Staff here are very kind and helpful. The U-bahn station is less than a 5-minute walk and there are good restaurants very close by. Absolutely no complaints

- gilles (10/5): Hotel exceptionnel en terme d’accueil, de services, de qualité des équipements, et de localisation - Accueil, propreté, confort, proximité du métro, parking, restaurants et commerces à proximité. En plus dans un endroit calme. La taille de la chambre avec une entrée qui isole du couloir et un coin salon.

- Melis (10/5): Worth it :) - Starting from the check-in, the condition of the room, the variety of breakfast, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and of course the fact that although it is a bit outside the city center, you can reach the center from the metro right next to it was great. Reaching from the airport is also very easy. We also tried the bus, it was very easy too. And finally I can't help but mention the garden... it was like heaven with all those birds and trees <3 Nothing

- YVONNE BAERBEL (10/5): Perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert - Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Wenn jemand zu Untersuchen in der LMU Großhadern ist ,den man begleitet muss, ist die Lage absolut top (5 Minuten zu Fuß zur LMU). Auch eine U-Bahn Station ist in der Nähe und man ist schnell am Sendlinger Tor oder am Marienplatz.

- Sabine (9/5): Das Hotel Neumayr empfehle ich uneingeschränkt. - Das Hotel Neumayr ist seht gut gelegen an der U6. Das Frühstück war gut; die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmer war für meine Zwecke ausreichend. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt.

Äußerst freundliches Personal, besonders die Dame an der Rezeption und der Herr, der für das Frühstück zuständig war. Wir hatten ein gemütliches Doppelzimmer, sogar mit Balkon. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Da gibt es nichts.

- Valerie (6/5): Akzeptables und ruhiges Hotel, gute Lage, gutes Frühstück, einiger Modernisierungsbedarf - Die Lage ist sehr gut, gute U-Bahn-Anbindung, Laufweite zur LMU, und direkt um die Ecke gab es mehrere Restaurants. Das Zimmer war ruhig und die Matratze war sehr komfortabel. Das Personal ist nett und das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit guter Auswahl Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen - Zimmer mit Teppich, das Bad hatte einen gewissen 70er Jahre Charme mit braunen Fliesen etc., auch die Dusche entsprach nicht dem modernen Standard. Die Flure waren dunkel und man musste ein paar Meter im Dunkeln laufen um zum Lichtschalter zu kommen.

- Sue (8/5): Great Location without Munich Prices - Breakfast was great. Many choices. This hotel is a 5 min walk from the U-6 which is a straight shot to Marienplatz. The staff was kind. My only suggestion is if you dislike cigarette smell, request a room on any floor except the first floor. This was a reasonably price hotel for Oktoberfest. A older hotel but adequate for our needs. Cigarette smell on first floor.

- Daniel (6/5): Just a pass. Facilities and location yes, staff no - I loved the closeness of it to the metro station I didn’t like the staff. I get it’s Oktoberfest weekend but two seperate staff members were rude to me when I asked very simple questions about attractions nearby and luggage storage. For this reason, I’ll not be recommending this place as customer service should take priority, no matter if it is Oktoberfest or not.

- Izabela (10/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce na spędzenie tam urlopu. - Cicha spokojna okolica, hotelik bardzo ładny, na uboczu, blisko stacji metra i przystanku autobusowego. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, jak na przysłowiową "jedynkę" bardzo duży, dobrze wyposażony. Śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu, bardzo smaczne. Miła i uczynna obsługa. -

Der Frühstücksraum ist neu gesaltet, das Frühstück war super lecker und es gab von allem reichlich. Der Empfang von Martina war super freundlich, man fühlt sich gleich gut aufgenommen.
