La habitación fue muy agradable, con decoración muy actual y el baño en la misma línea. El personal de recepción muy atento y agradable. El aparcamiento es gratuito, muy práctico, en el mismo recinto del hotel Quizá algún colgador más en el baño.

Helen (8/5): I would book this hotel again, it’s good value and in a good location. - Art Hotel is set back off a busy street with good sound proofing- although there is a clock tower nearby that chimes. It’s a good location for walking the sights and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast has a good selection of food. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Paul (10/5): Perfecte locatie en top kwaliteit-prijsverhouding - Ideaal gelegen voor bezoek aan Tirana. Restaurants en koffiebars in de buurt. Op een goeie 5 minuten stappen ben je op het centrale plein. Op het hotel zelf is niets aan te merken. Goed onderhouden kamers, moderne en ruime badkamer. Goede geluidsisolatie waardoor je helemaal geen last hebt van het verkeer. Het hotel ligt trouwens niet vlak langs de straat maar op een binnenpleintje. Super ontbijt (zie foto met een deel van het buffet). Heel leuk dat het hotel werkelijk vol schilderijen hangt. De eigenaar is blijkbaar een soort mecenas die lokale kunstenaars op die manier steunt. Eens iets anders dan de standaard posters in veel ketenhotels. Van het uitzicht of een tuin moet je niet veel verwachten, maar dat is normaal gezien de centrale locatie.

Juergen (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. - Es sind überall Gemälde an den Wänden (daher der Name). Das Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Es war das beste Frühstück auf unserer 10-tägigen Reise. Das Hotel liegt nach hinten und ist daher sehr ruhig. Nachts hörte man aus der Ferne Musik, die allerdings gegen Mitternacht aufhörte. Es gibt für uns nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Close to the square, we could walk to all the attractions, no shortage of entertaining side streets, and local restaurants. Breakfast was great. I liked it all.

Mari (10/5): Eccezionale - Tutto perfetto. Pulizia, posizione e cordialità dello staff. Vicinissimo alla piazza centrale. Tutti i punti di interesse si raggiungono a piedi. Strada piena di negozi,bar,ristoranti,cambio valuta, supermercati,negozi di telefonia. In poco più di dieci minuti a piedi si è a piazza Skenderberg. In altrettanto tempo si raggiunge il quartiere blloku. In 15 minuti si arriva al bazar. Alle spalle della piazza nei pressi della torre dell'orologio ci sono gli autobus per raggiungere molte destinazioni come la teleferica e il bunker Art 1 oltre che l'aereoporto (bus luna). L'hotel pulito fornito di kit cortesia e ciabatte monouso. La reception H24. Molto gentili. Un saluto speciale al portiere che parla italiano e ci ha dato tantissime informazioni. La ragazza alla reception molto gentile anche lei ci ha accolto con un po' di anticipo e ci ha permesso di lasciare gli zaini e cominciare a visitare la città. Un grazie anche alle signore delle pulizie. Doccia confortevole e spaziosa. Climatizzatore. Letto e cuscini comodissimi. Pulizia ottima. Colazione buonissima. C'era più spazio per la salata che noi adoriamo e li era davvero eccezionale. Tutto fatto al momento ogni giorno varia. Marmellate fatte in case, formaggi, yogurt. Cornetti caldi e super morbidi. Pane fresco. Dolci tradizionali ogni mattina. The tradizionale albanese che ho adorato. Pulizia in sala colazione che lasciava senza parole. Che dire tutto perfetto. Un grazie speciale a tutti.

Some little bits a little tired, chips on drawers in bathroom and shower door didn't close, but water power good and lovely clean towels and bedding.

Relativamente alla colazione, suggerirei inoltre di proporre più scelte vegane (almeno un opzione con latte vegetale) e di includere caffè e cappuccino nel prezzo della camera piuttosto che farli pagare a parte

Zona centrale su una strada ricca di ristoranti, bar e c'è a pochi metri la Conad con prodotti italiani. Qualche dettaglio della camera potrebbe essere sistemato ma nel complesso la struttura si trova in una zona centralissima (vicino piazza Skanderberg). La colazione dolce potrebbe essere arricchita.

The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Doran the manager was interesting to talk with. A very good buffet breakfast including hot food, fruit and 10 different sorts of jam! We had a lovely spacious room. The square was a short walk. There was a cheerful restaurant Tymi on the way. There was some traffic noise. We would have liked a kettle in our room but receptionist did provide us with hot water. More tourist information may have been helpful but we were given a map.

Hamdihan (9/5): - Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü. Odalar oldukça temizdi. Merkeze yakın denilebilecek kadar yakındı. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Kahvaltı saatleri çok kısıtlıydı. Bence biraz daha genişletilmeli çünkü bazı insanlar erken kalkıyor bazıları ise geç kalkıyor. Bence odalar birer ikram su konabilir. Fiyat konusunda ise pahalıydı daha uyguna daha merkezi hotel bulunabilir.
Simon (7/5): Ideal für kurze Aufenthalte - Personal war freundlich, Zimmer zufriedenstellend und überwiegend sauber. Die Sauberkeit im Bad hat noch Luft nach oben. Verkalkte Duschamaturen und feuchte Stellen über der Dusche.
Felyna (10/5): - Personal amabil la recepție,un domn simpatic care vorbește limba italiana.Voi reveni cu siguranță Ideea ca cappucino se plătește,nu este inclus in micul dejun care il plătești oricum.
Bálint (10/5): Autóval érkezőknek kihagyhatatlan - Mint a képeken, könnyen megközelíthető, központ 10 perc sétára, finom reggeli és parkolási lehetőség.
Isak (3/5): Meh - Location is good and the stay was cheap The bathroom smelled really bad, like water damage. The staff offered to clean really well, which of course did nothing. No replacement rooms available. There was a broken lamp and the bathroom window wouldn’t shut properly which made the room noisy since the hotel is right by a busy road
Benjamin (7/5): - Die Lage und der Parkplatz waren super. Die Dusche war gut und ein starker Wasserdruck. Am wenigstens hat uns der Bettbezug gefallen. Die Bettdecke war nicht bezogen sondern nur das Laken drüber gelegt, sodass man während dem Schlaf unweigerlich mit dem Innenteil in Berührung kommt. Dieses wird vermutlich nicht nach jedem Gast gewaschen. Das wlan im Zimmer 201 war sehr schlecht, vor allem im Bett, was sehr nervig war. Allgemein sollte etwas Geld in das Hotel gesteckt werden, einiges sieht heruntergekommen aus und ist 60€ pro Nacht in der Nebensaison eigentlich nicht wert.
Eva (10/5): - Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen, Lage, Aussicht, Service, belebte Straße, 5 min vom Skanderberg Platz. Autobusse, Tourist Info, Restaurants, Cafés, Vodafone zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz starkem Vetkehr war unser Zimmer sehr ruhig. Heizung super. Die vielen guten Bilder an den Wänden. Sehr, sehr sauber. Ich buche wieder, es war ein erholsamer und entspannter Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen Hotel Villa. Die albanischen Art des Bettenmachens ist für mich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leintuch und darüber die blanke Steppdecke, das war für mich ungewöhnlich. War aber auch eine interessante Erfahrung.
