• Natalya (7/5): Nicht schlech für einen Wochenend-Trip - Sehr gute Lage im coolen Trastevere-Viertel mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer liess sich gut abdunkeln. Nur eine Decke im Bett, auf Nachfrage wurde aber eine zusätzliche ausgehändigt. Kein Ganzkörper-Spiegel im Zimmer. Sehr hellhöriges Gebäude aber Lärm der Strasse hielt sich in Grenzen. Sauberkeit hätte im Bad besser sein können.

• Myriam (4/5): - L'emplacement Etre sur le bâtiment qui donne sur la rue. L'établissement etait supposé avoir une cuisine collective qui n'était pas du tout équipé e. La chambre et la SDB étaient petites et bruyantes (chambre du personnel écoutant la télé la nuit juste a côté)

• Federica (8/5): Soggiorno di lavoro piacevole, staff da 10 e lode - Staff pazzesco, tutti gentilissimi e super disponibili. Camera spaziosa e pulita perfettamente. La camera in cui mi trovavo era un po' fredda e, dopo aver acceso il riscaldamento, ci ha messo diverse ore a scaldarsi. Il termostato non era super intuitivo.

Uscendo dalla doccia l’umidità creata dall’acqua calda colava dalle pareti di tutta la struttura.

• Nadine (7/5): Wir hatten einen tollen Städtetrip - da wir nur zum Übernachten in den Zimmern waren, war es optimal. - Die Mitarbeitende waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, es war sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer waren funktional. Wir hatten nur eine Decke und die Betten waren relativ kurz, nicht wie angegeben.

• Bérengère (4/5): Pas terrible. - L'emplacement dans le coeur de Tratesvere tout en étant au calme J'ai réservé via Booking, une chambre double simple, avec sur les photos de l'hotel une très jolie décoration, salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre et terasse, pour au final me retrouver dans une chambre vraiment pas belle, sans aucune décoration, c'était meme inexistant, avec des fenêtres qui donnaient à ras la route.. tout ca pour le meme prix. Il ne faut pas vendre une chambre sans y mettre les photos, et surtout au meme prix que la jolie !!!!! Je ne comprends pas. Bien sur, l'hôtel était complet et nous n'avons pas pu changer de chambre.

• Aurore (8/5): Tres bon emplacement - L'emplacement était super, quartier très animé le soir, Très bon restaurant aux alentours. Le personnel est très accueillant et très à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner était fourni et délictueux. Chambre pas très conforme aux photos, notre chauffage ne fonctionnait pas il faisait froid mais le personnel s'est mis en quatre pour nous trouver une solution et c'est très appréciable !!! Bravo à eux! Le bruit de la rue dans notre chambre

All facilities and check in must be done at the H14 hotel. Staff very helpful, room perfectly clean, and bed was so comfy ! Nothing really, it was great !

• Martynas (6/5): Horrible room but friendly staff - It was possible to leave our luggage at the front desk before our check-in time, but we didn't even need it, because our room was already available a few hours prior to the estimated check-in time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel reception looks nice. The location is the only thing that made it worth the money. Firstly the room was not the one we had booked. We got a room on the very first floor, which had only two little windows. The room itself had a moldy smell with visible mold in the bathroom. Weird trapdoors in the ceiling near the entrance and bathroom which didn't make us feel safe. Another thing that made us uneasy was a bizarre door inside the room that we thought led to the street. The door is very thin so keep in mind that you will be hearing everything that's happening outside. The floors weren't very clean. The bathroom floor gets wet from the leaking shower door. If we hadn't been on a tight schedule, I would've complained about not getting the correct room, but now I can only rant with a review. Felt like we stayed in a last resort room when they overbooked the hotel.

• Gemma (10/5): Exceptional - A really great location to walk to everywhere in Rome. 5 minutes walk from lots of good eateries but on a quiet little cobbled street so no noise. Staff were lovely and very helpful, lending us leads when ours stopped working and helping us print tickets out for the football. Would totally recommend and would love to come back and stay again. A kettle in the room or shared kitchen to enable us to make a coffee in the morning.
• Ellis (5/5): Great staff, but we obviously had the worst room - via booking.com. - Great friendly staff. Main hotel looks great, we were disappointed to have a room which is a separate apartment. Room was right next to the road, so very noisy from the road itself, and also the room upstairs. Didn’t sleep very well because of this, which did dampen our stay. The room felt like it was in a basement, and was very warm. Couldn’t open the windows as it seemed like the smoking spot, so room smelt of cigarettes, and cars/taxis waiting outside. Due to location people were always on the street outside and could look directly in as ground level, meaning we kept the curtains shut and didn’t have any natural light in the room, making it feel dank and dark.

The hotel was quiet at night and we had many excellent coffee shops up the road to choose from. The staff were absolutely incredible and friendly and so happy to assist with even minor requests No kettle or glassware. Lack of storage in the bathroom & had to leave suitcases on the floor. Would like drawers and bench space in the bathroom. And a full length mirror in the room

• Maria (8/5): a wonderful stay in a fantastic location. - The staff in this hotel are exceptional and that includes everyone there. the location is great as it’s very close to the town and the abundance of restaurants and bars. really would recommend. it was clear from checking in that anyone who has booked on booking.com would not be housed in the main body of the hotel which was a shame. The room was fine but there was a loose electrical socket which needs fixing. having said that we really did enjoy ourselves.

Bed wasn't super comfortable and the room was extremely noisy being located right next to the road and entrance which was not ideal on the Saturday night but the other nights were much more quiet. This was basically an old shop or something similar (two enterances to the room but one enterance from the street is locked and you don't get the key to that door) which was repurposed into an accommodation.

• Tao (3/5): Make sure you don't get the room facing the street - Location was great, close to Trastevere (10min walking), but still in a quiet area. Staff was very accommodating and responsive. Everything good here. Very good breakfast. The room did not look like the pictures at all. We basically didn't have a window and the room didn't smell fresh (almost moldy). One night lamp was flickering all the time so you couldn't use it. Our room door also led directly to the street (!) which means we heard every car and person passing by. Felt more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. The other rooms looked better so we just got the bad room. No other way to put it. Super disappointing, especially at this price level.

• Sophie (8/5): Green, peaceful, quiet, incredible location for exploring the city, superb staff - couldn’t ask for more. - I loved the design of the hotel, with all the planting and the botanical theme. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave me some amazing tips. Also Sara in the bar looked after me very well! The roof terrace is a very lovely to place to hang out! I stayed in the little “home” part of the hotel, and I think next time I would prefer to stay in the main hotel rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Having lived in Rome, it amazed me to find such a peaceful spot - so quiet and yet so close to all the action! The location was honestly amazing. And hopefully I will be back! Thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay, you are brilliant. I think the room I was in would not be my choice for next time. But there really wasn’t much to complain about. And I would love to come back!
