- Edmore (7/5): I was slightly disappointed because the pool outside is not there. The indoor pool is too small . - Cleaned hotel . The food at restaurant was delicious. No pool outside as advertised on the website.
- Blessing (9/5): - Members of staff were vigilant. I had issues contacting a taxi , one of the members of the reception team (Raul) noticed and offered to help. Another lady whom l did't get her name was vigilant enough to see my toddler was distressed and choking,she was proactive and offered some water after offering reassurance. The place was clean and child friendly . Will definitely recommend it to family and friends and will definitely call again Too much chlorine in the pool facilities
- Julie (4/5): Déçus car nous souhaitions profiter de la piscine extérieure et des aménagements extérieurs. - Le confort de la chambre (literie) La chambre présidentielle n’a qu’une vue partielle sur la mer et la « piscine ». Très bruyant. (Le bruit venait de l’étage supérieur). Besoin de réclamer pour avoir du café dans la chambre et du shampooing. La piscine extérieure était en travaux alors que nous n’en avions pas été avertis… Les transats sur la plage n’étaient même pas installés. Le bar (kiosque) sur la plage était fermé. Petit déjeuner pas au top.

Pusryčių meniu pakankamas įvairiems skoniams, daug kiausinio patiekalų,keptos darzoves,desreles,tik viskas yra šalta jei ne ka tik atnešta iš virtuvės,rekomenduoju į tai atsižvelgti.

- Sarah (8/5): Wir kommen wieder - Das grosse Zimmer, das grosse Bad, das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, das freundliche Personal, der fantastische Balkon-Ausblick auf den abentlichen Sonnenuntergang im Meer Das übervolle innen-Bad, die geschlossenen Aussenbäder, das Gewecktwerden durchs Reinigungsteam (kein Schild)
- boshnjaku (3/5): Décevant, on y mettra plus les pieds - La chambre était vraiment bien en superficie et en qualité et la literie aussi avec les grands vitrages au dernier étage, très lumineuse c’était la seule chose qu’on a apprécié de cet hôtel. On à malheureusement eu une expérience très décevante avec cet hôtel. Avant de réserver on a appelé l’hôtel et à aucun moment ils nous ont informé que les 2 piscines dispos étaient en travaux (bruit en journée y inclut). On a payé 245 € pour une nuit, plus 90 € pour le late check out en arrivant et c’est une fois qu’on est sorti direction mer qu’on a vu les piscines en travaux, de plus la piscine ne ressemble pas du tout à ce qu’il y a sur les photos. On en a parlé à la réception, la réponse était (de toute manière ce n’est pas la saison et il y a la piscine du spa, qui dit au passage était mega froide et avait une couleur bizarre). Je demande comment est-ce possible qu’ils maintiennent les même prix sans accès aux piscines, elle me répond: il y a le petit-déjeuner inclut et le spa aussi. Au SPA la moitié des lieux étaient HS, le robinet du Bain turque ne marchait pas. On monte dans la chambre qu’on a beaucoup aimé d’ailleurs, on voit la terrasse avec la vue on se dit génial!! On sort sur la terrasse et dès qu’on arrive on sent une odeur de bitume, juste en dessous des travaux avec du goudron, ça gâchait toute la vue et en plus l’odeur insupportable on pouvait même pas de poser sur la terrasse. Et cerise sur le gâteau le lendemain matin le petit déjeuner pas frais et médiocre, ils ont emballé la nourriture dans du cellophane pour la resservir le lendemain. Une chose est sure, on y remettra plus les pieds à cet hôtel. Puis autour aucun lieu pour aller se promener ou avoir un bon déjeuner.

Parfois on sentait la cigarette jusque dans la chambre. Les oreilles peut-être trop épaisses. Trop de monde dans l'espace relax. Il faudrait peut-être penser à une plage horaire pour les utilisateurs.

- Gerard (8/5): - Superbe emplacement en bord de mer . Il y avait des travaux sur les deux piscines extérieures qui vont être à mon avis très belles une fois finies pour cet été . Le spa est génial . Massages par des pros, j’ai adoré ! Et le buffet du petit déjeuner était énorme avec un très grand choix de produits . Ça reste un peu coûteux pour l’Albanie mais pour des français c’est du luxe à un prix très raisonnable.

- Anja (7/5): Not really worth 5* but not too bad - - Rooms were spacious and very clean - Maids did a very good job cleaning our room daily, taking out trash, replacing towels, toaleteries and water bottles. They were incredible fast and efficient - Breakfast was huge and quite good - People at the reception were nice. We were able to do an early check-in at no extra costs - restaurant Fish&sea offering delicious sea food was 10 minutes away - Swimming pool was disgusting. There were children throwing ice cubes and lemon slices from refreshment station at each other as well as throwing drinking water in the pool so it was full of plastic cups. Not really a great place to relax. - the hotel wasn't full but it took ages to get an elevator. I guess in high season it could be better to take the stairs - the hotel restaurant is overpriced with mediocre food and bad service - we had some security issues (our room cards could open any room in hotel) which is pretty risky but staff resolved the problem fast - right on the beach but on a really touristic part. There are similar hotels at better locations for everyone wanting a bit more authentic experience.

- Sandrine (6/5): Déçus par les prestations et l’ensemble du séjour - Le confort de la chambre La disponibilité et la gentillesse des employés très à l’écoute pour satisfaire les clients Une excellent petit déjeuner frais et bonne qualité, nous nous sommes régalés !!! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est une zone très mal entretenue et très moche. L’hôtel était en plein chantier( bruits, poussières, tas de débris …. ) préparation de la haute saison. Les 2 Piscines en roof top et devant l’hôtel étaient indisponibles ( travaux, chantiers) et la plage privée sale, petite et les transats vites pris d’assaut. Nous aurions aimé profiter pleinement des installations du SPA mais malheureusement la petite piscine intérieure étaient impraticables car beaucoup trop de monde et d’enfants donc très bruyant …..) et sol extrêmement glissant !!! Le dernier point, la salle du petit déjeuner n’est pas adaptée, et surtout un grand manque d’organisation sur l’attente et l’attribution des places. ( un groupe de travail en séminaire a mobilisé l’ensemble de l’hôtel, hall d’entrée, salle du petit déjeuner…)Cette situation est devenue vite ingérable par les membres de de l’établissement.

- Zoltán (9/5): Perfect Seaside Hotel in Albania - The room was big and well equiped. The sea view was amazing! The buffet breakfast was very delicious and there were many options to choose. The staff was very helpful and kind. In the restaurant we ate a nice dinner, absolutely worth the price. There were some reconstruction inside the hotel and the outside pool. But did not cause so much disturbance.

- Anita (10/5): - Az ételek, a személyzet, a tisztaság, kifogástalan. Ízléses a design, a szoba is jól fel van szerelve. A takarító nénit üdvözöljük itthonról is, nagyon segítőkész és aranyos volt ! A recepciósok is kitettek magukért, nagyon jól felkészültek és tájékozottak. A homokos tengerparti rész is jó. A wellness részleg nagyon kicsi ... egy kisebb medence, jéghideg vízzel és egy kicsike jakuzzis medence... 12 db ágy volt a helyiségben, nem volt hova lepakolni a cuccokat vagy akár leülni. Kár, mert elég sokan voltunk vendégek, de többen is inkább visszafordultak ez miatt. A liftek száma kevés.

- John (8/5): Decent place to stay. Would be a perfect stay if the air conditioners were working "in season." - Nice location and a great indoor pool that the kids loved. Breakfast was great, and the stay was pretty nice. The beach was fun. The air conditioning system was not running due to the season, thus the room was incredibly warm when we got checked in. We left all the windows down in hopes of cooling it off, but it was still very hot when we went to go to bed. At bedtime, the restaurant downstairs was playing very loud music that was disturbing for sleep, and it was very loud due to the windows having to be open to keep it from being way too hot. Our baby didn't sleep well due to being too hot, and from the noise of the restaurant. We couldn't close her window to stop the noise due to the heat.
- Inga (8/5): Saulainas atpūtas dienas! - Patika tas, ka jūra bija turpat blakus, varēja izmantot sauļošanās krēslus bez papildus maksas. Lielas, ērtas gultas. Gardas brokastis, ar lielu izvēli. Jaukas pirtis. Ļoti hlorains baseins, pēc tā apmeklējuma bija nepārtraukti jāšķauda. Bērnu lēkšana baseinā no baseina malas, vecāki, protams, priecājās, taču personāls noteikti varēja aizrādīt, domājot par drošību un pārējo atpūtnieku labsajūtu.

Le spa était bien Petit déjeuner répétitif Personnel non chaleureux sauf quelques-uns … La propreté laissait à désirer dans les espaces communs Coin Chicha et cigarette directement dans le hall d’entrée ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles

- Jozef (10/5): Hotel na pláži s vynikajúcou kuchyňou v reštaurácii. - Páčil sa mi dostatok ovocia a zeleniny na raňajkách. V hotelovej reštaurácii je skvele.., naozaj skvele jedlo a vynikajúca kava. Taktiež chcem pochváliť slušný wellness a sauny. Krásne výhľady na more z hotelových balkónov, večerný západ slnka🌞bol čarovný. Prajem všetko dobre, nech sa vám darí…👌

- Harry (10/5): Wonderful stay at Klajdi - Firsly I would to like to praise Raul, he was a perfect gentlemen,took us to and from the aiport, he was very helpful and always made sure everything was taken care of, he really made the whole experience more comfortable and worth while. We had our room upgraded free of charge, we had a an amazing stay.

- Odeta (10/5): - At Klajdi Resort & Spa, we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere during the winter season. The room was warm, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and friendly staff who made us feel welcome.
