• Jane (6/5): ok for what we wanted - location was good near train station, and walkable to most sites within 30min. Restaurants nearby, especially liked 'Bavarian'. Parking entrance not clearly marked. It's for several hotels but no names of them so thought it was just for Novotel

• Liwia (8/5): Gut für eine Nacht - Ein kleines Zimmer, das für einen kurzen Aufenthalt jedoch völlig ausreicht. Im Bett lag nur eine große Bettdecke. Für andere ist das vielleicht kein Problem, aber leider sind mein Mann und ich an zwei gewöhnt, und es fiel uns schwer, gut zu schlafen.

Comodidades muito básicas (almofadas super baixas, apenas uma toalha de banho pequena por pessoa, chuveiro praticamente sem pressão de água, e falta de armário (apenas 4 cabides pendurados numa parede). E a sala de pequeno almoço era muito pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes, tínhamos que esperar para nos servir e esperar para ter lugar para sentar…

Reception staff exceptional, handled everything smoothly, professional,engaged and kind people. Breakfast staff and cleaning team same, so quick, accurate and polite. Location absolutely perfect. Close to the bus and Sbahn and walking distance to many attractions/spots. Room very basic but spacious enough. Comfortable beds. I will come back again. All great
• Marcin (10/5): Piekny czas - Pobyt bardzo udany. Począwszy od szybkiego zameldowania po fajny pokój pyszne śniadania i super lokalizację aby zwiedzać najciekawsze rzeczy w Berlinie. Godne polecenia dla Rodzin.
• Marina (4/5): - Lage ok, 2 min. Von der S-Bahn und das Personal nett. Viel zu eng, kein abgetrenntes Badezimmer, das Bett mit einer dünnen Decke. Aber v.a. extrem laut, ich konnte gar nicht schlafen. Wenn man das Fenster aufmacht, auch ankippt, wird es hell( draußen alles extrem beleuchtet, hell wir am Tag) und extrem laut bis 4 Uhr nachts. Wenn man das Fenster zumachen, hat man keinen Sauerstoff für drei Personen in dem kleinen Zimmer. Zum Frühstück waren wir zur falschen Zeit- um 9.30 Uhr war es extrem voll und eng. Man findet keinen Tisch mehr und überall muss man anstehen.

Staff disponibile e cordiale forse l'unica cosa da sistemare a mio avviso è la disposizione dell'ambiente\stanza, ovvero : il lavello è accanto al letto.. la doccia idem. L'unica cosa "separata" è solo il WC..
• Kristina (7/5): Super Lage für Sightseeing - Die Lage ist einmalig. Tolle Abfindung und eine super Erreichbarkeit. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und zum Schlafen. Viel mehr sollte man nicht erwarten. Dafür ist der Preis für diese Lage nicht zu schlagen. Super positiv ist die Rezeption! Ich fragte nach weiteren Kissen die ich einfach mitnehmen durfte und keine weiteren Kosten erwarten musste. Wer gern höher schläft, sollte sich sein eigenes mitnehmen oder an der Rezeption freundlich fragen. Die Duschkabine ist praktisch aber irgendwie war das nicht unser Ding. Man duscht quasi in dem Zimmer in dem man schläft. Das Rollo am Fenster sollte überdacht werden. Es ist teilweise von selbst wieder hoch gegangen.

• Anja (6/5): Zu dem Preis eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Alles sauber. - Sehr spartanische Ausstattung, ein Schrank oder zumindest Regal wäre schön gewesen. An der Rezeption erhielten wir unterschiedliche Auskünfte, was die Buchbarkeit des dritten Bettes im Zimmer betrifft. Ursprünglich wollten wir ein 3-Bett-Zimmer haben, was im Vorfeld abgelehnt wurde. Tatsächlich hatten wir ein 3-Bett-Zimmer, durften aber keine dritte Person mit ins Zimmer nehmen.

Für unsere vielen Events war das Hotel völlig ausreichend und in Ordnung. Ebenso waren wir Zufrieden mit dem Umfang von Ausstatung und Leistung. Uns fällt dazu nichts ein.
