• gunay (7/5): Vasat - Odalar temizdi Hayatımda hiçbir otelde check out saatinin sabah on olduğunu görmedim internet çok kötüydü otel çok büyük olduğu için havuzu bile bulmakta zorlandık akşam yemeği saat 6:00’da bitiyordu ve altıdan sonra hiçbir şey yiyemiyorsun otelde aç kalıyorsun otelin çevresinde restoran falan da yok yani altıdan sonra yaşam duruyor. ne oda servisi var ne de otelin içinde yiyecek satılıyor

• Annemarie (8/5): - Das Haus liegt günstig zwischen Fußgängerzone und Parkanlagen. Das Essen ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Wege vom Zimmer zum Kurzentrum und zum Römerbad sind am Anfang nicht leicht zu finden, da unterschiedlich.

• Timea (10/5): Tágas terek, csend, kedvesség, fegyelem. Szerettem - Tágas szoba nappalival, hatalmas terasszal. A terasz az erdőre nézett. Zöld mindenhol. Későn érkeztünk, de eltették a vacsoránkat. Majd ittunk egy koktélt utána. A személyzet nagyon kedves minden részlegen. A medencék tiszták, nem túlzsúfoltak. Szaunázni már nem maradt időnk. Lenyűgözött a város, biztosan visszajövünk mèg ide. Talán egy kávéfőző a szobában jól esett volna.

• Michael (3/5): Like stay at an old folks home - The staff were pleasant We’re a couple in our 30s/40s and were the youngest people staying here by far. The place is like an old folks home, with most other guests in their 70s/80s. I believe it may also be a ‘Reha’ as well as a hotel, which would explain why people might have gone there to recover for their health, having had operations, etc. The decor looks like it’s not been updated since the 1980s and it smells like when I used to visit my grandparents as a kid (the bedroom also smelt like this) The meals are quite mushy, as if cooked for people who can’t chew well. The buffet was very limited. It was a similar price to other spas we’ve stayed at in Austria but those had far better food and buffets where you couldn’t even try all of the different food without getting full, as well as a more diverse age range of clientele. The spa section itself was also limited in the facilities it had compared to other spas but at least had an injection of youth thanks to some day visitors. We visited while it was hot in the Summer (32°) and there was no air conditioning in our room. Internet in our room barely worked so I ended up having to stream a film using my own mobile data.

• Tim (6/5): This hotel feelt more like an old hospital or a retirement home to us. - We’re a couple in our 30s and 40s. We didn’t stay here for the thermal baths or regenerative care but for a wedding nearby. The location is well connected with public transportation. My cushion had the bad smell of old people and was full of mites. The toilet had no window, no sink and no ventilation. We also didn’t like that the room could not be obscured.

• Dmitry (10/5): Great place to reset! - Room's size and facilities definetely exceed my expectation - option to visit therma and sauna - definetly a deal's breaker there. Option to order full-board and just soak in the swimming pool between - can be a great retreat from day to day hustle.

• Victoria (8/5): Romantic stay - Great hotel, renovated rooms, friendly stuff and a very homy atmosphere. Food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty, it was diet, but well made. Uncomfortable beds and pillows did not let us sleep. My advice, bring your own pillows if possible.

• Sarah (7/5): It was a pleasant stay overall. - It was great deal for full board including access to the thermal bath. Also, close to the center, just a 10 minute walking distance. The thermal bath was nice and relaxing. I also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was quite large. The breakfast buffet was okay, but the selection could be bigger. For lunch and dinner, you get to choose from a daily list of options. The staff serving the meals were very friendly and polite. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, it’s a great place to stay. They had me undergo a covid test upon arrival, which did throw me off guard and stress me out a bit. They do not inform you that you need to bring a negative test, which should at least be mentioned in the booking process. I found it strange that they require a test, considering that tests are not required anywhere anymore these days. They even asked to see my vaccination certificate, which I luckily had with me. I was surprised to find out that this hotel is more for the elderly, which constituted around 80-90% of the guests (which is not what is advertised). I didn’t mind it much, I still enjoyed my stay, but it would have been good to know before booking. I also did not like that they pre-select where you get to sit for the meals. They had me seated at a table near an old couple and let the old lady park her walker at my table everyday, which was a weird daily occurrence.
