• Uschi (8/5): - Very safe parking spot for our bicycles, only a few minutes walk to the metro station, great room with lots of windows and good WiFi. The entrance was a bit tricky to find at first.

• Tim (7/5): Good - It's very close to the new Train station and an MRT station. The room was large and clean. A few dats before arrival I advised the staff that I would arrive after after 6pm and they were able to accomodate that. The corridor is hard surfaced and the doors need to be pushed hard to close. Consequently there were unexpected loud noises during the night, The apartment sent a very long list of information and do's and don'ts. I wonder it that can't be shortened as it is so long it's almost too long to read. There are prohibitions against alcohol and durian but those are not stated when booking.

• Leia (6/5): - Location I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is very convenient, but unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by some significant problems that made it uncomfortable. The main issue was a cockroach problem in my room. I found several cockroaches, which is not something you want to deal with when you're trying to relax. This was made worse by the staff's response. When I went to reception around 4:30 PM to ask for my trash to be removed (it had food scraps after takeaway lunch and could attract cockroaches), the housekeeping staff told me that their shift was almost over and that I should take the trash out and bring it down myself. There was also no offer to spray the room or do anything else about the cockroaches. The hotel's policy is to only offer cleaning and trash removal between 8 AM and 2 PM, and only if you request it. This is good to know, as it means any food you have in the afternoon will sit in the room all night, which probably doesn't help with the pest situation. I also had to remind the staff almost daily to provide the complimentary bottled water that was included in my booking, they forgot to do it themselves. Overall, if the hotel addresses its pest control and reviews its service policies, I would be able to recommend it.

The location is incredibly convenient, with three 7-Elevens within a 2-minute walk and Tao Poon MRT station just a minute away, making it easy to get around the city. The area is quiet and residential, offering a peaceful vibe, and all rooms come with a balcony (though it was a bit too sunny or rainy to use during my stay). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even though they don’t speak English — Google Translate bridged the gap effortlessly. Fast Wi-Fi and the option to store luggage after checkout were great bonuses. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it for a comfortable, no-fuss experience in Bangkok. • King (10/5): Best place around Bangkok for budget travellers Close to all cheap public transportation. - For the first time since my arrival in Thailand I really felt welcomed. People working there were all really nice. Unlike other places I've been to, they orientated me, took me to the room showed me how the key worked, and didn't ask for the 500 baht security like other places I've been to. The room itself was huge, and the mattress softer. A Big fridge with 2 bottles of water, a kettle with cups and actual coffee sachet. The TV played, the bathroom was huge as well 🤗. A 15 minutes walk to Bang pho pier where I catched the water taxi to places like Icon Siam, The Asiatique, and the other places. A big shopping mall only 10 minutes walk. 7 11 supermarkets all around the place within 3 to 5 minutes. I even got my clothes ironed, all the places I've been to, they didn't have an iron or they didn't want giving it to the guests 😅 I liked everything
• Michael (9/5): Enjoyed my stay and loved the city! - Location was two minutes walk to the Tai Poon Blue Line station which gave access to all the rail systems which I used extensively through my stay. Multiple nice local restaurants in the area as well as laundry facilities (on site self serve pay and local wash and fold too). Staff were superb to work with and very responsive. Balcony was nice; especially at night. The smell of mold was strong.

Good shopping mall 5 minutes walk for food etc. Apartment is great. It's basic but is on par with the price. Good washing machines down at reception. I would recommend. And return. All good.. • Tan (8/5): Fantastic, Convenience, Nearby. - Location of the hotel nearby train station, the stuff at the hotel are very good, the room are clean, it also pretty convenience with washing machine and dryer to clean up your shirt. It's feel like apartment design and well, the bed are pretty comfort. It's also nearby TaoPoon Market. Maybe the door of the room because sometimes the door didn't able to close it well, need to fix the door of it. Also, the shirt rack on the outside aircons compressor there also have some issue like it can't slide it down, so please fix it.

Would stay here again if an ongoing trip from the new train station is planned. - Good location if you want to be close to Mochit bus station (2 kms away) and the new train station (1 km away). Not so ideal if you want to be immediately in the big touristy areas but that is no real issue. Tai Poon MRT station is a 3 minute walk away and that will take you to Sukhumwit and connections with the BTS. The room is comfortable enough and very quiet compared to the hustle and the bustle a couple of hundred metres away around Tai Poon station. The location is also one station away from the Chao Phraya river and great for getting on a boat down to Ratchawong /Chinatown and returning on the MRT back to Tai Poon. No complaints. Every thing seemed in working order.

I think, I never come back to this hotel. - Good location - 2 mins from MRT, friendly staff - we are arrived one hour before check-in and have a free early check-in. I am ordered room with king-size bed. When we came, staff tell us about with this bed size they not have a free room, only rooms with two separated bed. Bathroom is not really clean and equipment in it very old. Very old and noisy air condition. It can cooling room only when you set temperature 20 degrees or low. And some times water flowed from air condition.

• Hoat (8/5): Location is remoted - The studio on 2nd floor is clean with window ...but no view. No 24 hours customer service. Quite hard to get, the address is remoted. Bed making is not professional hotel.one. Need to request hair dryer with 100 Bhat deposit.
