Our rooms were in different building, across the street - it’s close but when your card doesn’t work, you need to walk outside. Windows are thin and since there is a lot of construction work outside, it was quite loud.

• DoboGabri (8/5): Hotel je hezký, postele pohodlné, snídaně moc dobrá, vysoké ceně však neodpovídá - Hotel je hezký, s novým zařízením. Stojí kousek od Žižkovské věže a je to pár kroků na zastávku tramvaje. Hotel má k dispozici za poplatek garáž. Pokoj byl hezký, postel byla pohodlná. Vše fungovalo, jak mělo. Personál na recepci je příjemný a ochotný. Na požádání nám na pokoj donesl recepční žehličku i s žehlícím prknem. V koupelně je k dispozici luxusní tělová kosmetika L'Ocitanne. Snídaně byla výborná, oceňuji velký výběr všeho včetně nakrájeného ovoce. Potěšila mě také možnost dát si skleničku prosecca. Díky dvěma snídaňovým místnostem není nikdo příliš plno. Dle mého názoru by v českém hotelu měl personál na recepci v první řadě rozumět a mluvit česky. Večerní recepční však mluvil jen anglicky. My jsme s tím neměli problém, ale to neznamená, že je to v pořádku. Parkování je drahé, garáž je malá a pro vozidla typu SUV je to opravdu o hubu. Koupelna by snesla lepší péči, zejména co se týče usazeného vodního kamene. Snídaně byla takřka bezchybná, ale v hotelu této úrovně bych čekala lepší džusy než šťávy z automatu nevalné kvality. Také teplý bufet by snesl větší výběr, ale omezený prostor snídaňové místnosti to nedovoluje.

• Sarah (9/5): Lovely hotel. - The hotel was lovely. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We were travelling to Prageue to watch our son represent England in Squash so stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was located about a 10 minute walk from a tram stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and a visit to Prague. Some noise from renovations but they are nearly complete.

• Josiane (9/5): Si nous décidons de revenir passer quelques jours à PRAGUE , je retiens cet hôtel qui se trouve au calme et facile d’acc - Le personnel est à L’écoute de nos besoins et y répond . Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet ne présente que des produits frais, de qualité, bien présenté. C’est un régal avec du personnel très discret et efficace.

• Guy (9/5): Een tophotel om Praag te verkennen (prijs/kwaliteit echt een topper!!!) - Heel mooi hotel, comfortabele en smaakvol ingerichte kamers, goede bedden, kwalitatieve douchegel, shampoo en bodylotion van L'Occitane en Provence en tissues. Goede waterdruk in de douche, koffie-en theezetapparaat van Dolce Gusto in de kamer, 2 flesjes water, heel goed ontbijt en het werd door het personeel steeds netjes gehouden.Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Bij onze ontvangst werden we verwelkomd met prosecco.Zonder het te weten ontving ik ter attentie voor mijn verjaardag een fles wijn met 3 macarons op de kamer.Echt geweldig!!!!Heerlijke geur in de gangen. Naar het stadscentrum is het te voet 25 min wandelen.De tram is op 5 min wandelafstand van het hotel. Er viel niets tegen Tip: Het koffie-en theezetapparaat stopt niet automatisch (best de gasten hierop attent maken) De temperatuur op de kamer kon niet goed geregeld worden. De afvoer in de lavabo was onvoldoende

Das Personal ist äußerst kompetent, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück ließ für mich keine Wünsche übrig. In Summe ein rundes Konzept. Der Weg von der Altstadt zum Hotel (hab mich gerade abends etwas unwohl gefühlt).

• Dirk (8/5): - Die Lage war okay, aber für einen Trip zu Fuß in die Stadt schon fast zu weit. Liegt etwas außerhalb. Frühstück war ausreichend und okay. Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter dem Dach. Man konnte aus keinem der Fenster hinaus gucken. Fenster waren auch so ungünstig angebracht, dass man sie kaum öffnen konnte, es sei denn, man ist mindestens 1,80 m groß. Im und um Haus herum wurde renoviert, morgens ab 7:00 Uhr lief der Presslufthammer. Die Lage ist nicht besonders ruhig, es läuft eine Hauptstraße vorbei. Es ist Tag und Nacht Verkehr.

Väldigt varmt under kväll/natt. Fortsatt renovering bullrigt från klockan åtta på morgonen till sena kvällen. Men överkomligt!

• Jack (10/5): A great stay which we will remember fondly. Děkuju! - Staff were very friendly. Our room was upgraded which was much appreciated. The hotel was very clean. Location ideal for trams/buses. Room quiet. Breakfast was good but room for imrpovement. The main improvement would be getting real fruit juice. I tried orange, apple, pineapple, none tasted great, quite watered down.

• Aleksandra (8/5): - Śniadanie smaczne, wszystko świeże i dostępne. Pokój czysty, nowoczesny, łóżko duże, wygodne. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Zła koordynacja obsługi przy parkowaniu w garażu, nie było miejsca w parkingu docelowym, konieczne było przeparkowanie do drugiego garażu, wąskiego i wilgotnego. Brak czajnika elektrycznego, jedynie automat do kawy. Słuchawka prysznicowa ustawiona tak, że woda zalewała wejście do łazienki. Duża odległość od ciekawych miejsc Pragi.
• Iryna V. (10/5): - Wunderbares Hotel! Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, modern und alles wirkt ganz neu. Die Frühstücke sind ausgesprochen lecker und bieten eine große Auswahl. Das Personal ist hervorragend – sehr höflich und immer sofort hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage ist gut und praktisch. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Es wäre sehr wünschenswert, im Zimmer einen Stuhl oder einen Sessel zu haben, damit man in der freien Zeit nicht nur auf dem Bett liegen oder sitzen muss, sondern auch eine kleine gemütliche Ruhezone hat.
• Iryna V. (10/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Die Frühstücke sind wirklich lecker und vielfältig, und das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in nur etwa 10–15 Minuten. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind mir die hochwertigen Pflegeprodukte im Bad sowie die sehr bequemen Betten. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre schön, wenn es im Zimmer zusätzlich einen Stuhl oder Sessel gäbe. In der Freizeit bleibt sonst nur das Bett oder ein kleiner, eher unbequemer Hocker zum Sitzen.
