- Rimantas (10/5): - Spacious room, plenty of cosmetics, location is close to Ikebukuro station (Yamanote line is very convenient for site seeing of Tokyo) , plenty restaurants and caffes nearby. You get everything you need for a decent price It's actually "love hotel", which was not an issue for us, but it could be a little bit strange with "anonymous approach" (reception and etc.)

Loved the bathroom and the toiletries provided. Bed was comfortable on the firmer side. No coin laundry within the hotel but there's one nearby.

- Kevin (10/5): - Hôtel le plus spacieux de tout mon voyage, parfait pour nos 2 derniers jours au Japon. Nous avions la possibilité de nous occuper de nos 3 valises chacun très facilement en plus d’avoir accès à un confort exceptionnel (baignoire type jaccuzi, lumières d’ambiance, grand lit queen size, des cadeaux offerts pour boire manger et des produits de beauté). Oui c’est un love hôtel mais clairement nous n’avons absolument pas été embêtés par quoique ce soit, pour les touristes c’est clairement le meilleur plan pour avoir quelque chose de grand et spacieux pour pas cher. Mention spéciale pour la réception qui malgré le côté anonyme du lieu est tout de même très gentil !

- Magnus (9/5): Mitten im Leben - Das Hotel ist in einer Seitenstraße eines belebten Viertels voller Nachtleben in Tokyo. Es ist sauber und ruhig, top ausgestattet und sehr hochwertig. Alles ist brandneu. Das Hotel kann auch als Love Hotel gemietet werden. Die angeschlagenen Tagespreise liegen weit unter den bei Booking zu findenden Preisen - aber um eine sichere Unterkunft zu haben, war es genau richtig. Ich würde es wieder buchen. Durch den starken Unterschied zwischen Preis vor Ort und online habe ich mich etwas schlecht gefühlt.

The only downside was the room felt super hot and almost impossible to keep cool at night. Most nights we had to sleep with the window open and still sweat during the night.

- Casper (5/5): Good but won’t be back due to the lady at reception - Nice rooms liked the panel to control the lights and ventilation it was all tied into a neat little pad on the headrest the bathroom and shower was nice also The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude to me and my Mrs upon arrival because we only speak English she basically refused to even talk to us and when we tried to translate on our phones she just instructed the people behind us in the line to skip us and served them instead f taking the time to communicate with us through translation even though she was reading the translation she just continued to be rude and ignored us completely definitely wouldn’t be staying here again solely because of this situation just left us feeling totally disrespected and in the dark. Also we only had a few thin pillows on the bed could have had a few extra but mainly the lady at reception ruined my impression of the hotel

- Jackie (10/5): A really different yet typically Japanese experience. A good way to end our stay. - Excellent value for money. It has a very luxurious feel. The room service is very reasonably priced and arrived quickly. It’s about 20 minutes from the centre of Tokyo on the JR lines. It is a love hotel and it is in a street with other love hotels so it’s a bit of a shock when you arrive. But that’s why it’s so private and luxurious.

For the tourists it's a great choice and here is why: 1) Spasious clean rooms with the large bathtub which can even fit two people and TV in the bathroom. As a bonus you get free amenities in the room and free bath salt on the reception. 2) The location is very cool. It's not a touristy place, so you are surrounded mostly by locals. And you are 5 min away from the big Ikebukuro station. 3) If you are worried about the noise, don't. It's very quiet here. 4) The staff is very polite and helpful. Honestly it's my biggest surprise in our trip. It's a little bit cheaper than the regular hotels but better and cooler. Thank you very much for our stay! Sometimes it smelled of smoke despite we had a non smoking room.

- Shinyeub (10/5): - 次に東京に来るなら、今と同じ価格帯であれば、たとえ五つ星ホテルがあっても、必ずここに来るでしょう。 白い掛け布団の上に敷く変わったカバーは古く見えるので、敷かないほうがいいと思います。

Free parking with only four spaces, but I found at least one free space for my car every day. A well-maintained hotel with good value for money. There is no wardrobe in the room, despite its declared 40 square meters, so it is a real challenge to store clothes outside the trolley.

- Jean (10/5): Amazing hotel - The hotel room was larger and more modern than all our other accommodations, so there was plenty of space to move around and sort out our luggage. The amenities were INCREDIBLE, with free water and snacks, comfortable pyjamas, various toiletries (of great quality!) and even sakura essence for the jacuzzi. Besides hearing some slight noises from another room on our first night, the soundproofing was pretty good. While it is located in an area with other love hotels, it is close to a main street and we felt safe walking back at night. The staff were always respectful, especially the short-haired receptionist with a sweet voice, who was super friendly and kind. We were so impressed and happy with our room that we extended our stay for another 3 nights. We'd definitely stay at this hotel again if we returned to Tokyo. Thank you for spoiling us! The towels were rough and we didn't like all the plastic wrapping that they were supplied in.

The staff, the ammenities, the bed, the outdoor bath, the spacious room, the bathroom, even the lights in this hotel are amazing. There even was a karaokemachine in the room! When i'm in Japan, i"ll definitely will be coming back. Absolutely nothing bad about this hotel
