• Omer Sercan (8/5): Harikaydı. - Otelin konumu çok iyi yerde. Yamanote hattının bir durağı olan Otsuka İstasyonuna çok yakın ve otelin çevresinde çoğu market ve restoran var. Otelin altındaki kayar tezgahlı sushi dükkanı da oldukça uygundu.

• Joel (9/5): Un excellent emplacement pour partir à la découverte de Tokyo avec la carte Suica. - Hôtel très bien placé à proximité d’une station de métro et dans un quartier très animé le soir en semaine. Chambre spacieuse avec baignoire à bulle, j’ai adoré. Je commande pour un petit budget et une bonne récupération du décalage horaire. L’entrée de l’hôtel est un peu sommaire mais on s’y habitue vite.

La camera è ricca di accessori, tra cui molte amenities. Bagno grande con vasca e doccia. Lavanderia gratuita in struttura. Quartiere molto carino pieno di supermercati e ristoranti deliziosi.

Ventilatorul din baie a mers continuu 4 zile cât a fost sejurul. I-am informat din prima zi, mi-au spus ca se închide din întrerupător iar după ce au verificat, mi-au spus ca asa merge, 24/24! Pe timpul nopții - super deranjant. Efectiv nu te poți odihni din cauza zgomotului!

Pero todo a partir de ahi fue espectacular, habitaciones enormes, onsen propio, cama súper cómoda, limpieza impecable, amabilidad del personal máxima, cafe y agua 24h, check out pudimos dejar las maletas, todo lo que pueda escribir es de 10, ahn y a 3' de una estación "poquísimo complicada" en la línea circular "verde" El no poder quedarnos 5 dias mas!!! Fue todo maravilloso

That being said the staff was very nice, the location and value was great, and it seemed to be clean. I would not book again now that i know what it means but is my fault for not investigating further.

• Matthieu (10/5): a valuable and worthy place to stay! - The location was perfect! We only stayed for one night but it was only 5 minutes away from Otsuka station, and it was also the most spacious accomodation we’ve stayed at throughout our trip to Japan and I would definitely come back again! You guys were amazing 🥳 even if it says “adult stay” but it’s very discrete and nothing scary! Overall really good. the wifi was a bit inconsistent so we had to rely on our data

Der Preis war verhältnismäßig auch sehr gut. Es war nicht wirklich sauber im Zimmer. Fliegen an der Decke im Badezimmer. Sehr viele Haare auf der Matratze und auf der Toilette. Ecken vom Fenster und den Wänden waren schwarz. Kissen hatten Flecken.

Está super bien ubicado en un sector mas tranquilo pero a 1 estación de Ikebukuro donde tienes de todo. Tienen máquina de café y chocolate caliente gratis, lavandería y secadora (cosa que se agradece mucho cuando estás de viaje). El personal super atento y con una excelente disposición. Enviamos nuestras maletas por Yamato y las recibieron y dejaron en nuestra habitación. Anteriormente nos quedamos en 2 Airbnb muy buenos pero definitivamente si volvemos a Japón, volveríamos acá de todas maneras Nada, sinceramente muy bueno

• Jeang Jenq (9/5): Comfortable stay in perfect location. - The location is right outside a train station on the Yamanote line, which covers all the important spots in Tokyo! The rooms was spacious and spa bath was amazing, stark contrast to what you can get with similar budget.

Inoltre, erano presenti tantissimi prodotti per la cura del corpo e uno yukata da utilizzare durante il soggiorno. Ho apprezzato tantissimo questo hotel, quando tornerò a Tokyo soggiornerò sicuramente qui di nuovo. Zona tranquilla e comoda per spostarsi in metro.

• Ambre (10/5): Parfait ! 👍🏼 - Ne vous laissez pas freiner par le fait que ce soit un love hotel ! Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique ☺️ et les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable, notamment des produits de soin pour le visage et le corps, du sel pour le bain, un peignoir, des chaussons, une brosse à dents et un rasoir. Le ménage était effectué quotidiennement et la salle de bain était très grande, avec une baignoire balnéo pour notre plus grand plaisir après une longue journée à explorer Tokyo. Nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le bruit pendant notre séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé juste à côté de la gare Otsuka, desservie par la Yamanote Line, qui vous permettra de rejoindre facilement toutes les grandes stations de Tokyo. De plus, vous trouverez de nombreuses commodités à proximité, telles qu’un centre commercial, un McDonald’s, un 7-Eleven et quelques petits restaurants de quartier. Petit +, un service de lingerie gratuit au 2ème étage et une machine café au RDC est à disposition.😃 Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel ! La wifi galère un peu, mais rien de méchant ☺️

• JYUN SHIAN (9/5): - 住宿地點離JR很近，樓下超商、免稅店，該有的幾乎都有，飯店很貼心 從沐浴乳、洗髮精、護髮乳、卸妝乳、洗面乳、泡澡粉、刷背的，基本上不用特別攜帶東西，飯店都有，房間也有微波爐，只是洗衣 烘衣 要到2樓才有，不過都是免費的，因為我們都沒有申請打掃房間，所以垃圾都放在門口請飯店收走，唯一缺點 就是WIFI訊號不太好，房間訊號一直斷訊，其他都很好~ WIFI訊號 不太好~

Our internet in the room didn't work, but we just logged into other room's net as it's all the same password. Due to the nature of the hotel there were some nights with some slightly loud, intoxicated individuals, but nothing that would stop me staying again.

• PW (6/5): Okay, aber würde nicht nochmal buchen. - Gute Lage an der Yamanote Line und nur 3min vom Bahnhof. Aber das war auch der Grund meiner Buchung. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß für Tokio. Keine Fenster auf dem Zimmer. Merkwürdiger Duft im Raum (weiß nicht, ob es mal ein Raucherzimmer war) und nicht so bequeme Bettwäsche. Generell Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An sich natürlich für ein Love Hotel ausreichend, weil die meisten nur ein paar Stunden bleiben

• Tanja (8/5): Great location directly at the Yamanote line, spacious rooms are outstanding value for money - Our second stay here. Awesome location close to the Yamanote subway station and a popular Onigiri restaurant. The rooms are spacious and all in all clean. You can use the laundry room free of charge, which was really great, with this hotel being the last stop on our journey. We were talking to three different staff members at the reception and while they were all polite, the younger woman was extremely helpful and friendly. There were a lot of small flies in the bathroom... I think they came from the drain, which was not too pleasant of course, but luckily it wasn't a big issue either. One employee did not react to us standing in front of the reception, and since you can't see their faces (there is a curtain so everyone can be discrete), this was an awkward situation. However, it was resolved after half a minute when we started talking and he answered, so... all good in the end :).

But when we first arrived our room was ready at 1:00 pm.

They even keeped our luggage after check-out before we had to get our plane back home. We also had some issues with the washing machine and they kindly helped us set it. Everything was fine. Maybe the duvet could have been a bit longer, since it was a bit tight for two, but it was warm enough.

• Kim (9/5): Would highly recommend, comfortable and great amenities. - We loved the location of this his property, on the main train line, but a quieter stop. The room was really large too, especially for Japan. The amenities provided were great. Everything was really discreet too, we didn’t see any staff (although knew they were around). We stayed because we’d heard adult hotels were a bit more spacious, and this didn’t disappoint. If I was to be really picky, the slippers provided were a bit too small and were difficult to wear. So would have been awesome to have larger sizes available to switch into. But that’s being really picky.

• Valentina (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Non si percepisce che è un love hotel. Camera piú spaziosa rispetto alla media giapponese con una stanza solo per la vasca e la doccia. In camera ci sono un sacco di prodotti e amenities. Posizione comodissima a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro. Non spediscono le valigie ma puoi farlo al family mart lì vicino, loro ti aiutano a compilare la carta.

De vele toiletartikelen zijn fijn. Evenals het lekkere grote bed. En de ligging dicht bij het treinstation van de JR Yamanote line zorgt ervoor dat je overal snel bent. In de omgeving van het hotel zijn veel voordelige restaurantjes te vinden. Bij de 7eleven om de hoek kan er geld gepind worden met je Nederlandse pas. Als alleenreizende vrouw heb ik mij geen moment onveilig gevoeld. Dat het hotel wordt omschreven als love hotel moet je niet weerhouden dit hotel te boeken. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Zou zeker weer dit hotel willen boeken als ik nog eens in Tokyo kom. Niets
