- فواز (1/5): تجربة سيئة - لا شي عدم احترام النزلاء صيانة في الدريل الغرفه اللي بجواري الساعه 9 صباحاً وانا نايم سبب لي عدم انتظام في النوم انا والعائلة وعند مكالمة موظف الاستقبال المناوب في فترة الصباح موظف ( مصري ) قال وش اسوي رغبة العميل اللي بجوارك يصلح بابه !!!؟ على حساب نومي وراحة النزلاء ؟!!!! فيه فترة صيانة من 2 الظهر الجميع صاحي ويستجيب للحالات ذي تجربة سيئة والموظف لم يراعي راحة النزلاء

- SHAKER (8/5): إذا كانت إقامتك قصيرة والسعر مناسب لك اسكن فيها - الموظفين متعاونين وخصوصًا المصري أبو حسام قمة في التعاون . يوجد مصعدين . التلفزيون بعض القنوات مافي صوت والصورة ردئية وبلغتهم بالمشكلة . نظافة البطانية والمخدات مقبولة ولكن تحتاج اهتمام أكثر .

- ABDULAZIZ (8/5): - الفندق بشكل عام جيد جداً .. الاستقبال متعاونين جداً وخدمتهم سريعة وحبيبين الصراحة وإجراءاتهم سهلة في الدخول والخروج وما يستعجلوا عليك في الخروج ، جلست إلى الساعة 2:15م وخرجت ما قالوا لي شي السعر رخيص جداً ومناسب ، الشقة فيها صالة كبيرة وكنبها مريح وينفع ينام عليه الأطفال ، المطبخ فيه ثلاجة وميكرويف وغلاية ماء. الحمام حجمه طيب وفيه سخان يشتغل بشكل جيد ، ولكن ما يتوفر إلا منشفة وصابون وشامبو وحذاء حمام فقط. غرفة النوم كبيرة ولكن السرير غير مريح نوعاً ما والمخدات كذلك. المكيفات شغالة تمام ما فيها أي مشكلة. النظافة مقبولة الصراحة مقابل السعر وما واجهت روائح كريهة ولا أوساخ في الشقة، فقط الأثاث قديم وبعضه مكسر. المكان ممتاز جداً ويتوفر فيه مواقف. بالجملة أنصح به ..
