• Romana (8/5): Top! - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Trafalgar Square entfernt. Ideal um die wichtigsten Sights zu Fuß zu erkunden. Sehr sauber und die Ausstattung auch sehr ok und das Personal sehr freundlich. Würde ich wieder buchen!

• Andrea (2/5): I’m not Z into you - Location Grubby rooms with a bad smell, lots of doors banging throughout the night. Booked a room with a window, which didn’t open, this should’ve been mentioned when booking. The female member of staff was pleasant enough but the hotel manager was rude. The air- con stopped working in the middle of the night, which you needed as the room was hot and stuffy. It also stated you could leave luggage, which you can, unsecured in the hotel lobby. Not for me thank you, I had to take an Uber back to Euston, pay £15 to store my luggage safely before my event- not impressed. My advice is to spend a bit more, it’s a tight squeeze in a double for 1 person, really not suitable for 2

• Aniko (9/5): The room is perfect if you are a solo traveller, or for couples on honeymoon :-). - The location is perfect. The bed is very comfortable. Not much room to move around. There are only a couple of hooks for clothes.

Muy bien comunicada, con ambiente al rededor ( restaurantes, pubs, etc) Las habitaciones (o al menos la nuestra) son minúsculas. Y cuando digo minúsculas no exagero. El espacio de la cama (con 0 espacio alrededor) a la que solo puedes acceder por el espacio libre (un lado de la cama) y a unos 40 cm el baño. Ese es con todo el espacio con el que cuentas. Sin ventanas, que lo hace aún más agobiante.

• Alexandra (7/5): As expected - Great location, very pleasant staff, good towels, bed linen. We booked a queen room, the bed was fine and we knew it would be a very small room so from that perspective, it met expectations. The bathroom could have been a little more private!

• Marie (3/5): - Location was great. Breakfast was good. Check in staff were nice. Rooms weren't particularly clean especially the bathroom. Rooms are not serviced every day so we had to ask for fresh towels and milk and coffee. The bathroom got very wet from the shower and there was no where to hang and dry towels on a heated rail for example so that they could be reused. Very poor for a room that you pay £210/night for! For that reason alone I would not stay in a Z hotel again. The first night we checked in the tv was not working and we were given a complimentary breakfast. When we asked for more coffee and milk and water for the room sunday morning one of the male staff insisted on coming into the room because he didn't believe that the coffee and tea was not replenished! I was still sat in my pyjamas on the bed when he walked in... This is not acceptable and we found his attitude to be poor. We then we asked for a coffee from the bar and he said we would have to pay for it rudely! In the end we were not charged on check out but by then we were a little annoyed. Another couple at checkout were also complaining about no fresh towels.

The room is also too small for two. There was no storage for clothes except for a few hooks. There was also only one hook for towels.

They are small and compact but ideal for a place to sleep when exploring London Despite having no windows the room was too light at night, the fire alarm has a green light on it that meant it was brighter than expected so take an eye patch if you are a light sleeper
