• Jess (9/5): Friendly, accomodating, just what we needed - The staff, all of them but two in particular unfortunately did not catch names but a loveky man at the desk when we arrived, and next 2 mornings, very helpful and explanatory, great with my 2 little ones, couldn't do enough to help. Lovely woman with long curly hair the first evening of our stay was very helpful when we were asking about kid friendly restaurants Where it says above that the hotel didn't fulfil our request if the rooms being close together, this was fully understandable as one was an accessible room and they couldnt accomodate both requests. The only thing that my eldest was a little uncomfortable with was the bathroom doors being translucent with a gap didnt give her much privacy but the shower in our upstairs room very much made up for it

• Michael (8/5): - Shout out to Mohammad on the reception staff. Such a gem, helped with early check in and a free coffee while I waited. Room was tiny. You have read that in the reviews. It’s London, tiny rooms are a thing. This room is smaller than you’re imagining, I promise.

Huone oli todella pieni ja ainoa vaihtoehto oleilla huoneessa on makailla sängyllä, sillä nojatuolia sinne ei mahdu. Naulakkotilaa tarvitaan enemmän vaatteille ja se on helposti toteutettavissa.

For an hour then it stopped!! I know it is out of the hotels control but a bit of forewarning would have been appreciated. As when we mentioned it the staff had told us that they have spoken to the builders and they couldn’t do anything about it.

The room had complementary water bottle and two glasses which was serious relief for international travelers. While taking shower water leaked through door and came in the room.

• KimM750 (8/5): Overall a nice stay but ... - As others have said, the staff really make the place - friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and the complimentary wine and nibbles (if you're a member) is a nice touch. My only niggles were the chest of drawer edging was missing, cracked and peeling off. For a member room, I thought this was disappointing. Secondly there's no wardrobe, just 6 hooks a couple of inches apart on the wall with hangers. I had a posh dress and jacket to hang up that I didn't want to crease, so couldn't hang anything else on the hooks as the clothes just lay on top of each other! No room for doubling up items on each hook either, even if you didn't mind creased clothing. The staff did offer to move me to another room the next day, but by that time I'd settled in and couldn't see the point.

The window in my room looked onto an alley with building work going on. Some other residents woke me at 3.15am shrieking, laughing, chatting and being very noisy until 5.30am. If the room had been bigger in size, I would have rated the hotel much higher. I had the room to myself, but it certainly would have been too small to have as a couple.

Consigliatissimo se si cerca la comodità di spostamenti piuttosto che il comfort. stanza minuscola, senza finestra, ma lo sapevamo 😉 può essere un po’ claustrofobica ma noi siamo state giusto il tempo di dormire quindi abbiamo apprezzato tutto il resto👍🏻
