• Richard (7/5): Alt aber ok - Günstige Lage nahe Bahnhof Umeida ohne direkt die Massen vor der Tür zu haben Küchenausstattung ist ein Witz. Eine Tasse und ein Glas, das ist alles. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen

• (O_Q) (8/5): 周租或月租的好地點 - 這間是相當特別的住宿地點，個人本次入住相當滿意。 但你對這間的期待，應該要放在「APARTMENT」，而不是HOTEL。 1. 地點 距離梅田車站步行約需要15分鐘（1公里路程）； 而最近的車站，是大阪地鐵的中津站（約500公尺）； 日常採買，附近有一間大型的LIFE超市（約800公尺）。 你旅途中的日常出遊，所有的起手式都一定得以「步行10分鐘」為開始。 這對通勤或通學來說雖是相當不錯的距離， 但在求悠閒的觀光客來說，就剛好落在不上不下的小尷尬距離。 旅館的大門口旁就有一個docomo share bike的站點， 只不過這站點相當熱門，這一趟住宿，我完全沒遇過有空閒腳踏車可租用。 但附近1分鐘內的步行路程，還有兩三個站點。 租用腳踏車的話，上述地點都變成5分鐘內的路程。 （但share bike一次借用的最小單位是15分鐘） 2. 環境 我這次入住的是單人房，如同回到當時求學時的住宿感。 清潔部分可看出住宿方的用心，保持得相當不錯。 只不過老屋特有的味道，就真的難以避免， 特別是廚房部分，我是全程開啟排油煙機以減輕異味。 我這次入住的房間，打開側窗剛好可以看到公園美景。 4月的涼風，隨著小朋友的玩耍嬉鬧聲，真的相當愜意。 治安問題也不用擔心，因為緊鄰小學 對這塊居住區域的居民來說，或許治安的隱憂反而是你？ 3. 設施 即使是個人房也有小廚房，並設置IH爐， 可是IH爐緊鄰水槽，所以洗、切等備料會大幅受限。 基本廚具可以跟飯店前台人員借用。 另外房間內也有提供電熱水壺以及微波爐。 每層樓都設有洗衣機（200日幣）以及烘衣機（30分鐘100日幣）， 不過須自備洗衣精。 附近有一間24小時的自助洗衣店，但起碼得800日幣。 4. 其他 根據旅館門口的告示，前台人員的上班時間是10:00~18:00 如果住宿前或中間有任何包裹想要寄送，可備註這個時間段給送貨人員。 前台人員相當熱情，有任何疑問相信他都會樂意回答。 非要舉一個點的話，大概就是建物整體的老舊感 不過仍然維持地相當整潔。

Elevador escuro e velho, assusta um pouco o barulho que faz. Futon de cobrir descosturado nas laterais. Banheiro com vaso sanitário bem velho, sem tecnologia, só descarga normal.

• Verduyn (9/5): - Third time here.. Nice double room on 8th floor. Quiet despite close proximity to elevated highway. A 15 min walk will get you to Umeda Hankyu and JR. Use a translation app to communicate with staff ( as they do).

• Andrea (9/5): Mini appartamento - Non è un hotel, ma un condo, con tanti mini appartamenti. Il mio era all’ultimo piano, in pieno stile giapponese, microscopico! Ma dentro, c’è tutto quello che occorre. Anche una discreta vista dalla finestra. Camminando 10 minuti si arriva alla metro e in 25c direttamente alla stazione di Osaka e Umeda. Wi-Fi ok, personale gentile. Su ogni piano ci sono lavatrice e asciugatrice a gettoni. Prezzo consono. Odore sgradevole dal bagnetto. Nessuna pulizia della stanza. Il telefono ha iniziato a squillare fortissimo alle 5 del mattino, senza motivo.

• Mateusz (10/5): Nice hotel in a great location. - It was a very good stay in this hotel. Localization is great. Personnel is helpful and kind. All information in the hotel description was correct. No problem with check in and check out. I would pick up this hotel again :)

Helped me with bringing my bagage to the room and also when i left. Could check in earlier. And even had a scale for weighing my bagage. Also room was big enough and comfortable with 2 big bagage No elevator but it was second floor so not really big problem.

El precio es muy bueno me quede 7 días y agradecí mucho tener un buen lugar donde quedarme
• ILHAM (7/5): Good for a budget, alone, long stay - Good, cozy, small, separate apartment with all necessary facilities and helpful staff Location is a little bit far from main sights and not easy to find building. Interior of building is dark and not touristic. It is living quarters of locals, and you can observe the daily city life too.
• Ekaterina (8/5): - Отель расположен в тихом районе, недалеко от станции метро. Рядом есть несколько круглосуточных магазинов. Персонал супер дружелюбный, помогли нам с пересылкой чемоданов в Токио. Всё необходимое в номере есть, при этом номер достаточно просторный, что редкость для Японии. А соотношение цена-качество вообще выше всяких похвал. Единственный минус - не всегда стабильный wi-fi

• MICKAEL (10/5): Je suis sûr de revenir ! - Je m'attendais à une chambre d'hôtel classique, mais ce sont quasiment de petits logements qui sont proposés. C'était super agréable et on se sent vite comme chez soi. Il y a une machine à laver et un séchoir à chaque étage. Le lit était ferme. Les gérants sont très serviables. Il y a une plaque électrique dans le logement, mais pas de quoi cuisiner, donc c'est un peu dommage. Les murs sont un peu fins, donc selon le voisinage c'est peut être un problème.

Les cyclistes qui roulent sur le trottoir à droite et à gauche...donc vous êtes coincé et frôlé en quasi permanence...

• Olivier (7/5): Bon séjour - Personnel vraiment affable et disposé à aider. Hébergement plutôt bien situé : env. 8 minutes à pied du métro Nakatsu sortie 1 et 20 minutes à pied de la gare osaka umeda (à 1 arrêt en métro depuis Nakatsu). Plusieurs conveniences stores à côté (7 eleven, Family Mart, aeon, etc...) et quelques restaurants aussi. Dans la chambre il y a 1 mini frigo, 1 bouilloire, 1 micro ondes et 1 plaque de cuisson avec un évier. Ce n'est pas que je n'apprécie pas mais juste quelques points de vigilance pour les futurs clients : Attention à la taille de la chambre qui convient pour 1 personne mais pas 2 ! Aussi très important de souligner que la vaisselle n'est pas fournie sauf 1 petit verre à eau et 1 petite tasse. Pensez à ramener votre nécessaire si vous voulez cuisiner.

• Jared (8/5): Very good - This is an okay, pretty bare-bones place. You're not too far from a metro station. Obviously, the price is competitive. Check-in hours were quite limited, and while they are updated on a piece of paper at reception, they are not properly reflected on Booking.com. In addition, staff wants to share information verbally, but rather than print out and point to information in English (or other languages), the receptionist spoke through a mask in Japanese into his phone app bit by bit. He often had to repeat himself. This was quite a waste of my time.

• Teck (10/5): Nice comfortable stay in a quiet area of Osaka - It felt like home. There was a mini refrigerator, a microwave, a water kettle, a washing sink and laundry facilities (coin operated). So everything you need for a week or two of comfortable stay. Bath gel and shampoo in big bottles. There were good supermarkets nearby to buy food and drinks to eat in room. And also restaurants. A short walk to Nakatsu Metro station. I think they should change the bath towel after 3 days.
• Daniel (7/5): Affordable and well located, unfortunate room window - It’s a short 15 minute metro to the main sights of Osaka so it’s well located even though it’s a little bit out of the main action. AC, fridge and hot water pot were welcome. Room was bigger than other higher rated Japanese hotels I’ve stayed in. My window faced the wall of another building, so that brought down the niceness of the room quite a bit.

Use google translate or similar to communicate with staff. Second stay here. For first time visitors maybe not so easy to locate due to very small hotel sign.

• Leo (9/5): Very good experience. - Great location, about 6 minutes walk from the Nakatsu Station, lots of good restaurants at a walking distance. No cleaning by the hotel staff while you stay there.
• Kelepi (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, clean and exceptional value for money. The staff took extra effort to make sure we understood all explanations despite the slight language barrier. The inclusion of an in room kitchenette as well as shared washing and drying machine for this price is awesome. Convenience store and supermarket close by. There was no available kitchen equipment despite there being a stove top.

I felt like at home, such a kind and open people, that helped me with all of my questions and needs 😇 And they knew that I’m an Ukrainian, so they were translating everything for me in Ukrainian, it was so cute and kind 🥰 I loved my stay there, it was near to center and at calm district at the same time 👌🏻 Everything was perfect, especially staff 🤗
• Ksenia (6/5): Good if you need just a place to sleep - I had a large room. There are Washing machines on each floor. There is everything you need for a stay, good shower and clean bathroom. The staff is very polite. In general that was ok, but I didn't enjoy to stay in the room. It seemed not very clean (a found hair on the chair when checked in). The location is quite far from the city center and main touristic spots, but not far from the metro station. The toilet didn't have functions that other toilets in Japan have.
• Lowine (9/5): Superb - Really good apartment. A bit old-ish but everything is clean and well maintained. 15min walk from Umeda Station and 6min walk to Nakatsu station. Really accessible. I really recommend for short and long stays. The bathroom is a bit small but it's a typical Japanese bathroom. Fully functional and clean.
