- Jimenez (1/5): Fuyez cet hôtel tant que vous le pouvez !! - Proche du centre unique point positif Tout , ce fut catastrophique : -Personnel incompétent, qui n’a aucune expérience, compétence et est incapable de donner la moindre information, ne serait-ce qu’à des questions aussi simple que l’horaire du petit-déjeuner, l’heure du check-out… - Emplacement affreux, l’hôtel est en face d’une prison (d’où le nom de l’hôtel, égale à celui de la prison) la chambre a une toute petite fenêtre qui a les mêmes barreaux que les fenêtres de la prison d’en face. - Chambre très mal isolée, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l’hôtel, si vous avez le malheur d’avoir un des hôte d’une chambre qui va aux toilettes la nuit, sachez que le bruit va vous réveiller. -Obligation de payer en espèces alors que cela n’était mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation. -Pas de possibilité de laisser les valises quelques heures après le check-out et aucune alternative proposée par la receptionniste .

- Stefano (2/5): Assolutamente poco curato con molte pecche. - Nulla Ho pagato 3 camere della stessa grandezza ovvero 25 mq dichiarati mentre soltanto una era molto probabilmente di quelle dimensioni, mentre le altre due erano più piccole. In una delle tre stanze c'era il rubinetto del lavandino che si muoveva e gli aspiratori del bagno facevano rumore al pari di un elicottero in atterraggio. Una bottiglietta piccola di acqua del frigo (listino soltanto in lingua albanese) è costata 3 euro. Assolutamente non consigliato, nonostante Booking lo contraddistingue con ottimo.

Il suo staff, le sue camere e la colazione deliziosa sono semplicemente fantastici. Le camere sono lussuose quanto tutto il resto, dal momento del check-in fino al check-out. L’atmosfera cordiale è davvero straordinaria."

La chambre que nous avons eu était vraiment imprégnée d’une odeur nauséabonde impossible d’y dormir mais cependant ils m’ont donné une clé d’une autre chambre sans discuter et d’un meilleur standing. Clientèle bruyante et étrange. Une amie avec une autre chambre avait une bruit de ventilation comme une réacteur d’avion.

We accidentally left out stuff in the room but housekeeping woman bring to us in the car park. We was ask for a romantic room and we get. I’m so happy about that. The room was also super clean. I don’t like the location, I been surprised because next to the hotel there is prison. It was strange to open the windows and see that.

- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - Gjatë qëndrimit tim në Villen 313 në Tiranë, mbeta shumë e kënaqur me shërbimin dhe cilësinë që ofroi kjo strukturë. Stafi ishte shumë i sjellshëm, profesional dhe gjithmonë i gatshëm për të ndihmuar në mënyrë miqësore. Ambientet ishin të pastra, të mirëmbajtura dhe dhoma ofronte komoditet maksimal për një qëndrim të rehatshëm dhe të qetë. Një tjetër element shumë pozitiv ishte mëngjesi – i pasur, i shijshëm dhe i përgatitur me kujdes, duke ofruar një fillim të mrekullueshëm të ditës. Vendndodhja është shumë e përshtatshme dhe lejon akses të lehtë në pjesët kryesore të qytetit. E rekomandoj ngrohtësisht për këdo që kërkon cilësi, rehati dhe mikpritje në Tiranë.

- Lisjen (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was super clean and very modern. Rooms are stylish & spacious. The staff were very lovely and went over and above whenever we needed something. We stayed in the suite with jacuzzi which I would recommend, we loved our stay here.

- Matoshi (10/5): Lovely stay, no faults at all. - This beautifully brand new hotel, is only 10 minutes walk from town centre, the location is perfect. We were met by lovely staff members who were very helpful and gave amazing recommendations. Especially Elis the manager who took the time to explain how to get around and just had a lovely chat. The breakfast has to be one of the best breakfast i have had. Definitely recommend, perfect in all aspects.

The hotel is new, just a few months old, and everything is in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean, making our stay pleasant.Safe Parking in the back of the hotel. We recommend 313 Villa City Centre to anyone visiting Tirana who is looking for a quiet and well-maintained place. Only 15 min walk from the City Centre.We would definitely consider staying here again.
- Radouane (7/5): Nice stay thanks to the convinient location and the helpful staff - The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the location very convenient, the breakfast was ok and the staff (woman) at the bar was very kind The very nice jacuzzi was not working unfortunately, the room overlooking onto the street was very noisy, the temperature of the shower was very unstable, the housekeeping policy was not realy clear but the staff was helpful and reagent, Lack of sweetness at the breakfast and the end the payment by card is increased by 3,5% of fees and bad wifi internet network

Location was excellent, you can literally walk to most attractions in Tirana within a 15 min radius, and you have shops/restaurants/ cafes at the door. The parking was just behind the hotel . Staff were nice and accommodating.

From the moment I arrived, I were greeted with warm smiles and top-notch hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.I stayed at a room which was impeccably clean and well-appointed.The decor was modernd and tasteful,creating a relaxing ambiance. And the most important the room offered all the amenities that I needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were always available to answer questions and provide assistance. The hotel location made getting around the city incredibly easy because it was conveniently close to the center, attractions and public transport. I had a comfortable stay at this hotel .

Thanks to the staffs for recommending a very amazing restaurant called Ceren. I was also given an option to pick between 3 rooms based on my satisfaction. The place and room was super clean. I would definitely come back here if I was in Tirana again Not so much an issue as I love place. However, The wifi connection is not the best. While we had breakfast, there was a man who smoked in the restaurant, even when it said on the wall "no smoking". The breakfast doesn't have much variety to pick from. Also not many English speaking staff, so sometimes communication was an issue. Anyways, amazing hotel

No card machine for payment also, which is i have to walk 5 mins to main road to took some cash
