• ‫ابو لؤي‬‎ (6/5): - الاستقبال والاخت السعودية كانت جدا متعاونه وسريعه وخدومه الاثاث قديم الموقد لا يعمل التنظيف ليس جيدا جدا حيث يوجد غبار في زوايا الغرف وفي الاماكن الضيقة مما يدل على ان التنظيف في الاماكن المفتوحه فقط المرافق مثل صالة الالعاب الرياضية او المسبح لا تعمل المواقف ضيقة جدا وايضا تم اغلاقها من قبل سيارة اخرى فس احد المرات مما اعاق خروج السيارات من المواقف فترة من الزمن

No cleaning performed the floor and loads of dust and hair... Room service is like a run away mood ... You have to keep calling them for each assistant dance. While check in reception guy won't give u chance of selection. Just send with room boy while entering that guy also runway.

• Abdallah (1/5): Disapointing ,.... - Nothing Very Expensive for the Value delivered, Muhaideb Hotels was much better in the past , nowadays it is disaster. Bad smell for toillet , no maintenance, no breakfast buffet - only very small meal come to the room which was very small and very poor in variety. fees should be reduced at least 50% for this level of service, I will not visit any Muhaideb Hotel again although I was loyal to their faciliaties in the past.
