When we asked for a larger room as it did not meet our expectations they said they were fully booked. the room size should've been suitable for 3 people. the room was so small it was uncomfortable to be in there

- KEIKA (8/5): まぁ、良かった。 - 綺麗でした。コンビニと直通で行けるのも良かったし、設備は一泊1人で泊まるには十分でした。 禁煙室にしたはずでしたが、どことなくタバコのようなにおいを感じてしまい、思わずフロントに確認してしまった。

- Takahiro (5/5): - 設備がひととおり揃っていた。また、清潔感があった。 15時20分頃チェックインしようとしたが長蛇の列だった。20分ほど経っても解消されない様だった。オンラインチェックイン機を導入するなり、チェックイン時間の分散を呼びかけるなりして解消に努めるか、病院や役所みたいに番号札制にして座って待てる様にする工夫をした方が良いと思う。

- MISHIRO (10/5): またリピートしたいホテルです。 - 空いている部屋へのアップグレードをして頂きありがとうございました。おかげでバス、トイレ別の設備だったので、湯船に、ゆっくり浸かって、しっかり旅の疲れを取ることが出来ました。部屋の広さもちょうど良く快適に過ごせました。アメニティは環境に配慮した為、部屋には無いとのことでしたが、旅行の時は必ず歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉等を持参するので大丈夫でした。その代わりスタンプを集めて値引きというサービスは良いと思いました。隅々まで清掃が行き届いていて、とても良かったです。 良すぎることばかりで何も思い浮かびません。

- 礼男 (1/5): 最悪！ - リニューアルして半年なので部屋は綺麗でした。 エアコン吹き出し口がカビだらけ。 フロントに対応をお願いしましたがスタッフがウエスと洗剤を持ち脚立で吹き出し口をゴシゴシ、それでも除去できず、挙げ句の果てにベットの上は落ちたカビだらけ、指摘すると手で払ってましたが黒く擦れて余計に汚れが。 それ以上はお断りしましたがWashington Hotelの今までの良いイメージが崩れてしまいました…。 結局カビが舞ってるようでおちおち眠れもせず朝を迎えました。 今までのホテルの中でワーストの空調管理でした。 せめて定期的な空調の清掃を行うようにされた方が良いと思います。
