- Pier06 (6/5): L'hôtel doit s'améliorer pour prétendre à ce niveau d'étoiles... - La chambre en elle même est plutôt conforme à ce type d'hôtel, le personnel à fait ce qu'il à pu. La température de la chambre à notre arrivée était de 17°, il n'était pas possible de la réchauffer, nous avons du être insistant pour changer de chambre...nous avons perdu la soirée avec ça, ascenseur en panne pour accéder aux chambres, le fait que l'hôtel soit au milieu de bureaux et salle de danse surprend un peu...

They place was not very clean. It was very dusty. standard bedding. They have a gym, I wasn’t allowed to use the gym on a Sunday.

- France (7/5): Je n’y retournerais pas même si le personnel était gentil - Personnel très agréable, chambre bien équipé avec cafetière et très bien situé pour visiter. Le rapport qualité prix, car pas de climatisation, il faisait chaud et devions dormir la fenêtres ouverte. Donc, j’ai eu plusieurs piqûres de moustiques. Pendant les 6 jours étions à l’hôtel, l’ascenseur pour le troisième étage n’a jamais été en fonction

However, I noticed a lot of dust on the tables, especially near the lamp, and it looked like it had been there for days. The dust was heavy, not just a little. Other than that, everything was fine.

- Marilena (8/5): Convenient but needs improvement for being a 4 star hotel. - Location, room layout, friendly staff. Proximity to fashion showrooms and good restaurants & pâtisseries. Easy but stressful automation system to get in and out of hotel pending on charged phone, as well as the air-condition controlled by the reception, limited staff, at times no-one picks up the reception phone to call you a taxi, no air-condition at all in the public areas of the 2nd floor (reception & restaurant). Too small closet for hanging clothes.

Very clean room but the phone app was a total pain. Room phone didn’t work. The breakfast was a total joke for sure. I would it go back especially considering the price to service. When we informed them about them about the ac not working she said she would turn it on but after that it continued to not work. No ability to change the temperature.

Damerne i receptionen er utroligt søde, imødekommende og villige til at besvare spørgsmål og være behjælpelige. Vi fik lov til at tjekke ind da vi ankom ved 13 tiden, og skulle ikke vente på at få vores værelse til efter kl. 15. - Super service! Hotellets morgenmad ville jeg nok fravælge en anden gang. Udvalget af brød var for lille, og jeg savnede kogte æg/spejlæg. Der var masser af kage (som ikke er det jeg har mest lyst til om morgenen). Fint udvalg af frisk frugt. Jeg kan kun give hotellet mine bedste anbefalinger.

- Anthony (9/5): Great stay in a very local and residential part of Milan that made exploring the city fantastic! - Great little hotel in a really nice residential area, staff are friendly and it’s super clean. We did have an issue with our Air Conditioner but they handled it very well. Would highly recommend Room is bigger than expected, but perhaps the chair at the desk is a little too big and takes up a lot of room. Other than an issue with the AC it was very good

I told them what time we would be arriving but they didn’t plan for anyone to be working to help us, there was a random man who didn’t know anything, didn’t answer the door for an hour, it was a dodgy neighbourhood and the front of the hotel are just huge metal gates like prison and no signs of where to go. We didn’t get told how to get in or get out of the hotel. We didn’t get shown the breakfast area or the restaurant. My room was next to the lift and all you could hear all night was the lift going up and down.

- Eitan (7/5): An expensive B&B, with a great room but with absolutely no atmosphere or the facilities of a hotel. - Room was newly renovated and very stylish and modern. The person working at reception was very nice and was a helpful as can be, but they could not fix the broken lock on the safe or get the Aircon to work, I was expecting a hotel given the price of alternative 4 star hotels, and therefore I was shocked to discover that it's actually a B&B, i.e. 10 rooms in an office building. The reception is a couch next to a small desk in the passage on the 3rd floor of a nondescript office building in a Milan business district. To get to the breakfast one had to go down a floor, through a gym to a sparse hall. The Aircon was not working in the entire office building and I suspect that it rarely works. There is a fan in the room but you then have to keep the windows open. I discovered that there are mosquitos in Milan.
- Olivia (8/5): A Nice stay thanks to the staff. - The staff was quite helpful and kind. the room is comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The products are from a famous brand and quite nice to use. The linen is soft. The room has a nice tea maker and tea selection. For us it was quiet the whole night. It is a decent location. Close to the trams. The room decoration is on the “macho” style. There are weird pictures of blonde ladies on the wall in suggestive poses. The tea area was a little dusty.
- Cathy (10/5): - An ideal home base for 2 wks of walking to explore Milan's many districts, as well as Milano Centrale for ventures outside the city. Great big shower, comfy bed, quiet, super friendly people. Loads of restaurants nearby, and it was nice to "come home" to dinner after a day in the more tourist-intensive areas. Italian-style breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, croissants, cakes, great coffee) was perfect to start the day (more substantial fare also available). Grazie mille for a wonderful introduction to vibrant Milano!
