El hotel se encuentra cerca de una estación de Tranvía y Alexanderplatz. Por el precio esta muy bien. Como sugerencia me gustaría que el desayuno tuviera mas opciones de comida.

Śniadanie smaczne, kawa dobra, co prawda brakowało nam jajecznicy :) Parking w hotelu płatny, ale w porównaniu z cenami w innych hotelach jest nawet tanio jak na Berlin. W pokoju brakowało wody dla picia, fajnie by było zainstalować dystrybutory wody na korytarzach.

• Satsuma (7/5): Too expensive for what it is, but affordable in the Berlin price range. - The location is great! For vegans: one of Berlin's best vegan restaurants, Kim999, is literally next to the hotel! We were offered a new room due to the problems ours had, but we were too busy to change it. Our room had some really annoying problems: the light adjustment screen above the bed was broken and blinked constantly, which we noticed only when going to sleep. The tap was already almost clogged and became fully clogged on the second day. We arrived around 9pm so you'd think they had time to fix this before our 5-night stay... In general, the room is really, really "bare minimum": no storage space (even though there is space), no bin in the toilet, definitely no water boiler in the room or even in the corridor. Quite noisy with the traffic outside.

• Carmen (8/5): - La ubicacion era excelente, el personal amable y estaba limpio. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y no hay armarios para dejar la ropa, lo que resultaba un poco incómodo.

Kissen zu dünn....wie sitzkissen für ne Stuhl.Matratzen durchgelegen...man hat in einer Kuhle geschlafen und wachte mit Rücken und Nackenschmerzen auf.

• Irina2811 (8/5): good - Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient — close to the tram station and within walking distance of Alexanderplatz. There are also shops and shopping areas just a few minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. The selection was not very large, but there was still enough variety: tea, coffee, milk, vegetables, fruits, cold cuts, and cheese. The only downside was the room size. It felt too small, especially for 2 adults and 1 child. There was also no proper wardrobe or storage space for clothes and luggage.

• Jaden (7/5): - The room was great. I really enjoyed the room, as advertised. Nice shower, nice bathroom, very minimalist. Would be better if the TV was a smart TV but otherwise all good. At times it was extremely loud. The walls were thin enough for my girlfriend to hear a vibrating noise from the other room, and we had some very loud people near us.

• Beatriz (10/5): Bom custo benefício - O hotel foi uma ótima escolha. Um ponto muito positivo é que dá para fechar o café da manhã sem muita antecedência e por um preço justo, o que trouxe bastante flexibilidade durante a viagem. O serviço de guarda de malas também ajudou muito e foi bem prático. O atendimento da equipe foi muito bom, sempre cordial e prestativo. Além disso, o quarto/acomodação tinha tudo o que eu precisava, era bem equipado e confortável. Como ponto negativo, o chuveiro deixou bastante a desejar. A porta é transparente e dá direto para o quarto, sem praticamente nenhuma privacidade, além de fazer com que a água molhe parte do ambiente. Outro problema foi a configuração do quarto: apesar de termos reservado para duas pessoas, havia uma beliche posicionada sobre a cama, e acabamos batendo a cabeça nela mais de uma vez durante a estadia. Além disso, as camareiras poderiam ter um pouco mais de cuidado no período da manhã. Em um dos dias abriram a porta do nosso quarto por volta das 8h enquanto ainda estávamos dormindo, o que acabou sendo bem inconveniente.

• cintia (10/5): Ottimo. - La posizione dell'albergo è molto buona, a 10minuti da Alexanderplatz. è ben servita da autobus e da tram, per cui qualsiasi spostamento può essere facilitato anche dai mezzi di trasporto. La camera è stata confortevole, letti e cuscini molto comodi. Gli spazi per il bagno molto risicati, ma direi che la funzionalità l'ha fatta da padrona. Forse il troppo caldo. La finestra della stanza si poteva aprire solo per uno spiraglio.

La chambre est propre mais rudimentaire : pas de placard, de machine à café ou de bouilloire... Le personnel est agréable, la chambre est calme et propre, l'emplacement au centre de Berlin est parfait d'autant que plusieurs trams passent à moins de 100 mètres.

• VALENTINA (8/5): Location perfetta per famiglia con bimbi - Struttura essenziale e pulita. Colazione internazionale. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Posizione perfetta, perché si trova a 10 minuti a piedi da Alexanderplatz, dove si possono prendere le metro S ed U oppure davanti all'albergo passano diversi tram. Eravamo in una tripla con il lavandino in camera...il bagno non esiste... c'è la doccia che si affaccia sulla camera, il lavandino piccolo con lo specchio ed water si trova in una micro-camera accanto alla porta di ingresso. Nel complesso per una famiglia va più che bene, almeno ci si può preparare in modo scaglionato.
