• karen (5/5): Short break was ok - The hotel was on edge of town. The room was clean even though it was old. The hotel was very dated. There was still covid instructions around the hotel. Breakfast was only really catering for Turkish rather than continental. Private beach was mentioned but it wasn't and you had to pay for beds, which they said was discounted. The cost was still the same as all other beach bars which were much nicer and had nice toilets.

• Adnan (10/5): - Uns hat der gesamte Aufenthalt gefallen, das tolle Zimmer sowie die Aussicht war für uns ein Highlight. Die Mitarbeiter sowie der manager Hamdi waren super zuvorkommend und haben uns immer freundlich behandelt und waren immer bereit zu helfen das hat uns sehr gefreut.

• Igor (6/5): Expensive - Location is very good, sea view very good. Not friendly staff. I was restricted to come into my room together with my friend, even to check room and carry on some stuff - just because. This is unacceptable to limit and control guests social networking.

Ismaeell night shift staff customer service They saying that (If you don’t know how to smile don’t open a business.) The customer service was not inviting.the staff has no smile and no attention too .the only staff who did his job perfectly and work hard is Ismaeell the night shift guy . 2 the breakfast area has TV with news on loudly.some of the breakfast was not fresh (boiling eggs,potatoes). At night was lots of noise ,the disposable cups in the room was bad material .the shower is very small dose not fit to any person over size .the safety box in the room was broken I did ask them the lady said you can use ours at the front desk . The beach very dirty not recommended to come in this area .

It would of been nice if cleaner mopped the floor as it was dirty when we arrived to the room and remained the same for our whole stay. The rest of the hotel was very clean especially the reception

• Pille (9/5): Superb - So many times we have staying this hotel. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. We loved location, it is easy to walk everywhere. Sea is across the street. Room was comfortable and clean. Great stay.
• Anis (8/5): Konyalti Beach access on a budget hotel for a relatively high price. - Location is great, nice view from the window, overall helpful staff, good Breakfast. The hotel is a little dated, rooms are not big, elevator really small. staff could not speak much English

• Saliou (6/5): my stay was okay, the receptionist to improve their services. and be more welcoming. - it’s close to the beach one of the reception guy not welcoming, the sink of the bathroom water not going. only one power sucker for 2 peoples. we did not get the room we order until the last day we were leaving.
