- Visar (8/5): - Top Personal, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage um sich zu entspanne. Kinderfreundlich Strände max, 200.m Zimmer sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Restornat gleich vor Hotel und hat mich sehr überrascht in Positiven sine, mit ausgezeichnete Essen. Hotel verspricht ein Meeraussicht, die Mann bei Buchung auch was drauf bezahlt, leider ist dies nicht der fahl, eher Aussicht in de benachbarten Hotels. Zimmer ihnen Sauber wie erwähnt, doch leider das Badezimmer lest sich zu wünschen mit Sauberkeit und zustand der WC. Hotel an sich empfang oder sonnst bis zu Zimmer nicht klimatisiert und natürlich in den heissen Sommerzeiten sehr heiss. Abkühlung Klima nur in Inneren ( Zimmer ).

Back of the hotel is a street with market but so dirty, lots of garbage In front of hotel they tried to be clean The breakfest is so bad, small choice off food, eggs, 2 salamas and one chees, no yogurt The food is reduced and insufficiently for all, and they dont replenishment. The payment is only by cash, no card at all

- JanÄŤ (5/5): Lack of professionalism - missing information on booking. com - There is no door on the shower in the bathroom, so the entire room gets wet during the shower. Although the hotel is marked with 4 stars, you cannot buy drinks or anything else in it. The dining room is in another building, approx. 100 meters from the hotel. The breakfast is solid, but without excesses. It is not possible to pay by credit card in the hotel and its restaurant, which is ridiculous in the digital age.

- Riikka (9/5): So great - Great new and modern hotel. Everything was so clean and nice. It was very quiet and comfortable to sleep there. The area seems to have also other new hotels around, the beach is also great. Wi-fi works very well. You can park your vehicle easily around the hotel. The breakfast is served in the next building, where you can also have dinner, but there are also other restaurants. The staff is so helpful and friendly! The balcony itself was great, but the view is basically just a block of flats, you can barely see the see on the other side even if it was selled with see view. Instead, the common balcony on site of the corridor offers a very beautiful view to the see.

- Cara (8/5): It was a lovely stay in a very nice hotel. - Very clean, friendly staff and a private beach section. Not enough variety at breakfast, sometimes things that were on the menu at the restaurant in the evening were not available. The plates at breakfast smelled like they were dried with a old towel.

- Dzenana (2/5): Do not go in this hotel - My experience with staying in the hotel ultimately puts all the qualities of the hotel and its facilities in the background, because the wrong attitude of the management cannot mitigate anything. When I arrived at the hotel, I paid for the entire stay in cash, as this was ultimately requested. Due to some family reasons, I was forced to reduce my stay in the hotel for one day. Thus, I asked the hotel staff to give me back at least some of the amount, the hotel charged for one day stay. They held me the entire day without response and finally said that Booking didn't allow such. More miserable, untruthful, and unprofessional response I couldn't imagine. Shame on them. They lost respect and integrity because of €120. As a frequent traveler who visits 10-15 different hotels per year, I felt humiliated, because they lied to me openly and brazenly, and they didn't want to accept as reasonable force major reasons I had to leave the hotel earlier.

- Dorothy (8/5): Very good - The hotel is so clean and great location. Food was amazing. Staff in restaurant were amazing couldn't do enough for us. Found one or two staff in the hotel quite rude. They had an issue with their card machine so we needed to pay cash. We had not been informed about this before arrival and we had not yet taken cash out as was evening getting there due to flight delays and told them we would pay cash before we lefe. They made us feel uncomfortable whern ever we passed reception by requesting paymeant. But other then that it was amazing.

The stuff made us feel like home and they were super nice to accommodate our needs upon arrival! The hotel is even better than the photos! The restaurant facing the promenade is the best of the area. We had breakfast and dinner there everyday! From the restaurant terrace you can access the private beach with free sun loungers. They give you daily towels so you have all you need for relaxing. The waiters in the restaurant were very friendly too. The manager at the end got us a taxi and helped us a lot! We will go again to this hotel if back to Albania. Also the area is great as it is not too touristic but it has a super nice promenade with bars, shops, restaurants. Also, the hotel don’t have at the moment their own pool (July 2023) but you can pay a cheap fe and use a public pool next door! So.. everything was super ;) Nothing

- Aurora (10/5): New Hotel, Experienced Service - Everything- from the incredibly helpful staff to the private beachfront, I cannot recommend this hotel MORE! The rooms were cleaned daily as soon as we would leave and coming back in the evenings with the freshly washed sheets and towels was absolutely heavenly. I personally need detergents to be a specific smell and this was a gorgeous smell. The bathroom was perfection, toilets with a bidet, even the 3-in-1 shower gel (SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER TOO) left my hair silky smooth which I still cannot wrap my head around. We also had personal issues with travel and payments and having discussed this with the staff, they immediately gave us solutions, communicating every moment we were available in a way that made us feel very special and looked after, especially having never visited the area! The title of my review encapsulates this gem of a hotel - despite it being a year old, not only has it improved from the reviews I read before going, it completely exceeded my expectations of a new hotel. I have to thank the owner, who was a delight to talk to (even casually) and made sure to be present during breakfast and at times we needed him most. Thank you for making this such a beautiful trip, I am patiently waiting until next year! Food can always be improved! It was satisfactory - for a free breakfast I can’t complain.

- Emil (10/5): Perfect conditions for a nice holiday - Wonderful and well maintained private beach. Spacious, well-arranged room. Balcony with table and two chairs, with view of the town and the sea. Room maintenance was done every day, including change of towels. Hotel and restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, we used the restaurant services for another meal. Parking — around the hotel building. There was a small supermarket nearby for retail shopping. When using the shower, the water comes out of the cabin and makes the floor around slippery.

The hotel has private beach with free sun beds and umbrellas and beach towels. The place is quite you will not hear music from the nearest bars and restaurants. The owners are always ready to help in any case. Please note if you need taxi order it beforehand. Cash is the most popular method of payment. You can also pay in euro. I would like to thank all the staff in the hotel they did their best to make our stay comfortable. We were with the children, there are not a lot of food option for them. But the owners were ready to cook dinner for our children, we just ordered what we want and they cooked. The service in the restaurant was perfect and very quick. We even got presents from the owners at the end of our stay. Once again thanks to all the family and wish you all the best.
