- Mohib (6/5): Not for Family I think. - Room Size. Room was very big however the bed was very small not the king size. Toiletries was given for single person, and the hotel knew that we book with family. Bathroom door lock was very bad and not able to lock. Shampoo and gel was on tube on other section which made impossible to use.

- CAFFE (6/5): موظف الاستقبال سيئ والفندق قديم - الفطور كان متنوع الموقع نوعاً ما للي يبغى وسط الرايض مناسب للأسف موظف الأستقبال السعودي بفترة العصر كان فظ جداً واسلوبه غير لائق وغير خدوم وحاول خداعي برقم حجوزات ولما اتصلت عليه رن جواله هو قدامي , الفندق قديم ودورات المياة صغيرة جداً جداً , و حجزي كان غرفة مطله بمبلغ اضافي الا ان عزل الغرف سيئ اصوات السيارات كلها عندك ما ارتحنا بالنوم .

- A alsharmah (2/5): Very disappointed and it’s not worth what I paid for - The room was comfortable. That’s the only positive aspect of this hotel I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and here are some of the things that were disappointing: 1- they gym equipments are functional 2- the swimming pool was not working 3- daily room cleaning does not occur unless you call the receptionist even though I put the cleaning request on the door handle. 4- some of the receptionists were not friendly especially the lady. 5- food at the restaurant is ok but not worth the money

- AJ Johnson (8/5): Good communication - I spoke to the desk at the hotel, but he provided me with the incorrect address to another hotel. I encountered this issue twice more, and both times, the building was referred to as Hayat AI Riyadh Hotel. I was quite confused. 2 separate worded labels, Hayat AI Riyadh Hotel and Hayat AI Riyadh Washam, other than but address on the street location in Riyadh was the same. I entered the bathroom for the shower, expecting it to be hot, but it turned cold in the last 20 minutes. Why? Unfortunately, the absence of a paper toilet in the bathroom is a significant issue.

- Monika (7/5): - Dobre śniadanie i miła obsługa. Pokój duży. Zalewało łazienkę podczas brania prysznica. Gdy leciała woda z kranu to strasznie śmierdziało w łazience. Daleko do lotniska co oznacza wyższą stawkę za taksowkę. Lokalizacja w sumie wcale nie za do ani nigdzie blisko, wszędzie trzeba sporo jechać (chociaż plusem jest w miarę blisko metro, tyle że przejazd potrafi zajmować 40 minut).

Little information in the room, I would have ordered room service but there was no menu and the QR code didn’t work. Long life milk for tea needed. A couple more English channels on the TV needed and a couple more western breakfast options needed e.g. a toaster.
