• Alba (8/5): - Muy bien ubicado cerca del barrio de Ueno, a dos minutos de la estación de Inaricho. Se puede ir andando a Senso-ji perfectamente y al resto de la ciudad es muy fácil con el metro. La habitación un poco pequeña pero cumple su función.

• Chandra Nath (9/5): A Convenient and business Hotel near in Ueno, Tokyo - The hotel is nice budget hotel. The hotel staff are pretty friendly and helpful in all aspects. Ginza Line Station: Inaricho is just 2 min walk. Ueno Station is also walkable. The hotel is a little bit narrow and rooms are smaller compared to other business hotels in Japan. However, in an area like Ueno, it's okay. The hotel does not have any elevator (in fact, no need if you get a room in the first floor), however, the hotel staff are kind to carry your luggages to the room. I have no complain.

• Jamie (9/5): - The bed was super comfortable, it was well equipped (glasses for water, mugs for hot drinks, toiletries, hair dryer, folding table and chair). We could control the temp in the room (it was chilly out). We loved the location! In between Ueno and Asakura -- so much to explore! I thought the room would have two beds. I saw double and I guess I didn't double check myself. Wasn't a huge deal, just a good thing to confirm before booking. Also, it was fine for us, but do note the rooms and bathrooms are small. Not much room to move :)

• Rubén (5/5): Malas vivencias - Pude llegar a un acuerdo para dejar mis maletas grandes en el hotel 1 semana mientras viajaba por el pais a un modico precio. Estuve en 2 ocasiones durante mi estancia en Japón. En la primera ocasion, la habitación era diminuta para 2 personas, apenas podia abrir una maleta, si acaso debia ser para 1 unica persona y no dos. Asimismo, la ventana de la habitación daba a la terraza de la entrada, a la cual la gente se ponia a fumar y hablar durante el dia e incluso de madrugada... realmente molesto por el sonido y desagradable por los olores que no permitia ventilar la habitacion bien. En mi segunda estancia, me tocó una habitacion mas amplia, pero hacia mas frio que en la propia calle, asimismo en la ventana podia tocarse con la mano el edificio de al lado, por lo que no habia ningun tipo de iluminación. Asimismo, como he indicado en aspectos positivos, acordé un precio para dejar las maletas, a lo cual llegado el momento me pidieron el valor por triplicado, y tuve que estar hablando y traduciendo por google traductor el acuerdo que teniamos. Bastante desagradable ese momento ya que si acuerdas algo no se puede cambiar posteriormente los precios tan descaradamente. En conclusion, tras estar alojados un total de 8 noches debo decir que el precio me pareció excesivo para lo que es el hotel, por lo que considero que lo que tuve que pagar en total y mas viendo las situaciones que me tocaron vivir no está ajustado y hay opciones mucho mejores.
• Tsuneaki (5/5): 安さ優先！泊まるだけなら問題なし． - 上野駅から歩いて行ける距離．上野駅から歩いて行ける距離では，破格の価格でとてもよかった．寝具，タオルはちゃんと洗っているみたいで清潔だとは思った． 建物は古いです．こればっかりは如何ともし難いと思います．24時近くのチェックインとなったが，受け入れていただいたことに感謝するが，パジャマ姿の女性が出てきた時にはちょっと困惑しました． 狭いところにトイレを無理やり設置した感じで，流す時に手が入りにくかった．蓋を閉めなきゃダメだったんでしょうね．

• Xavier (4/5): No comfort worthy of a hotel room - On the 4th floor, the room was very tiny, with a mezzanine bed and no mattress! It's shameful not to properly equip a sleeping space. Perhaps the other rooms are better equipped. The hotel offered no compensation despite my request.

• Brad (1/5): Liars and no refunds - The location was handy. The green hotel is pink, sounds silly but it was an omen of what was to come. Our room was double booked when we arrived but they wouldn't admit it, (we booked months in advance) they put us in a room straight out of China. Cupboards locked with hotel items stored in them, loose wiring everywhere, plastic bottle cut as a water protector for wiring over the sink, foam stuck to the back of door as sound proofing. I was given a small discount and promised my room with a balcony starting from the next day. The next day, we moved to our room, but there was no balcony. The room was missing many facilities stated on booking.com under room facilities . No balcony, no washing machine, no microwave etc. It seems they put these items under room facilities rather than hotel facilities. At this point I was ready to leave and find somewhere else, but they have a no refunds policy. Out of the 7 hotels I stayed at in Japan, this was the only one that didn't deliver what they said.

• Reshma T (8/5): Good value - This hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the Inaricho subway station and Ueno station is about a 15 minute walk. The room is small but has everything you need, towels, shampoo, conditioner bath soap, kettle, and a small fridge. Check in is at 3pm, Check out is at 10am. The room was very small, but the beds were comfortable and there was a storage nook for our luggage. Bathroom was clean but very small. Long, narrow staircase to get up to our room. Very small bathroom. Otherwise everything was nice.

Todo funcionaba correctamente en la pieza y baño La pieza tenia unos pilares en la mitad de pieza qué había que cruzar con cuidado si no te podías pegar en la cabeza, y la cama era un poco dura. Pero por el precio y la ubicación, es entendible.

Ci siamo stati già altre 3 volte e torneremo sicuro L'unica pecca sono, appunto, le dimensioni delle camere e la mancanza di un ascensore, che può diventare problematico quando, come nel caso nostro, hai la camera al quarto pieno e le valige, ma lo staff ci ha aiutato, quindi nulla da ridire.

• Covadonga (7/5): Buena relación calidad precio. - El precio y la ubicación. Todo limpio. Personal agradable. Intentamos repetir a la vuelta pero no había habitaciones libres. La habitación en la que nos alojamos los cuatro era pequeña. Costaba hasta encontrar hueco para abrir la maleta. Algo de olor a humedad.
