- Marek (7/5): Kind of worn down compared to the photos. - The staff, cleanliness, and breakfast were nice. I booked this hotel comparing it to others, and it was a more expensive option. The pictures looked great, but in reality, it was all kind of worn down. Also, while showering, the bathroom faucet nob was clearly broken... The place simply wasn't as I expected from the photos and the price.

В номере не было ни шкафа под одежду ни крючков. Всю верхнюю одежду пришлось класть на стул. Также была всего одна разетка, в которую была воткнута настольная лампа. Даже закрытые окна не спасали от уличного шума (хорошо, что были с собой беруши).

There was a big hole at the bed and something was stuck in it. The chandelier was not pinned properly. It was ok for a 1 night stay when you are there only to sleep. But otherwise it needs renovations.

- Avo (9/5): It was brilliant! - I liked everything about it. The location is very strategic. You can reach all the key places in 5-10 minutes from the hotel. Churches all around, cafes and pubs a block away, and parks are very near, too. The staff deserve 5 stars, both night and day shifts. Breakfast was served on time and everything was super fresh. Rooms were super clean, very nice design, space management was done perfectly. Not all rooms have air conditioning. Mine didn't, and the location being in the middle of the city means you have to keep the windows open, and a lot of young punks with Niva Lada and loud speakers pass by till 1-2am. You'd get a jump scare when you're asleep. The hotel did mention they intend to remedy the situation very soon, but I'm just giving heads up for others about the location. NOTICE: This has not affected my judgment about the hotel being full marks! We loved everything about the hotel. The staff is a spoon full of sugar!!! :)

- Mseggelen (10/5): Great stay in Centre Gyumri. - This is a small and relaxed hotel in the centre of Gyumri. It provides parking and is within walking distance of the city centre, shops and churches. The breakfast service is fine, but compared to other breakfasts in Armenia this was kind of basic.

There was a private parking available for up to 4 cars after 6pm. Although it was not a big deal, but our room windows were not blocking any noise, it felt like dogs barking inside the room.

- Alexander (8/5): Spacious and comfy stay in Gyumri - Due to the small size of Gyumri, it actually doesn’t matter where you select a the hotel in the central area, therefore this location is superb. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Overall, a great place to stay for a weekend or even longer in Gyumri. The shower could have been wiped more thoroughly.

Coffee in the morning could be better. A little noisy at night since our room window was facing the busy street. I would recommend to choose the rooms facing the back of the building (even though no nice view but better sleep at night).

There weren’t any window in the room.. the air conditior wasn’t working properly and it was extra loud when it was working. We switched off when sleeping because of the noise, buy as a result of it cant sleep the whole night because it was extra stuffy.

- Artin (9/5): I would recommend this hotel, if the things that we didn't like much doesn't bother you a lot - The location of the hotel is great. Staff were very friendly and also helpful and responsive. Price is really reasonable for the hotel. Not a very big breakfast but again I would say that it was reasonable for the price you pay. 1. We had a very bad experience with other people staying at the hotel at the same time when we were having our break there. There were lots of kids in the corridor playing until late at night (2:00 AM!) although we called the reception and reported them the situation several times, but those kids were comming out again and again after they've warned them, I know it isn't the hotel issue, but those kids parents. But the hotel also shouldn't allow them to make loud noises at nights. 2. The other thing you should know about is that, they have mentioned that it has a parking but actually there is a space in hotels yard for 2 cars only, which you can put your car after 6:00 PM and you have to take your car out in the morning, something around 10:00 AM I guess, I didn't use that, and I tried to find a space in front of our window and hotel.
