• Ariana (10/5): We had a wonderful stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. - The rooms were very clean, and we had no issues with insects. Even though the restaurant is located on the ground floor, the room was quiet; the only noise we noticed came from outside, which is not related to the property. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the complimentary soup! We would definitely return. -

• irshad (4/5): - I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. While the location may be convenient, it is heavily impacted by constant traffic noise, making it difficult to relax. A major concern was the lack of proper customer service. There was no staff available on-site, and communication was very poor. I only received two brief text messages, one of which asked about my check-out time for the following day even before I had checked in. This gave a very disorganized and impersonal impression, with no real support or assistance provided during my stay. Additionally, there were issues with inconsistent hot water, which further affected the overall comfort. With better communication, improved customer service, and attention to basic amenities, this property could offer a much more satisfactory experience.

• Shreya (9/5): Nice hotel in a good location - can improve on basics - Location close to the old town, in a calm area. good value for money, The hotel itself only has 4 rooms which though basic and needing a little updating are clean and comfortable. If you're looking for luxury or a 5 star stay this is not for you but if you are looking for value for money this is perfect. Hot water was coming only from shower head. No hot water in the shower above the head or in sink. bathroom was very small, the outside is quite noisy in the night. Shutting the windows blocks most of the noise but you still hear some.

Чувствуется забота о гостях. Из минусов — мебель уже достаточно старая и требует обновления. Если этот момент улучшить, место станет намного комфортнее. В целом — хорошее соотношение цены и качества.👍

• Николай Баринов (10/5): Очень понравилось. Уютные номера, приветливый персонал. - Отель расположен недалеко от остановки трамвая, который идёт из аэропорта (в 10 минутах ходьбы). Отель небольшой - всего 4 номера, стойки регистрации нет, заселение происходит через ресторан, весь персонал находится там. Говорят на турецком, английском и русском языках. Очень приветливые и милые люди. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, но нам разрешили заселиться раньше времени без проблем и доплат. Так же предложили бесплатный вкусный велкам суп (куриный пюре). Очень тонкие стены, слышно как в соседних номерах скрипят кровати (если вы понимаете о чем я)

• Marianna (8/5): - We had a very attractive price and for this price we‘ve got a small but nice newly renovated room. The distance from the Hadrian Gate is 5 min walk. The hotel stuff was helpful. The street to the historical center (3 min walk) is a bit dirty and empty at night time. The hotel is on the street with traffic but it’s not loud in the room. The view out of the window.

Tutti i locali/ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. La stanza era pulita. Siamo arrivati la sera oltre l'orario di checkin ma ci hanno fatto trovare le chiavi su nostra richiesta tramite una cassetta a combinazione presso il ristorante.

Also, the entry to the hotel was through the restaurant what was uncomfortable giving it was always smelling food. During two times our door to get away from the room was blocked by another door or trash what is dangerous in case we had an emergency like a fire. The room also barely had light which was not nice.

• Taha (7/5): Good for a short stay. - The location is very good, the room was clean and cozy and nice, the girl in restaurant was nice. The shower had an electric heater and it didn't work well, the shower experience could be more convenient. Area is small but good for a short stay. There's no reception outside the opening hours of the restaurant.. Overall, I liked the hotel for a short stay, the traveller should just know what he is coming to. No elevator.

• Rony (7/5): A nice Guesthouse in a central location in Kaleici. - Location close to the old town, in a calm area. The owner is a very nice and friendly person. I think they must really reconsider working on many details, such as toilet/bathroom maintenance, in addition to some cleanliness issues.

• Phillip (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect for Antalya old town, the marina and shopping. I went to have Turkey teeth so felt a bit out of sorts, and spent quite a lot of time at the property. It served my needs completely. Good wifi and aircon along with tv and a restaurant downstairs, where the foods delicious. The heat. Nothing to do with hotel.

• Justyna (6/5): Not for solo travellers imho - The place is ok. It's quite clean. I did the late check in and was instructed to use the key box. I was surprised to find my room door actually open at 1am. Anyone could go in. There was another set of keys in the same keybox, which I took with me (I was actually told I'll have 2 keys). As I found out later, the keys were supposed to be used by someone else doing a late check in. So yet another person could have access to my room. Both this things made me very uncomfortable, especially as a solo female traveller.

Very basic accommodation with no hotel-style facilities as it’s just a restaurant with four rooms upstairs. Only towels and hand soap provided, no shower gel, no shampoo and the shower didn’t work properly. No staff around in case of any issues. Walls are thin so I heard all the bathroom noise from the room next door and doors slamming loudly all night so I couldn’t get any sleep. Fine for one night at most.

• Andrew (10/5): Hidden Gem - Fantastic Stay at Fatma Sultan Hotel Fatma Sultan Hotel was an absolute gem and a fantastic find! While not exactly in the heart of Kaleiçi, it’s still very close, offering a peaceful retreat just off the beaten track. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to all the amenities in the area, as well as transport links, including two trams that take you directly to the airport and Alanya. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, wardrobe, and a comfy king-size bed. The recently renovated bathroom was spotless, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. While there was no balcony in our room, guests are welcome to enjoy the lovely terrace. We had our own key to access both the room and the restaurant, which made it incredibly convenient to enter the building through the terrace. The restaurant was a real highlight of the stay, offering homemade food that was both delicious and comforting. The homemade ayran was a nice touch and added to the authentic experience. Overall, this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, providing the perfect base for our adventure in Antalya. As seasoned travelers, we highly recommend Fatma Sultan Hotel — it’s an absolute bang for your buck!

The room provides all your basic needs for the price you pay. The restaurant - wow! We had 3 meals at the hotel’s restaurant during our 2 night stay because the food was delicious and authentic and we couldn’t get enough! It takes a long time for the water to get hot

Hot water was coming only from shower head. No hot water in the shower above the head or in sink. I had a problem to turn on the TV and once I did it, I couldn’t get any channel. This wasn’t a problem for me at all. I suppose the staff would help with it if I asked.

• Pamela (9/5): A lovely stay in a perfectly situated, basic, clean hotel over a great restaurant. - Just back from a very enjoyable 7 night stay in this hotel in Antalya. The hotel is perfectly situated, set just one street back from the lovely streets of the old town, conveniently situated for the local buses or trams to travel around Antalya, but is nice and peaceful. The hotel itself only has 4 rooms which though basic and needing a little updating are clean and comfortable. If you're looking for luxury or a 5 star stay this is not for you but if you are looking for value for money this is perfect. What makes this hotel is the lovely staff and the great meals in the restaurant which were better than any of the other restaurants we visited. As noted in previous comments there is no soundproofing and there is noise from the other rooms but we were lucky in that everyone was quiet from 11pm onwards.

• Nevashree (9/5): Value for money and great location! - Location was absolutely perfect. It was within a 5-10 minute walk of all the sites in old town that I had wanted to visit. The restaurant was closed on Sunday so no breakfast but we had dinner there and it was authentic Turkish food which tasted lovely and reasonably priced. Walk in any direction and there is an array of restaurants to choose if needed, even the McDonalds and Burger King for the kids. The price of the 2 rooms was incredible value for money. My daughter is 13 so we were given 2 rooms and they are all next to each other above the restaurant. For a 1 night stay, this was great as we moved to the beach for the rest of the trip.

My room was really clean, spacious, light and airy and a very comfortable King size bed. It is just off the Main Street, less than a five minute walk to the shops, restaurants, main attractions, therefore very central, but in a quieter spot. I have visited Antalya many times, and this hotel is definitely one of my favourites for sure, and I would return without any hesitation. Thank-you, Deborah. There was nothing not to like!!

The room was cleaned. The price per night are quite reasonable The water heater was in the bathroom was not working properly. The drainhole of bathroom sink was getting clogged frequently.
