• Terézia (10/5): - Izba bola veľmi priestranná, kúpeľňa obrovská, všetko čisté a funkčné, personál ústretový a k dispozícii. Prístup úplne jednoduchý a samostatný na kľúč od vchodových dverí. To všetko za vynikajúcu cenu, takže oceňujem najmä pomer cena/kvalita. V izbe je posteľ, skriňa a konferenčný stolík, žiaden písací stôl, stoličky, varná kanvica - ale to asi zodpovedá trom hviezdičkám a cene :-).

Midnight, 5 am, late night, early morning, no matter what, the guy who deals with the clients were talking and receiving the enterence ceremony in a very loud manner. The doors and walls weren't sound proof. Even, when the other room door locks are enough noisy to wake you up or annoy you let alone a Midnight door bell or a conversation with an early customer.

Ми зупинились на одну ніч, тому оцінити все не було можливості) Ми залишись задоволені. Номер не новий, але досить чистий. Є нюанси до душової кабіни. В цілому за свої гроші хороший варіант.

• Leonie (1/5): Achtung! Schlechter Tag des Besitzers? Wurden unvorhergesehen angeschrien und weggeschickt - Achtung!! Uns wurde die Übernachtung im Hotel Italia verwehrt. Wir wurden vom Besitzer angeschrien und weggeschickt - so etwas ist uns noch nie passiert! Eine Katastrophe. Zu Beginn war alles gut und wir haben uns nach Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hotels erkundigt. Der Besitzer, der leider kein Englisch spricht, hat uns einen Parkplatz gezeigt, war beim Einweisen aber bereits sehr aggressiv gegenüber meinem Mann. Danach haben wir uns nach der Bezahlung erkundigt und mitgeteilt, dass wir zunächst Bargeld abheben müssen. Wir hatten eine sechsstündige Autofahrt hinter uns und nicht mehr genug Bargeld in der Tasche. Daraufhin ist der Besitzer ausgerastet, hat uns angeschrien und weggeschickt. Wir haben erklärt, dass wir natürlich bezahlen, aber erst Bargeld abheben müssen. Auch seine Frau konnte ihn nicht beruhigen. Für uns war diese Erfahrung unglaublich, so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir haben uns dann ein anderes Hotel gesucht und dort kurzfristig und reibungslos eingecheckt.

• Guest (10/5): A fantastic 3-star hotel with excellent location, friendly staff, spacious clean rooms, great value for money, and thoug - The best 3-star hotel I’ve stayed in! I usually book 3-star hotels when I travel, as I’m mostly out exploring and don’t spend much time in the room. This hotel not only met my expectations but exceeded them, and the price was excellent for what you get. Location: Excellent location – just a 10-minute walk from the city centre, with plenty of shops nearby and a market that stays open until late. Room: The room had one double bed and one single bed. On arrival, it was spotless, with fresh towels and blankets provided. There was plenty of space, good storage, excellent lighting, and even a balcony. The bathroom included a bidet (a big plus!) and a storage cabinet by the sink. The shower was powerful and pleasant, though be careful as the pipes can get hot. A hairdryer is also available on request, which was very handy. Staff: The staff were very polite, and the manager was exceptionally friendly. They regularly asked if we needed the room cleaned and also offer a laundry service where clothes can be washed and ironed daily – no need to overpack! I even accidentally smashed the glass soap dish in the bathroom, and the manager didn’t charge me, which I really appreciated. Overall, the price, location, and service make this hotel an absolute gem. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay here again. -

Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio lavanderia a pagamento, che si è rivelato perfetto. Inoltre, il giorno della partenza si sono occupati di prenotarci il taxi per l’aeroporto, rendendo tutto ancora più comodo.

• Patrick (2/5): très décevant, incompatible PMR, - l'ascenseur faisait classe, par contre l'accès à la chambre est vraiment déplorable. on a une place de parking pour la voiture. Après avoir pris l'ascenseur, il y a un escalier en colimaçon (donc impossible de monter avec une valise de 20kg). Après on traverse 2 plateformes où sèche du linge. La chambre est entièrement vitrée, sans rideau, sans store occultant. Donc dès 5h du matin, on est réveillé. De plus, à 18h avec le soleil et les vitres, il fait 45° dans la chambre. La climatisation met 2h avant de refroidir la chambre. La tv date des années 1990.... cela de ressemble pas vraiment à une chambre d'hôtel mais plutôt à un bungalow, avec ses tubes en plastique pour l'électricité, son plafond en polystyrène, ses dalles de plancher pour terrasse extérieure.

• Korka (7/5): Not a 3* hotel.... maybe a 1* - The host was super friendly, they answered all my questions and even though their English wasn't the best they were helpful. It's located pretty close to the centre. This is NOT a 3* hotel... 1-2 maybe.... The furniture is from the 80's, the beds are moving around and they are hard as rocks. They are also kepy up right by some make-shift leggs that you don't know when will it give away. Cleaning is only done every 2nd day. The worst part is, you don't have any cups, glasses, kettle, etc.... The bathroom shower was broken. No aminites whatsoever. It wasn't a too pleasent stay. Maybe it was a 3* hotel in the '70-'80 but now.....

Camera pulitissima, spaziosa e ,dotata dell' essenziale, compreso un frigorifero di medie dimensioni, che è sempre necessario ma non sempre presente negli hotel . Personale simpaticissimo super disponibile e che parla un Italiano perfetto! Se torneremo a Tirana sarà di nuovo il nostro hotel!!!!! Unica pecca la camera era posizionata in una strada un po' rumorosa e se si dorme con balcone aperto si fatica a prendere sonno ... e per camere numerose come la nostra ( per 5 persone) farebbe comodo una copia di chiavi in più !!!

• Barbara (5/5): - Bardzo miły personel, lokalizacja Pokój zlokalizowany była na tarasie, zaraz obok klimatyzacji i boilerów, przez co o każdej porze dnia i nocy było głośno. Słychać również innych gości i gdyby nie zatyczki, to chyba w ogóle bym nie spała. Minusem jest również prysznic, który jest po prostu natryskiem przyczepiony do sufitu. Gość musi kąpać się zaraz obok toalety zalewać cała przestrzeń. Dla tych, którzy nie mają wielkich wymagań.
