恵子 (5/5): 寝る、だけなら快適です。 - キレイで清潔感があった。お値段が安かった。アクセスしやすかった。大浴場？がありキレイだった。朝食付きだった。携帯の充電器を貸してもらえた。チェックインなど初めてのやり方にスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれた。 Wi-Fiがメチャ遅く、役に立たなかった。有料？なんですか？朝食の料理の補充が追いつかず、7:40頃に行くと残骸感が半端なかった。これで一気に印象悪が悪くなった。大浴場ではなく、小浴場で、脱衣所が狭い。キレイだったので許せるけど、3人以上は入るのがむつかしい。

Midori (5/5): - 朝食のサービスとチェックイン後のハッピーアワーがすごくいいなと思いました。 SNSで投稿するとチェックアウトが12時までに出来るとポップがあったので画面をきちんと見せてフロントスタッフに確認してもらい伝えたはずなのに通常チェックアウトの時間に部屋に清掃スタッフとまた他のスタッフが来た。連携が取れていないのかと思った。連携が出来ない感じなのであれば、そのサービスも失くせばいいのにと思った。それが無ければすごく良かったからまた利用しようと思っていたのに最後に嫌な気持ちになった。

Ohhashi (6/5): 綺麗だけどコスパ的には… - チェックイン、チェックアウトは基本的にデジタル(無人)ですが必要な時は有人で対応してくれます。お部屋は狭いですが清潔でした。夜遅いとホテルに行くまでの商店街はホームレスが寝ていたりして少し怖いです。お風呂は狭いので洗い場が開くのを待ったり脱衣場も洗濯機が置いてあって狭いです。

Zoltán (10/5): Perfect - The staff working there are very kind, smiley, and helpful. They did their best to ensure we had everything we needed. A very delicious breakfast was included with the stay, and we were also able to leave our luggage there for a few hours after checking out. The room was not large, but it was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The Dotonbori district is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. -

SONGEUN (10/5): - 온천이용이 새벽5시부터라서 새벽형인간인 저와 엄마는 하루의시작을 온천욕으로 할수있어서 좋았습니다. 조식이 다양해서 엄마가 너무 잘드셔서 기뻤습니다. 애들도 자기가 먹을수있는걸 찾아서 먹으니, 차가운편의점음식대신 따뜻한 밥을 먹을수 있어 좋았습니다. 디럭스룸 쇼파아래에 포근한 이불이 들어 있어서 사실상 이방은 3인실로 충분합니다. 초등학생곁잠이 가능해서 저희는 4인이용했어요. 벽쪽 침대에서 저랑딸이 안고자니 좁지만 괜찮았습니다. 2박동안 청소없이 수건교체만하면 생수를 2병줍니다.(프론트에 따로 요청해야됨) 해피아워가 너무 썰렁했습니다. 음료자판기 주류, 견과류과자 약간 뿐이었어요. 카레,아이스크림도 있다 들었는데, 지금은 안하는듯 합니다 화장실이 배나 비행기에 설치된것처럼 작고 플라스틱으로 되어있어서 생각보다 좁았습니다.

Enma (8/5): Good stay in central location - It's not far from Hommachi station, which has a direct connection to Shin-Osaka station. There are shops and restaurants right around the corner. Most of Osaka is accessible from here with one metro/train transfer. We had a room on the 9th floor and because of the hotel's orientation, we weren't bothered by street lights or noise (we slept with the window open). The beds were comfortable, the couch in the room offered just a little bit of extra seating. While it was nice to have a free breakfast buffet, we weren't fans of it. I would have loved some western options to be included such as eggs and bacon, some fresh fruit...

Kaori (7/5): 少し歩けば心斎橋。立地が抜群で動きやすかったです。 - 中いちにち、抜けての連泊だったんですが、スタッフに言うと快く、荷物を預かって下さり助かりました。部屋から退出する際も、お掃除のスタッフが御堂筋のパレードの人混みがあるから、どこどこを通った方がいいよ。など、話しかけてくれたり、気持ちのいいスタッフ達で、居心地がよかったです。特にはないです。
