• Simone (1/5): Save your money and book elsewhere. - Good location. The location is about the only positive for this property. Unfortunately it is dirty from the moment you walk in- the stairs weren’t vacuumed the whole time I stayed. There were hairs on the sheets and the room I was given was a basement- which should be stated at the time of booking. The conditions were unacceptable, including cleanliness issues and noise disturbances from staff. Their “executive suits” was next to my room where I could hear staff on loudspeaker talking on the phone at 10pm while trying to sleep and dragging things into that room at 2am on multiple different nights. The lack of response from management is also very telling on other reviews.

• Silvana (1/5): Incómodo, extremadamente ruidoso, olor cloacal y suciedad - Lo único bueno, es la ubicación. Está enfrente del tube y las conexiones son muy cómodas Un desastre! Habitacion extremadamente chica, imposible dormir, el aire acondicionado se enciende solo despertándote durante toda la noche. Olor nauseabundo a cloaca. Las sábanas y los platos sucios, que solicité cambiar. Cuando al cuarto día le pregunté si cambiaban las toallas , me dijo que no, y al decirle que al menos por todos los inconvenientes deberían hacerlo para al menos subsanar toda la incomodidad, me dijeron que lo iban a hacer por cortesía. Viaje toda mi vida y nunca en un lugar tan poco aseado y descuidado. Las fotos no representan la realidad

• Benjamin (10/5): Incredibly great stay - Honestly can’t ask for much better in London has everything you need and even though it was by a road it felt quiet and I didn’t really notice it (I’m hyper sensitive to sound). It felt clean and fresh with a home vibe. It really feels like a cosy space in Kensington. I would HIGHLY recommend Nothing, it was amazing

• jessica (1/5): Un hotel ça ? - Il y avait un lit Je ne sais même pas par où commencer. Peut-être par la taille de l'hébergement qui laisse à peine la place pour faire le tour du lit et ouvrir les rideaux. Peut-être par ces fameux rideaux qui laisse passer la lumière de sorte qu'on soit en plein jour dès 6h du matin. Peut-être par les fenêtres qui ne sont absolument pas insonorisées et nous laisse profiter du bruit infernal de la rue où les voitures passent sans cesse, klaxonnent et poussent des accélérations bruyantes (sans parler des sirènes de pompier et de police qui percent les tympants). Peut-être par le fait que la porte coulissante de la salle de bain s'ouvre et se ferme difficilement et active la lumière automatiquement. Peut-être sinon par la douche qui possède plusieurs jets mais dont plus de la moitié ne fonctionnent pas et sont en plus à puissance unique. Peut-être par l'évier qui menace de tomber ou de s'arracher à chaque fois qu'on le touche. Peut-être par les portes des chambres qui claquent sans que les locataires ne le fasse exprès et font un bruit pas possible. Peut-être par la vaisselle dégueulasse rangée dans le placard comme si de rien n'était. Peut-être par la télévision qui à part pour "faire joli" ne sert pas à grand chose vu qu'il n'y a pas d'antenne affiliée. Peut-être aussi par l'absence total de personnel de l'hôtel ce qui laisse l'établissement en totale autonomie (sympa quand on a un problème) parce que même si nous avons des numéros à appeler si besoin je doute fortement que quelqu'un débarque dans la seconde pour nous venir en aide. Bref...Leur slogan : "Say hello to sleeping like a rock star", je ne savais pas que les rock star ne dormaient pas !!!

• Fennane (8/5): Ottimo - La struttura è completa di tutto : ferro da stiro, bollitore, cucinino, asciugacapelli, 1 asciugamano medio e saponi ....la pulizia della camera di paga come extra....non ci sono orari per entrare e uscire durante il soggiorno...le coperte del letto sono un po corte quindi se sei alto 1.80 è un po fastidioso

• Levi (6/5): - It was in a good location and a short walk to the underground to get you to places The room good could of been cleaner. Thw bathroom smelt bad and the microwave was disgusting. I had to clean it myse when i got there and the bed could be softer. It was rock hard. Also the light in the kitchen area did not work Not only that. There are alarms on the door that goes off if the door is not shut which can be annoying if someone goes out or comes back either late at night, in the middle of the morning or early hours.

• Iraia (10/5): Ubicación inmejorable y alojamiento práctico para descubrir Londres. - El alojamiento tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en Londres. Está bien equipado y resulta cómodo para una estancia corta. La ubicación es, sin duda, lo mejor: increíble. Se encuentra a solo un minuto de la estación de Earl’s Court, con conexión directa en la línea Piccadilly, lo que te permite llegar al centro en unos 15 minutos. Además, la zona es perfecta para moverse a pie. En unos 30 minutos puedes llegar a Kensington Gardens, disfrutando de un paseo precioso por el barrio de Kensington. Desde el parque, también puedes continuar caminando hacia Notting Hill en otra media hora aproximadamente. En definitiva, entre el metro y las opciones para ir andando, la localización del alojamiento es inmejorable. Como punto menos positivo, hay una parada de autobús justo debajo, por lo que el ruido de la gente y de los propios buses puede llegar a oírse y, en algunos momentos, despertar o dificultar el descanso. Aun así, con el cansancio de todo el día caminando y madrugando para seguir descubriendo la ciudad, en nuestro caso no fue algo que nos molestara demasiado.

• Lena (5/5): Sehr gute Lage, Preis okay für London, ich würde nicht nochmal buchen,.. - Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten von dem Underground entfernt; der Check In war unkompliziert; freundliches Personal. Der Geruch im Zimmer ist sehr unangenehm. Außerdem fühlt man sich nicht wohl, da es dreckig war und man ohne Socken nicht herumlaufen möchte. Zudem sah man durch die Bettlaken große Blutflecken durchschimmern, was einem kein wohliges Gefühl vermittelt.

Posizione in una zona distinta, comodissima ai mezzi e servita da locali e supermercati. Check-in e check-out semplici, ascensore disponibile. Le finestre lasciano passare troppa luce, ma soprattutto troppo rumore, andrebbero riviste.

W opiniach tu i na Google piszą o hałasie, jednak spokojnie da się wyspać. Pokój ogarnięty, ale nie posprzątany. Niedomyte talerze, sztućce, dużo kurzu na półkach. Tylko po 1 średnim ręczniku. Naczynia od parady. W odpowiedziach na pytania informacja o recepcji czynnej od 9 gdzie można zostawić bagaże. Żadnej recepcji po 1 nie było, a jak przywiozłam bagaze z drugiej strony Londynu o 9 to uslyszalam ze po 12 mogę być. Żałuję, że nie zrobiłam zdjec..

• Assia (8/5): Veramente eccezionale - La posizione è favolosa, lo consiglio veramente a tutti. La fermata del bus è davanti alla porta d'ingresso dell'hotel e la metro a circa 15 passi dalla struttura. A 2 minuti a piedi c'è una via ben fornita di locali dove mangiare e supermercati. Ci ritornerei volentieri. La stanza è piccola ma basta solo un pò di organizzazione. Il proprietario è super gentile e disponibile. Le pulizie non sono comprese nel prezzo e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni due giorni. Le stanze sono poco insonorizzate, noi fortunatamente avevamo la stanza al primo piano quindi sentivamo poco la porta al piano di sotto che si apriva e chiudeva in continuazione quindi non è stato un grande problema.

Alguns barulhos. Deviam ter mais cuidado com a limpeza das escadas principais: estavam sujas. No geral, achamos que é uma boa opção, mas caso tenham o azar de ter hóspedes vizinhos faladores ou barulhentos, penso que a experiência poderá ser outra. Espaço pequeno, mas acolhedor. Para, no máximo, ficar 2/3 noites.

• Terry (2/5): Falsely advertised rooms, better options out there. Avoid. - Ideal location and shower was fine. Room was falsely advertised with deceiving photos. Barely able to move in the room. Sink was blocked and had to use it carefully. I was on the 2nd floor but both staircases smelt terrible. Rooms also had very thin walls, could hear the person is the room next door on the phone all night.

La limpieza ha dejado a desear, hemos encontrado un limpiador/raspador de lengua debajo de la sábana y hemos estado 4 noches y no han venido ningún día a limpiar la habitación (en el mensaje de bienvenida ponía que lo harían a cada 2 días).
• Anca (8/5): Really liked it - The location is all you could hope for. You get to be SO close to the tube, that you barely need to plan your day, you just pop in the tube and go. Earl's Court Road also has so many food options. It is overall an amazing place to stay at. Walking distance of most things.Also, the BED. We slept like babies, incredibly comfy. Lile other reviewers said, this was not as clean as it could've been. Yes, we had to wash the dishes before using them because there still were some stains, yes there was dust on the bedside, but given the price, you should expect to make it suit your preferences yourself

Das kleine Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank musste ich erstmal abtauen, da die Türe nicht mehr zuging. Keine ordentliche Küchenausstattung, alles sehr ungepflegt.

• Simon (10/5): - Could not have been happier, compared to our usual Earls Court accommodation cheaper and far superior. Everything was easy and support was instant when needed. The room and the building have been done to a surprisingly high standard. The room was comfortable, with a superb bathroom and had absolutely everything we needed. So far above the level I expected for the price. Would stay here again without hesitation. Worth noting there is a back entrance to Earls Court tube station which is directly opposite the hotel entrance. The hotel is located on a busy main road and can feel a little sketchy at night. Would recommend coming out the back entrance of the tube.

• Lukumon (9/5): Very nice safe and comfortable stay - They check me in for free before 12:30pm and that is rare to see in London.. the room is big enough with basic amenities you can even make yourself breakfast in the room and the house keeping are nice inshort all the staff online are very professional Nothing to dislike about the property

Check-in anticipé, très pratique pour nous merci beaucoup! 😊 Possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant le check-in et après le check-out (bémol : attention ils sont à la vue de tous) Les stores n’étaient pas occultants, réveil à 6h du matin car il faisait plein jour dans la chambre dommage! Il n’y avait également pas de réception physique donc un numéro WhatsApp pour les contacter : peu réactif, nécessité de relances voir d’abandon de réponses à nos questions. L’ascenseur été en panne la moitié de notre séjour, nous avons senti passer les 3 étages à monter à pieds après nos longues journées de visites.

There is everything you need - hotplates, microwave, refrigerator,hot water kettle.The room is air-conditioned. The sheets and towels are absolutely clean.There is an elevator which is great for people with heavy bags and suitcases.The hotel is in the perfect location in London. Very calmly but with very easy access to anywhere in London,Stansted airport and Heathrow airport. There is a bus from Victoria Coach Station, which stops in front of the hotel. The bus to Victoria Coach Station is 200 metres away on flat streets. The hotel is 50 metres away from Earl's Court underground station. The hotel is perfect for tourists. Next time we travel to London we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

• Lúcia (7/5): - Localização excelente! À porta do metro e do bus e com Tesco express a 5min a pé. Tem kitchenette com frigorífico, placa e microondas. Nas fotos o quarto parecia maior. A higiene deixou bastante a desejar. Num dos quartos os lençóis tinham lixo e as WC tinham bolores no chuveiro, o lavatório das mãos estava sujo (com detergente seco) e havia cabelos no chão. Apesar do quarto ter sido reservado para 2 pessoas, só havia louça para 1 pessoa.

The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, which made arrival very easy. I also really appreciated that my room was ready an hour earlier than expected. The early check-in from 14:00 is a big advantage, especially since many apartments in London only allow check-in after 15:00 or even 17:00. Overall, a good stay with a great location and efficient service. The only downside for me was the lack of a proper plug close to the mirror for the hairdryer, which made it uncomfortable to do my hair.)

• Jean Susie (8/5): It was good :) - Great location. It was really convenient. The bed was comfortable and the TV works perfectly, we used it every time we came back after exploring all day. When we arrived, the key was not in the box where it was supposed to be. Additionally, the WiFi provided by the staff wasn’t working, so I had to contact them twice for assistance. I had booked for two people, but there was only one cup, one plate, one spoon, and one fork available. Fortunately, we managed to make do. Lastly, I believe there is a communication gap between the staff. Before my arrival, I requested a late check-out, and the staff member I spoke with confirmed that it was fine. However, the staff member who sent me the check-out instructions, as well as the housekeeping team, were not informed about my late check-out.

• Marta (7/5): W tej cenie polecam - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do tego dostęp do mikrofali, płyty i lodówki w pokoju, więc można sobie przygotować posiłek w pokoju. Mimo dość ciasnego pokoju da się w nim komfortowo czuć. Dość głośno, obiekt przy ruchliwej ulicy - dla osob wrażliwych na hałas to może być problem. Do tego trafiliśmy na zepsutą windę, co przy stromych schodach było dyskomfortem dla starych rodziców.

• Maria Isabel (6/5): - La ubicación perfecta,parada de bus al salir y metro en 2minutos Nos pusieron en el sótano sin previo aviso, allí estaban las lavadoras ,las bolsas de ropa sucia estaban por el pasillo tapando literalmente el pasillo y dificultando las entradas para la habitaciones tuvieron q mover las bolsas (nosotras)diariamente.

• Sergi (10/5): Estancia fantástica en pareja - Está a 15 metros de la parada del metro. Me encantó la ducha. La habitación muy correcta pequeña pero hay que pensar que Londres es muy caro para mi sitio excepcional repetiría sin dudarlo Por decir algo que no había recepción lo gestionamos todo por vía telefónica y whassap. Pero muy rápido en contestar y todo genial
• Russ (8/5): Great place to stay & fantastic location with plenty of bars, shops & restaurants. - The room was very clean with everything you needed in it & great location. I didn't like being in the basement & the view outside our window was not nice at all. I booked a studio apartment but wasn't sure that it was.
• Jason (8/5): Quirky stay, great location - A quirky self sufficient room. Not a lot of space. The room was quite small. Was fine for us though.
