• Anna (10/5): Чудесный отдых на берегу Севана - Прикладное место! Отдыхали семьёй с двумя детьми. С сыном были уже не первый раз. В этот раз остановились в замечательном номере с видом на Севан из всех окон. Замечательный персонал, прекрасные условия в номере и отличная территория по которой бегают кролики(от них в восторге и дети и взрослые)) спасибо за замечательный отдых!

The guest house is located near the lake and has a beautiful garden with rabbits 🐇 We will definitely come back when we are iin Sewan again. Thank you for everything! -

• ANNA (8/5): Bon record! Llit molt cómode! - Apartament sencer a molt bon preu. Pots caminar a les vores del llac i a 5 min del centre de Sevan amb cotxe. L’esmorzar era una mica just. Sense gaire varietat. (És veritat que era temporada baixa)
• Yvonne 1977 (9/5): - Netter Empfang. Die Unterkunft war sehr günstig und Frühstück war inklusive. Abends konnten wir dort noch Essen bestellen, auch das war preislich top und war sehr lecker. Es liegt unmittelbar am See und ist vom Highway sehr gut zu erreichen. Es ist halt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was ansich nicht schlimm ist. das Badezimmer könnte allerdings etwas überholt werden.

• Martin (9/5): Would like to go there again. - Very friendly and accommodating people working there. I immediately felt at home. Beautiful outside area and short walk from the lake. The restaurant offers affordable tasty and freshly cooked meals. Rooms are simple but clean and I slept very well.

• Magdalena (10/5): - Wspaniale, spokojne miejsce z bardzo życzliwą i pomocną obsługą - dostaliśmy do pokoju wszystko co było nam potrzebne (czajnik, sztućce). Pokój z antresolą i łazienką, wszędzie ogrzewanie podłogowe do tego grzejniki- na dworzu było zimno a w środku cieplutko. Czysciutko, wygodnie, zdecydowanie polecamy!

• SHARON (10/5): - We stayed here twice, in October and November, the room was warm and comfortable, the showers were hot and the breakfast was delicious. Lovely location by Lake Sevan and the staff are really nice and friendly. It's a motel style hotel so we could park our car right outside.

• SHARON (10/5): We loved walking in to Sevan for lunch every day. Lake Sevan is beautiful, but mostly fenced off - The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was warm and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

• Marco (9/5): - Très bon établissement, bien entretenu et situé à proximité de la plage publique de Sevan. Ma chambre était spacieuse, confortable et propre. Tous le staff, surtout la dame qui parlait anglais, a été d'une extrême gentillesse durant mon séjour. J'ai même mangé dans leur restaurant et leur nourriture était très bonne. Distance raisonnable pour rejoindre le village de Sevan (commerces, restaurants, cafés, bus) en passant par la passerelle qui enjambe l'autoroute. Bon petit-déjeuner avec oeufs, pain frais et confiture maison. Il est vrai que la douche est proche du wc et qu'il n'y a pas de séparateur pour l'eau, mais cela est très souvent le cas en Arménie ou ailleurs même.

• Olga (7/5): - Современный номер над гаражом, наверное это удобно для длительного пребывания. Вкусная кухня, мимишные кролики и куры бродят по территории. Это не первая линия, как мы ожидали. Между берегом Севана и комплексом не очень чистый пустырь.
• Haitham (10/5): زرت المكان في اكتوبر الجو بارد وخريفي وخرافي واخذت راحتي ومافي حد والبحيرةرائعة رائعة وقريبة جدا من الفندق - مريح نفسيا بسيط ونظيف إذا احتجت شي يلبونك طيبين وبسطاء وبشوشين وأنصحكم بالسمك لأنه يصيدونه من البحيرة وخاصة المشوي وعندهم السلمون النهري روعة وبسندويش الكباب احلى شي ووصلونا على المدينة بمبلغ بسيط ماقصروا صراحة إذا جيتو بالخريف تدفو عدل أشياء بسيطة لاتذكر مثلا صار مشكلة في الماي وصلحوه فورا يعني المكان مش فايف ستار لكن نظيف والأجواء خيالية الهوا نقي نقي البحيرة راحة نفسية الصراحة ردت صحتي وعافيتي

В туалете все время был мокрый пол, там есть швабра, но все равно не особо сливается все, потому что там нет разделения на душ/туалет. В номере достаточно холодно, но дали теплые одеяла. Нет чайника/чашек, можно попросить чашки в ресторане, где дают завтрак.

• Carola (10/5): Lovely stay close to Lake Sevan - Walking distance to Lake Sevan (5 minutes) and the city (15-20 minutes). Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were also nice. Spacious room with view of the lake and the property has a little petting zoo with the animals running free on as well. It’s quiet even though it’s along the highway. Nothing really.

• Masis (10/5): Amazing and fun! - The property was good. Bunnies roam the property and we’re very cute. Lots of animals to look at and they are well taken care of. The overall property was very clean and well taken care off. With small outdoor bungalows which they served food at. Overall the property was amazing and filled with lovely animals. The staff is amazing and sweet, they work very hard. Every meal was great and the customer service was a 10/10!!

• Tomas (7/5): Good - The hosting lady was very welcoming and kind, we liked this approach. A delicious breakfast was served in the morning. The heating in the room was off and could not be turned on. The room was therefore very cold. Also, the regulation of water temperature in the bathroom was very complicated and sometimes we had to wait for warm water extremely long. The shower is in the middle of the bathroom with no dedicated place, right above the toilet. This means the floor in the bathroom is completely wet when you need to use the bathroom after shower. Anyway, we stayed just one night and for the money we paid it was still a good value.

• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is close to the shore of Lake Sevan. A lovely room with an internal staircase. There are two separate beds on the lower floor, and a bedroom on the second floor. There is a table and chairs for eating inside. The place is modernly furnished, clean and spacious. There is enough hot water with good pressure. The hosts are very kind and ready to help. The breakfast did not disappoint us either. It was delicious and completely sufficient. There were eggs, sausages, yellow cheese, mulberry and apricot jam and traditional Armenian bread.

• Mary (10/5): Exceptional - An exceptionally comfortable hotel room beside lake Sevan! There is under floor heating, a heated towels rail, lots of clean towels, shampoo etc, and a fridge. A real bonus were the windows in the room: There were two. You can see the sun rise from one and the sun set from the other. You can also see lake Sevan from one of the windows. Breakfast was very good and served by a friendly and helpful lady. Near the hotel is a bridge where you can cross the highway and walk across a field and enter the town through an archway to drink coffee and tea at the teahouse and buy fruit and anything else you need in the town.
