• Essam (1/5): - المكان سيئ جدا الاثاث قديم جدا وتالف لايوجد ماء الحمام تالف وكذلك النظافة سيئة كانت اتعس تجربة لي في فندق في حياتي لا انصح به فقط الموقع جيد اما الاثاث تالف والسرير قديم ومكسور الحمام لاتوجد مناشف والاجهزة لاتعمل الدوش مكسور الماء ضعيف لايوجد ماء حار ، في فترة السكن انقطع الماء الحار والبارد لمدة يوم كامل حتى انه لايمكن الدخول للحمام لا انصح به ابدآ وكانت اسوء تجربة في فندق لي علما ان الصور على البوكنك غير مطابقة اطلاقا

Drunk and half naked people walking around the lobby and making a lot of noise. Displaying disgusting behaviour and causing problems. I would advise everyone to avoid staying here. 2 unknown men walked in our room while we were staying there and did not even get an apology. Had I left my mum alone in the room god knows what could’ve have happened. How did they get access I do not know, but this is absolutely unacceptable.

• Rajasekharan (1/5): Will never come back to stay this hotel again - We didn’t like anything in your hotel in these 8 days Staff was too bad behaviour in reception…they are not at all ready to solve our issues in the room…AC was not working…Heater is not working…when we inform the reception they are not concerned about our issue…we have to shout at them for repairing the AC…Totally waste of money.

We had to do down to the lobby and go back up. We were sent to a different and un-ready room and had to wait outside for staff to confirm the available room.

• RAJA GULFRAN (1/5): Scam stay away - Booked this for my father and when he got there got told the swimming pool will be out of commission for the whole stay and then told him that he's not paid for the booking and when showing payment confirmation still didn't allow him to stay and had to pay to stay somewhere else. requested a free cancellation but got no reply. Even emailed and still no reply. Scam stay away.

• Sheniezyl Querubin (1/5): NOT GOOD AT ALL. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. - I did not like anything at all!! I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. The room was extremely dirty, the lighting was very dim, there was no proper door lock, and the washroom was in terrible condition. When we requested to change the room, the replacement given was exactly the same. We then asked for a refund (just 10 minutes after paying), but the staff refused. Instead, they gave us a blank, emotionless response and did not show any willingness to resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Poor facilities, unhygienic conditions, and unprofessional staff attitude made the entire experience very disappointing. Definitely not recommended.

• Raine (1/5): Worst Hotel Ever - Nothing.... all is disappointment It was disaster, We booked 2 rooms 1 twin and 1 king size bed but they give both twin the receptionist filipina was very rude and arrogant. The a.c is not cold, room was untidy, the curtain in the bathroom was not clean. The key card in room can use in other room not safe at all. The Matress foam in the middle was already submerged. Only good in the picture in Booking.com but in actual its not like that.
