• Chia Chuang (10/5): Good rest and sleep! - Paid for a better front alley- facing room, quieter, firmer bed and good night-sleep! Bathtub has no shower screen to separate & keep the rest of the bathroom /toilet dry, but not a big problem.

The children's beds were very comfortable but the parents bed felt like concrete - it was so hard and uncomfortable.

Ik had het gevoel dat er al iemand even een dutje had gedaan hier voor ik kwam. Er lagen meerdere zwarte haren op bed en in de badkamer. En het douchewater werd niet warm in de ochtend.

• Jessica (7/5): Good location and nice to have a family room for 5. - Good location for the property. Was clean and comfortable enough. We had a family room with a double bed and 3 singles. Was nice for our family to be together. They kept our bags overnight while we went on the Halong Bay Cruise which was nice. They also helped us boon Ninh Binh. Concerned about escape routes if there was a fire as we were on the top floor. Pictures a little deceiving.

• Akmal Hayat (9/5): Great stay - We arrived late at Hanoi and requested for late check in which was 1am. We were properly greeted and they help us to settle down in the hotel. They also have baggage storage service which we used to store ours when we were on the trip to ha long bay. It is very convenient. It’s a little bit small to my liking. But totally understandable given the cheap price that. We are getting. Really value for money.

• Miriam (6/5): - The location is super right in the centre of Hanoi Old Quater. The staff was helpful and everything was uncomplicated. The beds were decent and the toilet and shower was clean. It's quite noisy especially when you're right next to the elevator/staircase. The bedsheets had stains on them and the sink in the bathroom was leaky. We also had no window, so the room was pretty dark. All in all it is a decent hotel to stay for 1 night.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Spacious room with glass windows for 5 adults. Clean mattress, free water bottles, towels, hair blow dryer, private bathroom, elevator,… Great choice for family. Budget-friendly, we got what we paid for and completely satisfied with the stay. Definitely will come back or recommend to our friends 💯 The AC had small noise while running but it was not a big deal to us.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, có tâm ạ. Mình được checkin phòng sớm 4 tiếng mà ko phải trả thêm phí. Chắc chắn lần sau có dịp ra Hà Nội sẽ quay lại nơi đây ạ.
• Dagmara (10/5): Great experience, book this hotel! - The best budget hotel in Hanoi I came across (I've stayed at 4 other places). The room looks EXACTLY like in the pictures, no false advertising which is a plague in Hanoi. Clean, good quality, window faces one of the quieter (not quiet!) streets in the Old Quarter so you can actually sleep well (earplugs still needed though). Very good wifi and smart TV with Netflix, etc The staff is very nice and helpful but not intrusive- they don't constantly ask you what your plans are, trying to sell you trips (another plague at Hanoi hotels). And lastly, this is the ONLY hotel that didnt try to scam me ( it's very common the hotels claim your booked room is already taken and they will "upgrade" you which in fact means you get a worse room,usually without a window). Seriously, if you don't want the frustration to be the first thing you experience in Hanoi, choose this hotel! you can hear the sounds from the corridor so if other guests are loud and discrespectful of others, it can be an issue. I also didnt like that there is no night lamp in the room (hard to get cozy in the evening)

• Hanneke (10/5): Aanrader! Fijne kleine hotelletje, centraal gelegen in old quarter. - Zeer vriendelijk personeel; kunnen goed helpen met het regelen van bijv. vervoer. Bus naar Cat Ba was prima geregeld! Er is op zowel de 6e als de 7e verdieping een grote familiekamer. Op de 7e verdieping is de mooiste kamer, met een 2-persoons-bed en 3 éénpersoons-bedden. Prima voor ons gezin! Dit is de mooiste kamer, met een klein balkonnetje. Aangezien dit de bovenste verdieping is, is het wel de warmste kamer (maar airco is goed!) en hoor je de regen op het dak. Heeft ons niet gestoord. De lift gaat maar tot de 6e verdieping, dus naar de 7e moet je nog 1 trap op. We hebben later ook nog 1 nachtje op de 6e verdieping geslapen; 2 tweepersoonsbedden en 1 éénpersoonsbed. Ook helemaal prima! Comfortabele bedden, fijne douche, goede airco. Het hotel ligt in een leuk kleine straatje, in de old quarter, met genoeg eettentjes in de buurt.
