• Laura Chiara (10/5): Ein MUSS wer nach Shibuya will - Super schöne Unterkunft und super zentral. 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist gleich die U-Bahn-Station und man ist in wenigen Minuten direkt in Shibuya an der Shibuya Crossing. MEGA!! Das war Perfekt, die Gegend war schön und ruhig, da konnte man sich gut von dem Getümmel in Shibuya erholen. - Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet - tolles Schlafzimmer - Zimmer mit Futon ebenfalls sehr bequem und süß - sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter - wenn wir das nächste Mal in Tokyo sind, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft buchen

We experienced some things that I know the normal tourist would not i’m grateful for that. The shower facility leaked on the floor and the bed was very thin which made it a problem when I was on the floor. If you are bit of a bigger or heavier person it was tough.

• Francesca (10/5): Great apartment for longer stays - A wonderful apartment within 20 minutes easy walking into the centre of Shibuya (there are also lots of buses and it's a single stop of the underground into Shibuya as well) making travelling around very simple. The apartment was clean and spacious, and it had a fully fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher! The balcony containing the washing machine was also fantastic as we could wash our clothes. We opted to upgrade to the 2 room apartment, and it was so worth it as it gave us so much more space with packing all our bags and doing the washing. The roll out bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a good bath and shower. We felt at home staying here, and the host did a great job at showing the facilities and explaining the kitchen and bins etc. and sent us lots of recommendations for the local area food, coffee, and shops. We would love to stay here again!

• Kieran (8/5): beware - this property has no bed - The staff were really helpful and it was great to have a coffee machine, washing machine and good wifi. The location near the station was really good for all the things we wanted to do in Tokyo There was no bed and I slept really badly. The booking.com entry clearly stated that there would be a double bed and we would not have booked this place if we had known that there was only a futon. The person who welcomed us was charming and apologetic but explained that none of these apartments have actual beds.
• L.widya (9/5): Great location, reasonable price - Location and proximity. Washing machine in the room which makes it easier to do your laundry. I would suggest to book a bigger room. The first few days we've booked a smaller room, I think it was only suitable for one person. But if you booked the bigger room it's sufficient for 2 people. The only downside is the stairs very narrow, so make sure you bring small luggage because there was no lift. Also, you won't be able to send your luggage as there are no reception. Other than that it's all good.

• Richard (7/5): Noisy. - The owner has clearly put a lot of effort into making a very small space as comfortable possible. And I'd like to give it more stars... The towels are fluffy, there are coffee pods and washing powder. Everything works.. . But... The noise from the upstairs room is intolerable. And all I heard was thumping footsteps, running children, screaming children, banging, moving, thudding, doors beeping, guests climbing stairs, talking in the stairway as they clump up the stairs. If you want quiet this is not the place for you. I got very little sleep. The bed and the room is also really small.
• Dimity (4/5): Great space, bath/shower facilities disappointing. - Arriving at 10pm we followed instructions sent by the property. Upon entry all we wanted was a shower- the option was not enjoyable. The bath/base moved. and the water sprayed up the wall and down along the floor-each night. Mentioned this to staff who explained the bathroom would soon be renovated. I would urge future visitors to enquire before booking.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - Super great location in a pretty chill but decent area. One stop from Shibuya. I really dug staying in the area. The staff were helpful and responded quickly. I'd stay again. I thought I had booked a bigger room, so I was a little disappointed at first but it was my own fault. Just be careful when you book. Otherwise it was pretty good.

• Janna (10/5): Great apartment, great location - Great location, close to subway, restaurants & grocery stores. Staff was very responsive, met us for check-in and answered any questions we had. Apt was very clean and well appointed. Shower was awesome - hot water, great shower pressure. It even doubled as a "dryer" for our wet laundry. While this isn't necessarily negative, the only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable was if both bedrooms had beds. We were two couples and didn't realize that one bedroom had a futon instead. (The listing may have noted this and we overlooked it, so I don't want to assume this listing was incorrect.) Despite the first couple of nights being a bit restless for us Westerners, the location, size and overall comfort of the apartment made up for it.

• Catalina (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great, the guy that came to open was nice, the bed and pillow were confy. The bathtube was put in the toilett in a way that all the water when showering went to the floor. I know this is normal in Japan, but also it is that you have a dry space by. Here you flooded around the loo ... You can hear everything from the other rooms, meaning someone decided to have a bath at 1am, singing and whistle and it looked it was in your apartment. It's not a hotel, more like a airbnb, so there's no staff around (they are not there)

• Namoh (9/5): Superb - Among residential area, not far from train station. Equipped with everything we need and the kitchen is nice. The district has plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Not quite spacious if you have large luggage but it's understandable.

• Stephanie (8/5): Decent Accom in good location. - Excellent location, 1 train stop from Shibuya Station (2-3min train ride). Quiet location. Bathroom needs revamping. Shower head can not be tilted and is aimed to hit the opposite bathroom wall, so every shower the bathroom is completely flooded. Very small accommodation although that is expected in Tokyo. Would not recommend more than a 2 person stay.

Good location, comfortable bed! I forgot my new rain jacket when we left and the staff went through the trouble to send it back to me. So happy!
• Lucas (9/5): Great Stay - Property provided all appropriate measures for our accommodation including great air conditioning, big television, plentiful power outlets, kitchenette, washing machine, etc. Close promximity to a couple of delicious yakitori restaurants, convenience stores, Ikejiri ohashi train station, only one stop from Shibuya & one stop from Sangenjaya, supermarket, and fantastic coffee shops. Property owner was very responsive and room felt private. Free standing bath & dryer room wasn’t my favourite, did have an issue with the bathroom, when contacting property owner was quickly addressed which is positive.
• Ayu (8/5): Great find in the heart of Tokyo - It was small but practical. Even had a kitchen that you can use if you want to. The laundry machine is an extra plus! Everything was great, if I have to make on adjustment it would be extra pillows.

• Zha (9/5): Great value if you enjoy cooking. Comfortable and lovely place. - The place is spacious enough for two people, and the host kindly greeted us upon arrival although we were a bit late. The room basically offers us with everything we need, and the kitchen even has a dishwasher, which was a delightful surprise since we cooked a lot during our stay. The apartment is well designed, and there's a big window in kitchen, making it a nice experience to cook in the morning. The apartment is located close to many big supermarket, so it's easy to get groceries and daily commodities. I wish the place is a little bit further away from the busy street, where people hangout (and be noisy) till late. The little terrace is very nice to have, but we didn't use it that much, because we prefer having a sense of privacy, yet somehow the people living in the adjacent building may see us from the balcony. But overall, the auto-lock door provided us with enough sense of safety. We enjoyed our stay very much! We would definitely consider staying here again for our next trip!
• Jazmina (8/5): Quiet, compact yet comfy place, a short stroll from the action - Compact but well-appointed room that had everything we needed, including a very comfy bed, a welcome washing machine and well chosen kitchen/dining ware. The room is on a quiet street that is nevertheless just a hop and a skip to a vibrant neighbourhood and the train station. Friendly host with excellent English. The phone number didn't work (for us, anyway) so the only means of contact was via Booking.com messages, however, response time was fairly quick. Because of the way the shower curtain is set up, it's impossible to take a shower without water getting all over the floor. The bath itself is not secured - which I discovered when I sat on the rim to rinse my legs. (Luckily, the toilet stopped the bath from tipping over!) Space is very tight and the tv happened to be in my blind spot so I knocked my head a number of times. Those with heavy suitcases may also struggle getting upstairs without a lift. Even so, we had a very comfortable stay in a convenient, vibrant location.

Really good communication with someone about getting to and into apartment. Very narrow steep spiral staircase to the 3rd floor.dificult for husband and getting the luggage up too the room. No way of getting any international news through the TV.
• Natalie (8/5): Love the apartment but the staff and noise let it down - Love the apartment it is great! Has everything you need in a compact space. The staff. Not helpful after you check in, I stayed a week and spent a lot of money and asked if I could check out an hour later to be told yes for ¥1000! You can also hear everything, people keep on coming and going in the apartment upstairs - no clue what’s going on up there, I tried not to think!

• Abougamia (7/5): Very good location and very clean. - The room was really good, very clean and bed was very comfortable. The room has TV, refrigrator with good size (compared to average hotels), closet, washing machine and a desk for working. The area and the place was quite, you don't hear noise. The location is excellent, one station to Shibuya, you can go to Subway in 3 minutes. It is small size room and you may hit by the TV stand while waling but it is generally good.
