• Anthony (8/5): Une bonne expérience en famille - Le personnel était très gentil et serviable et le déjeuner incroyable . Nous avons été servi comme des rois . Les salles de bain sont incroyablement grandes L église qui jouxte l’hôtel et qui sonne jusqu à 22h et reprend à 6h .

• Roman (10/5): - Sehr tolles Hotel mit einem ausgezeichnetem Personal, das immer mit Rat und Tat einem zur Seite standen. Haben mich sogar mit ihrem Auto zum Geldwechseln gefahren. Dafür bin ich ihnen sehr dankbar. Werde auf jedenfall bei der nächsten Reise wieder dort übernachten.

• Nomoish (8/5): Very good - Good location as we arrived from Montenegro and were on our way to Theth. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is basic. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast ok. There was only one chair in the room. So one of us has to sit on the bed. Bathroom wasn't welcoming.

Very nice place to stay as an approach to Theth or before or after a border crossing  - Normally I would not give a five star rating all the way down the line for every item but I received five star service at this hotel. I was the only customer so that, I'm sure, is some influence. But every time I walked in the hotel Two or three people were offering me a coffee, soda or a beer on the house. And they were very helpful finding transportation and everything else. Even in intercontinental hotels in large cities I did not receive this level of service. The breakfast was completely overwhelming not all my favorite flavors but for me it was a meal that could last all day. I highly recommend this hotel since the people managing it really take good care of the customers.

During ma stay restaurant was closed because of reservation but for the friendly reception there was no problem with order food from other. Breakfas very good but what was surprising ? • Ardit (10/5): Great hotel and amazing staff. - Everything was perfect. I booked for a weekend, and the staff was very friendly. They treated us like we were more than just simple guest, they also gave us flexibility with checkout, letting us stay longer. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were big and very clean. Also, the breakfast was very nice. We highly recommend this hotel. It's perfect.
• Katsiaryna (8/5): Very good - We stayed at the hotel as a family for one night during our journey. Overall, our expectations were met. On the positive side, I would like to highlight: - Friendly staff - Comfortable mattresses and pillows - Since we had an early checkout and we didn't have time for breakfast, they provided a discount upon payment and treated us to complimentary coffee, drinks, and water in the morning However, there are also some drawbacks I'd like to mention: - Poor sound insulation in the rooms; we were on the second floor, and noise from a group on the first floor, smoking and watching TV loudly, was audible, along with the smell of smoke in the room - No minibar or even a small refrigerator in the rooms - The hotel restaurant was closed, but there's a pedestrian street nearby with many shops and cafes - Lack of bedside lamps

• Beniamin (1/5): Bad - Of course its not a 4* hotel, unfortunately the room wasn't clean and there was a smell coming from the bed. One pillow had stains and we had to sleep without it and to share the other one. The sheet also had stains as well, and the blanket didnt have any cover, I don't think it was washed. There was barely any toilet paper in the bathroom and it was finished after one use. When we asked for more toilet paper, we received a half used one, very unprofessional. My wife couldn't sleep because of lots of noises during the night from the boiler and outside. There was light coming from under the door. The breakfast included some jam and my wife ate half a slice before she noticed there was a bee in the jam. When we showed the bee to the staff they didnt apologise, instead showing us the jam was from Spar and blaming it on them.

• Annaple (6/5): Pleasant - Helpful and friendly staff, spacious room. Breakfast was made to order, and coffee was good (espresso). It was a convenient place to stay the night before heading to Theth. Of all the rooms that were available (only two-three seemed to be occupied in the hotel that night) they gave us the one with a leaking boiler. After asking for help on why there was no hot water, it turned out the valve was shut, and when opened, there was a lot of water dripping down. We shut it again for the night, but that didn't function too well, and the dripping of water woke me up. Not sure if the bed clothes had been changed before us, as the blanket and the pillow smelled. Also, I suspect there might be an issue with mold, as there is no ventilation in the bathroom apart from opening the window, and I woke up with very swollen eyes (the only time so in the two weeks we were in the country). This even while we had a window open during the night. It would have been great to have bedside lamps, as the room only had one ceiling lamp.
• Frank (8/5): Very good for a stop on your trip. - New Hotel. Large room with three beds. Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Located at the main road with a large parking area, though pretty quiet inside. Walking distance from the town center. Children's playground. No bedside lamps.
• Jacky (5/5): Definitely not to expectations. - There was a smell of dampnes or smoke in the room that was definitely annoying. There were no hanging hooks at all in the bathroom neither tablets to put down our toiletries bag. The floor in bathroom is slippery..
• Tímea (9/5): Goon value - The staff is very polite. The location is fantastic if you want to stay your first night in the country when you cross the boarder. The town is a little chaotic. The inside parking space is quite big, at least 8 cars fit. We got quicly upgraded from twin to double, which was great. The bathroom was really good. The double room is spacious, it faces the parking lot, so you can check your car, but if someone is talking there, you will hear everthing. Wifi was okay. Breakfast doesn't include coffee, but you can have it in the hotel's bar, but we chose a diff location for that on our way to Theth. Breakfast was served between 8-10. For a transit hotel it would be more fantastic if we could have our breakfast sooner and get on the road as soon as possible. The view is not its strong point, but perfect for one night
