet was very fast and consistent. So much of it was perfect but ... ... the single room I occupied was very small, dull and was simply uncomfortable. A very basic desk chair was barely usable ... and that was it. The really small TV way up on the wall wasn't really usable - crick in the neck looking at it - and the tiled floor, pleasant though it was, had no rug. The wardrobe was more than adequate but there were no cupboards for other items. I have no doubt standard double rooms would be much better and I understand that solo travellers inevitably pay more for less - simple economics. However, for someone used to basic accommodation, I thought there were too many compromises for this to be good enough for single travellers. Much as I liked its location, staff, internet (and bidet) it was a bit too cramped to recommend.
