- Siaw Hui (9/5): Cozy stay, great for family. - Room size is perfect for 4 pax with space to put luggage and 2 toilets. Location is great with a lot of food around and easy to walk to nearby places. It can be quite hard to get taxi if you are travelling with family and needed to travel far. The reception couldn't even help to get but asked you to try and get it by the road side. If you need to travel to airport early in the morning do get your transport sorted out beforehand!

- Ruby (8/5): above average - room size and 2 toilet, quieter (though older) area in Macau. There was a fire alarm instance on my 2nd day and i had to bring my elderly (who cannot walk very well) down from 6th floor at 1230am; luckily, our neighbors assisted us. Sadly, there was no clear communication and no formal apologies but staff had kindly provide us with 1 bottle of water. 1 Chinese guest ask and we overheard that it should be likely due to either someone smoking or issue with the fire alarm. Lift was also unavailable for 30 min and we waited at lobby. While we understand the issue, but the subsequent lack of communication and the missing apologies/ compensation was sadly a miss for us.

- HYERAN (6/5): 객실에 큰 욕심 없으면 모든게 완벽해요 - 방자체는 무척 깔끔하고 좋은데 방에 냉장고가 없고, 객실이 좁은 편입니다. 그래도 주변 관광지 모두 걸어다닐 수 있고, 와이파이 빵빵했습니다. 주말이면 야시장처럼 꼬치가게 음료가게 생겨나서 재밌었어요. 또 주변에 저렴한 현지식집, 24시간 마트 등등 많아서 편리하게 이용가능해요

The cleanliness was lacking; I found pubic hair on the bathroom floor, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, there was a lot of noise at night, with people banging doors and talking loudly until 3 AM. In the morning, the cleaning staff vacuumed loudly, disturbing our rest.

There are some noise in the afternoon from the restaurant across the street but at night there is nothing. So all good. The exchange plug is not working super well… but the staff helped solved it. The bed is a bit small

The outside view, the construction noise, and some hiccup during the checkout (they couldn't refund my security deposit and returned cash).

Over the weekend, the street is filled with vendors who sell local food, drinks and games. It’s a short walk to Camoes park, which is a must visit. The family quad room was very comfortable for my family of four. Exceeded expectations.

Now Macau hosts the annual Grand Prix races and accommodation prices have skyrocketed many times over. The hotel exceeded my expectations. - Anna (8/5): Very good - a nice hotel where you can stay for a short period. Nice beds, the room has all the important things. In the description of the room it was written about soundproofing, but it is not there at all. I could hear everything that was happening on the street, I could even hear the neighbors talking in the other room. I can hear people walking down the corridor. At night, at about two o'clock, a garbage truck arrives near the hotel and it can be heard very well:(
- Samuel (7/5): A budget choice with good location - Good location near to eateries and historical sites in the old town. The nearest bus stop is only 3 mins walk away. It is also near to the Ponte 16 so one can take advantage of the free shuttle bus Room is small. I stayed alone in a deluxe double room with only an overnight bag so I was fine. It can be a crowed for 2 people with large suitcases. There were also construction works taking place next to the hotel so it was a bit noisy during the day

Difficult to get a taxi. When I was leaving for the airport the receptionist told me to go to the main road to look for one as she couldn't get one by phone.

After she returned home (Taiwan) she found there is amount of money shortage, then she discovered about the deposit things. Until I asked the hotel trough booking, the hotel then admit the record of deposit haven’t been paid back, that is, hotel didn’t contact first as soon as they aware the above situation. Due to the deposit was paid by cash, return by credit card is unavailable, only cash or WeChat are available. However, since my mom is already leaved from Macau and we don’t have WeChat pay, we only can ask friends in China who use the system, it’s very troublesome. Thanks for stuffs are kind and willing to help. Hope if there is any other event happening again, the stuff can contact clients as soon as possible. - Bertoldpm (4/5): Would be considered really "average" elsewhere - The hotel is very well located in the centre of Macau. You get all the vanities you need in the bathroom and the bed sheets were clean. Doors are hard, but in a very comfy way. Absolutely did not meet my expectations: the bathroom floor was very dirty upon arrival, with dark dirt stuck in around the WC, the walls were dirty, the rooms are incredibly noisy (do not forget your earplugs) and the staff do their job in a robotic manner not wishing you a good stay and thanking you for it. The hotel is located in a central street, cramped among very narrow streets, so not at all the image that you see on its Booking profile. The view from the window was another building with walled up windows. There is a building under restoration/construction, so it could get noisy (but I can not tell, as I stayed there during the weekend).
